After fixing the springs he checked everything out thoroughly and fixed a more problems. My daughter had a problem the next day and again they were out promptly and fixed the problem. We had 2 large garage roll-up doors and 1 large dock door installed on Feb 7th and 8th 2017 . They where awesome from the quoting, ordering, scheduling to the installation, they were great to deal with. Adam came out to give an estimate, before leaving he explained we will be getting a quote by email. Sure enough, not even a half-hour later I received quote by email from Julie with the cost of all 3 new doors installed with tare-off and hall away not to mention approx. install date. You guys offered a fair price, prompt ordering, had great reviews and awesome customer service. Julie, you were very helpful in the scheduling and was able to work the install(s) around our hours. Adam and Arron were both prompt and showed up on time. Both guys where very professional and kept the work area(s) clean. It was also great to see the work camaraderie between the both of them. One would tare-off while the other prepped or while one was installing the other would clean, vice versa. they both were courteous, and respectful of the time needed to one of our buildings that held medical sensitive equipment. read more

I never had a chance to comment on their work - they never showed up! All I can say, they have horrible, rude customer service. When I called to speak with a manager about their negligence, the office girl had an attitude and was nasty with me, and said, "we are a family owned business and don't have a manager," and hung up on me. She clearly did not want to hear what I had to say. So, I contacted another door company in Waukegan, and guess what, they came out for FREE and even fixed the minor problem for FREE. LC Door wanted $80 to step on my property! Sure, "family business" more like "family rip off." Go some where else if customer service and customer satisfaction is important to you!!! read more

Worst customer service EVER!!!! I cancelled them to come out for a quote once I found out that they charge to come out and quote even if you don't use them. After I cancelled I got 2 phone calls from contractors wanting to come and give me a quote.
