The gentlemen who helped me got me in and out quickly, and they took care of everything: fresh oil change, new air filter, tire rotation, topped off all my fluids, and even fixed a slow leak in one of my tires. The service was efficient and professional, and the prices were extremely reasonable. It's not easy to find a place that's both fast and thorough, but this Jiffy Lube delivered on all fronts. I discovered this issue today when I found oil spots in my driveway...one spot for each day since my service. I visited a sister store today closer to where I live where I was told that I would need to go back to the store that performed my service. I was also informed by the franchise I visited that if the bolt was cross threaded it would require the replacement of my oil pan. I'm hopeful this will be done by Jiffy Lube, if required. I will be visiting the store that performed this service tomorrow morning and will report back on their response. - JF

I have to turned around, 5 minutes on the road, manager left after she checked me in, and left " service manager on charge" guy was not only obnoxious/condensed and not professional, (im still waiting for and answer) but unprofessional, had 3 technicians looking under the hood for 15 minutes (after 2 hours) trying to figure it out why an oil change will take 2 1/2 hours. it has been 5 hours already and Im still waiting for manager to call or contact us on any way possible.

Of course they'll offer to change your air filter, but only if it actually needs it (pro tip, it takes 2 seconds to do yourself for a lot less). I had just replaced mine and they said "air filter looks good". I appreciate the honesty really. There is a coupon on their website usually to take $5 off, every bit helps right? They are always very friendly and you are never waiting long. I think the longest I've waited was maybe 30 minutes, tops. Definitely a great spot to get your oil changed.

I gave Fastrack a call to check out their wait time, and though it was less than 30 minutes the afternoon I called, I was told that if I came first thing in the morning, it would likely be quicker. So taking that advice, I arrived just past opening time the following morning. I received a very friendly greeting upon my arrival, my information was taken, and my car was quickly taken to the bay for service. I was told that I was welcome to coffee or cocoa, all of which were available in a very clean looking coffee station area. I liked that they offered about six varieties of single serve coffee which you made fresh for yourself. Also in the comfortable waiting area, was a nice play area for little kids, which also looked very clean and organized. As I was the first car in to the shop that day, my service was quick. From the time I first walked in, to the time my keys were handed back to me, was just about 18 minutes. The guys seemed to do a great job, and my car was clean and neat just as it had been before they worked on it. I definitely recommend, and I would return to this Fastrack if I was in the area again and needing service.

This includes wash, underside wash and some sort of "Clear Coat Protection" (no wax). Machine did a good job washing a large amount of road salt left over from a New Years trip to New England last weekend. Other car washes I have used did not do as good a job with similar New England salty road dirt on my other cars. Staff towel dried the outside of the car but did not do the roof (tall vehicle and staff could not reach it I guess). Car came out clean without any scratches or other damage to finish. Overall I am very happy with the results and will use them again.

Their business model is a high-pressure sales tactic to upsell you to a $30 car wash no matter how many times you say no they don't listen. It's unbelievably frustrating. And even then you don't get the full car clean. The garbage can system can't seem to wash the back of the car. The front and sides look great but my trunk lid and the back bumper were still just as filthy as when I drove in ..... and when I complained about it all they said was well....What do you expect for a $12 car wash. Maybe to get my money back! It's a rat hole full of thieves.
