a pepperoni pizza in a box

Loved the pizza! So fresh and made with love! I really enjoyed the customer service of this location! The staff was very friendly and kind. We ordered a large pepperoni! & some cheesy bread. Was a late snack & called 30 minutes before closing & everything was still so delicious! The pizza was crispy and very much DELICIOUS! service is a 10/10! Will definitely be coming back! Even the dipping sauces were yummy.

Half meat lovers half supreme DELISH

We ordered the half supreme half meat lovers and we were NOT disappointed!!! This place seems a bit sketchy bc of the area, but being from out of town, and the convenience, we ordered from here anyways and we are soooo happy that we did! The cheese pull and the toppings were divine. Next time we're in town, we will order from them again!

'S Fast and convenient, but overall, it's like a good quality pizza you buy at the grocer and put on a clay stone in a good oven. But, it's been here for years, so they are doing something right. Location: N the strip-mall anchored by Bally Total Fitness in a narrow store; and, I suspect the short name was chosen sized to fit the width of the store. Atmosphere: G's is a small, independently-owned, low-budget décor, slightly worn place with comfortable booths, cheap tables & chairs, a limited menu, and seems to rely on pizza by-the-slice and a small buffet. It's not a booming business, but there were 3 other customers when I was there for lunch, and they seem to be regulars who like to watch America's Funniest Videos on a small TV while eating a buffet lunch. My order: Specialty Pizza small 10" for $7 (like a supreme, the works, etc.) Crust is inch thick, soft except for outer layer, allowing pizza not to sag until the grease soaks in, about 20 minutes into the meal. The pizza was sufficiently tasty, but there is better pizza with fresh herbs and higher quality sausage at place nearby (hint: starts with a V). Soft drinks are served in bottles with a glass of ice. Service: Good, friendly. Adventuresome? For those of you wanting to run the gauntlet of eating at the alphabet of Mr _ Pizza places, here are some, and I have identified unused letters in case you want to open your own restaurant (Y not?). Hot wings were very good. The ranch was not good at all and just slopped into the container.

We ordered delivery to our hotel, it was okay. If I lived in the area I'm not sure I would order from here again. We ordered 10 hot wings with ranch. The wings were delicious! The ranch was not good at all. I'm not sure if they use a yogurt base, but it was runny and the taste was off. Maybe too much dill? The ranch was just slopped into the Styrofoam container. We also ordered an x-large pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. First, the only sauce choice is marinara, which was pretty good, but we were looking forward to white sauce. The mushrooms were huge and chunky. Again, just okay. It did the job, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.

No bad in a pinch!! Italian Sausage/Pepperoni.. decent price decent pizza!

Decent price - Decent pizza! Fast hot delivery - nice folks! Likely the best around IAH Bush Intl Airport.

I think the pizza comes down to about $10-12 depending on what you order and they come out surprisingly quickly, especially when time on lunch break can be low. The ingredients are very fresh, the cheese is tasty, the crust is a nice medium thickness and they are all served with a generous portion of parmesan slices, red pepper flakes, and rosemary. The drinks they have are also great and they have mint leaves to put in your water or tea which is very refreshing. The restroom is always clean and the vibes are nice and family friendly. I've come here about 4-5 times and I keep planning to come back! The customer service is also friendly and attentive.

We had the order put in ahead of time and it was ready on time. The space is smaller but I think its designed to be that way. More so a spot to pickup and if need be theres a few tables in and outside to eat at. We ordered the pig and chicken pizza along with the truffled mushroom bruschetta. Both 10/10. The buschetta by itself can be an order. Good lord it was so good. Nutty, mushroom, cheesy crispy but not dry bread. Im a big toppings make the pizza guy. Perfect crust. I asked for it to be cooked a bit longer because i like really crispy edges. Good bread to topping ratio. You can tell the toppings arent just run of the mill stuff you put on top. The pizza was flavorful, the ricotta was creamy and gave a good cut through with the fatty meats on the pizza. Wonderful job talespin. I need to come back for the breakfast for dinner pizza.

Frank's Pizza -- Downtown Houston's Late‑Night Legend…read more Frank's Pizza isn't just a slice spot -- it's a downtown ritual. A Houston rite of passage. The kind of place that feels like it's been feeding the city since the moment concrete hit the ground. 417 Travis Street glows like a beacon for anyone who's ever stumbled out of a show, a shift, a night out, or a long week and needed something honest, hot, and foldable in their hands. The first thing you notice at Frank's is the size -- slices so wide you have to negotiate with gravity. New York‑style, thin crust, fold‑and‑go masterpieces that hit that perfect balance between crisp bottom and chewy bite. And they don't hide behind gimmicks. No "artisanal truffle drizzle" or "seasonal microgreens." Just real pizza, done right, at a price that still respects the working crowd ($10-20 range, according to public listings). This is the kind of slice that makes you pause mid‑chew and go, "Yeah... this is why Houston loves this place." Frank's sits right in the heart of downtown -- the kind of location that sees everything: courthouse traffic, bar crawlers, office warriors, theater folks, and late‑night wanderers. Inside, it's loud in the best way: clatter, laughter, the hum of ovens, the shuffle of people grabbing boxes bigger than their torso. It's got that old‑school, no‑nonsense charm -- the kind of joint where the walls feel like they've absorbed decades of stories. Frank's doesn't chase trends. It doesn't need to. It's sitting on over 7,000 reviews and a 4.5 rating, which is absurd for a pizza place that's been feeding downtown for years. That's not hype -- that's consistency. That's thousands of people saying, "Yeah, Frank's hits."
