Once that got resolved, my phone let me know that Pie Cafe offered guests Wi-Fi but I didn't see it on the chalk board. When I asked the cashier about the password, he unenthusiastically. I asked him why not and if he could obtain it for me. His response was, "I just work here." When my order was ready, the French Fries were missing. I went back to the cashier to inform him He did apologize and handed me a very small, soggy container of French Fries. They were disgusting and there is no way they were wort $4.00. I went to ask for Ketchup but the Cashier was nowhere to be seen. This was only my second time eating at Pie Cafe. Then first experience was right after it opened and the food and service was much better. The next time I want a meatball sub, I probably will go to Papa Joe's in Eastlake.
