Before NAPA opened, the store manager greeted us and provided us with an area where we could work on the vehicle. Once the store opened, we met Randy who quickly found us the part we needed to repair the vehicle. The store loaned us the tools we didn't have and frequently check on our progress. Chris is very knowledgeable and won't sell you what you don't need. Had him install two weeks ago and the system sounds amazing. He had to rewire the factory speakers as they weren't in the right sequence. Overall a great job
