She was the best girl and never had ONE accident. Carpets never smelled nor looked stained - everyone told me it was a waste of money because my house was always so clean and ruggables are inexpensive. Still, I remembered how kind Tim was and thought - it couldn't hurt. While the before / after pictures of the rugs look about the same ... the black water does not lie. That's from my rugs! I could hear the guys in my bathroom shouting in disbelief - they were shocked when it poured out that color because the rugs didn't look dirty in the first place. It just shows you WHY you really should get rugs professionally cleaned. (FYI No harmful chemicals were used nor poured in toilet.) Beyond the excellent service - Tim remembered my girl Lulu - and even stories about my late husband. I was beyond touched. Hired them for a new move-in cleaning after some renovation work resulting in much dust for a 3…read morebedroom house. The house was partially unpacked and furnished. Three crew members (one women who appeared to have cleaning experience before and two men who appeared to be inexperienced) arrived and they spent 6-7 hours during which time they spent nearly 5 hours un-dusting, little vaccuming and mopping the basement. They worked at a very slow speed and were seen checking their phones while resting or trying to dust. One of them was wearing his pants very low which was riding on his thigh, certainly not a professional attire. They were using wet heavy cotton mops dripping in water which maybe be passable for the vinyl planks in the lower level but they did the same to clean my hardwood floors on the main floor. They left puddles of water sitting on the hardwood floor everywhere and I had to ask them to dry them off. One of them just left a dirty rag sitting on top of my original oil painting and that was the last straw. They still hadn't finished cleaning my main floor bathroom or the kitchen; maybe finished only about half of upstairs but I asked them to leave. They worked furiously for the last 40 minutes or so until the owner came to pick them up. I paid $625 for this incomplete substandard cleaning service. I would not recommend.
