I made an appointment with Eli through yelp messages and he showed up exactly on time! Eli was generally just a really easy going guy. He showed me a couple of neat things about my locks and even pointed out one of the ugly locks on my basement door was actually a really high quality one that was very difficult to pick, so I should keep that lock and always have it locked to secure my basement. Eli rekeyed 9 locks for a very reasonable price in about an hour and a half. I've used Eli twice now and my experience has been great both times. He rekeyed my locks when I moved into a new condo and has since also come by to add a deadbolt to a basement door. He's responsive, reasonably priced and an extremely nice guy. He goes above and beyond on requests. When he rekeyed my locks, he fixed a lock that was improperly installed by a previous owner and, when installing the deadbolt, he stabilized the shaky door both free of charge. Eli and Mr. Locksmith is honest and professional. Back in November of 2018, I had an issue with our apartment front door's keyhole. The key seemed to jam and always required a few hard wiggles to get the key fully in. I initially requested for a quote through yelp in hopes to have Eli come out to check it out.
