We've been taking our English cream golden retriever and little Maltese here since March and we are very pleased with how comfortable our dogs are with the services they have to offer. The price for a bath is very reasonable and Jeremy always tries to get us in when I call to make a same day appointment. Take your fur besties for some TLC here, you won't regret!

The best pet groomers in town with exceptional prices and service. They take their time to make sure my pups are groomed and clean and well taken care of. I have two maltipoos and they definitely know how to bring out the best features. They have really great customer service and their team is so friendly and caring. I know that they really enjoy their work and care for the pups. I always make an appointment so I can be sure they will have enough time to take care of my pups. They also always come home with super adorable bandanas. I absolutely love this place and thankful my brother referred me to them.

Looked around, asked around about pet grooming, hearing horror storys about dogs getting their ears cut etc. This place was near me, and had some good reviews and pricing was cheaper. Set an appt, for 2 weeks in advanced or whatever day they had open. Price depends on what kind of dog and how much it weighs. My dog had terrible hair, long and tangled due to my sisters neglect. Mr. Pet charged me $55 since she was in "bad" shape fur wise. I liked how the dogs hair came out, they even grinded down the dogs nails. 2 people cut pet hairs there, Mr.Pet and another lady whom cut my dogs hair. Both were nice and kind to my dog I hope.

Feeling sassy with her trimmed nails!

I have had some bad experience with previous groomers and have been weary about searching for new options. I have a difficult time trimming my dogs nails and hate the dread of clipping the quick which is so challenging to stop from bleeding even with the quick stop medicine. I was close by and had gotten a recommendation so I thought I would try my luck with getting an apt. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and was able to fit me in right away, in between appointments. When I arrived they had signs helping to inform the customers of how they are running there operation to be Covid compliant, which I really appreciated. I checked in than waited outside and ended up talking with another customer who was picking up her dog. She told me she's been going for years along with some of her family and friends and loves the groomers, which helped reassure me. Now my dog hates the groomers and was a wiggle monster trying to escape, but they took her quickly and calmly to there table and in minutes brought her back. Such a relief to find a competent and friendly groomer, they did such a good job and it was pain free :) I would definitely recommend giving the groomers more time than I did to book an apt, especially for a full groom. Also be aware they take cash or checks only.

I love love love Mr. Pet! I have a 6 month old pup who I know is going to sit still for more than 2 seconds. I took him once to Petco which was a total waste of $ because they really didn't get to do much because of his "puppy energy." So I was nervous when I went and picked him up. Dropped him off at 1 and I go the call at 3:30. I get there and lo and behold - a brand new pup. Hardly recognized him! Loved the haircut and they are so nice! I could also tell they genuinely love love dogs. I'm bringing him here again. Such a relief I found a place for L

Amazing!!! I am so pleased with the service I got at Mr. Pet. I decided to take my two spoiled poms after reading all the great reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I made my appointment a month in advanced because summer is a busy time. Even though I had to wait a little longer I thought it was a great sign of their customer base. As I was walking up with my girls the day of the appointment Jeremy greeted me at the door, calling my dogs by name, and reassured me that they'd do great. The price is comparable to ALL the other places I looked into but the service is one of a kind. They gave my Zooey the best lion cut I've ever seen. Tinkerbell was a bit more anxious so they didn't force her into a cut and gave her a lil trim instead. I can't say enough about them. Look no further!!!!

This place is awesome. I don't exactly have the friendliest dog in the world yet jeremy and Charlie are very accommodating. Always very helpful and giving input on how to help train my furbabies. Because of their advices I was able to help train my second dog who is an angel. You guys won't be disappointed. Just like a mechanic, you need to be able to trust who you're going to. We definitely trust Charlie and jeremy.

So clean that Mommy invited me on the couch!

I LOVE MR. PET! Correction, we love Mr. Pet (the babies asked to be included). This is our go to grooming place. I was just here today to get my little Cruiser cleaned up and I couldn't stop gushing about how the place smells so good all the time. I absolutely love the shampoo scent floating in the air. So much so that I can't stop sniffing my dogs everytime they get home from Mr. Pet. Seriously, I do and I'm not afraid to admit it. Did i mention that Jeremy and Charlie are freaken awesome?!? They offer training services as well and maybe that's why they give super duper great tips about everything from training/tricks to improving my babies' health to behavior correction. They are like my Google for everything dogs. I completely trust them and love the work they do. I would cry then die if Mr. Pet ever closed or left me high and dry with two dirty babies. Please, don't ever go away. Seriously. No, SERIOUSLY. I don't want to find another groomer ever. If you haven't tried this place yet, just do it. Try it and if you don't like it, you're crazy.

We've been bringing our Westie's here for a couple of years now and Mr Pet is great with them! So if you're looking for a great groomer for your fur baby def give them a try. But book an appointment ASAP because they get booked up fast.

Took my 9mo old lil dude RayRay here for his 1st groom ever and he looks amazing! Thank you Charlie and Jeremy! I was a little worried as this was his 1st grooming experience and I feel confident that he will be coming back every 6-8 weeks. Thank you!

I'd worked with two trainers, including a 3 week board-and-train program ($5,000 investment), followed every instruction, and practiced daily, yet I didn't see changes. I was managing the behavior without ever understanding what was causing it. That changed within the first two hours with Brad. He didn't start with commands or tools. Instead, he focused on the psychology behind Sunny's reactions: what was driving them, what was reinforcing them, and what I was unknowingly communicating. No one had ever explained it that clearly. That was the turning point. For the first time, I wasn't guessing or correcting blindly. I could see what Sunny was experiencing in real time and understand how my timing, energy, and responses were shaping his behavior. That clarity changed everything. Walks feel completely different now. Sunny is no longer pulls since my training with Brad, the reactive outbursts are gone, and the experience itself is calm. I'm no longer bracing for problems because I know how to prevent them. I am SO appreciative!

Great experience! We have an 8-year-old rescue Golden…read moreRetriever who developed some habits we wanted to correct and weren't able to do on our own with traditional training. A couple of these weren't terribly serious, but we felt we weren't "in charge" anymore, that our dog wasn't getting the message from whatever we were doing, and that if we didn't do something different, it could really get out of control. Brad really helped us with this, where traditional "training" wasn't working. We have two or three things we're working on with our girl, but here is the most dramatic change we had with one issue. She is very food motivated, and would beg from us at the table whenever we sat down to eat, and would be underfoot in the kitchen during prep. She got overly excited and would not settle and lie down. Brad explained we weren't communicating well with her on a dog level, so to get that communication kicked in to gear, he actually started our session not with this problem, but with making sure she would not dash out the front door when it was opened. This was to establish that we were in charge and what was expected of her. What he showed us how to do worked like you wouldn't believe. It was like a light bulb went off for our girl. What we did affected everything after that. It wasn't about dashing out the door, it wasn't about begging for food, it was about knowing what was acceptable in our pack and to look to us for direction. That night, at dinner, she went to her "spot" with a simple direction and was relaxed during our entire meal. She can now be directed to her spot and will stay quietly any time we need her to. Best of all, she seems truly relieved that she doesn't have to be in charge and that WE are. She is much more relaxed around so many other things. It gave us so much more confidence! I didn't think that what Brad taught us would work. It's quite counterintuitive. But trust me, it worked like magic. This is not dog training - it's communication with your dog. Brad answers all your questions, doesn't waste your time, shows you clearly and directly what will work. We're so thankful we found him!

We definitely recommend Andi!…read more We originally reached out to Andi for consultations regarding both of our Maltipoos, Kiki and Coco. During our initial phone consultation, Andi was incredibly honest and genuine. After learning more about our dogs, she felt that Kiki was the one who would benefit most from formal training and suggested that we could apply what we learned with Kiki to Coco as well. We really appreciated that she didn't try to upsell us on training for both dogs when she easily could have. That immediately showed us how much she genuinely cares about helping dogs and their families. At the time, Kiki was about six months old and was extremely reactive to just about everything in the outside world. We were looking for someone whose methods aligned with our values, and we loved Andi's positive reinforcement approach. Kiki completed Andi's six-week program, and the growth we've seen has been incredible. What sets Andi apart is that she isn't focused solely on teaching dogs tricks or obedience commands. She truly cares about each dog's emotional well-being and how they're feeling throughout the process. We learned so much--not just about Kiki, but about ourselves as dog owners. Andi helped us understand how our own behaviors and responses can shape our dogs, which was eye-opening and incredibly valuable. Of course, the work doesn't stop when the training sessions end. It takes consistency and ongoing practice at home, but Andi gave us the tools and confidence to continue building on Kiki's progress. The effort has been absolutely worth it. One of the best parts is that we were able to use many of the same training methods with our older Maltipoo, Coco, and she learned and benefited from them as well. Andi actively encouraged this, which we really appreciated. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and ethical trainer who truly puts dogs' well-being first, we wholeheartedly recommend Andi and Diamond Dog Training.

Watching Instagram and YouTube videos won't give you a well-behaved dog. Working with Vladae will!…read more We've been working with Vladae for about four months with our now six-and-a-half-month-old Golden Retriever, Coach, and it has been one of the best investments we've made. What sets Vladae apart is that he doesn't just train dogs, he teaches owners how to build a lifelong relationship with them. Every lesson leaves us with practical tools, clear direction, and the confidence to continue the training every single day. Because of that, the progress doesn't stop when the session ends. Vladae has an incredible ability to understand dogs. Watching him read a dog's behavior, body language, and mindset is genuinely fascinating. He knows exactly how to communicate with each dog in a way they understand, and it's clear this comes from years of experience and a deep understanding of canine psychology. He's also one of the most invested professionals we've ever worked with. Throughout the week, he encourages us to send videos, provides thoughtful feedback almost immediately, and is always available to answer questions or jump on a call if we need guidance. You never feel like you're figuring things out on your own. He truly cares about both the dogs and the people raising them, and he always follows through. Every recommendation Vladae has made, whether it's training tools, techniques, or daily routines, has become an essential part of Coach's development. We trusted the process from day one, and the results truly speak for themselves. (See the videos! Coach is only 6.5 months old in them.) Our puppy is happy, confident, well-mannered, and genuinely loves learning. We receive compliments on his behavior everywhere we go, and we owe so much of that to the foundation Vladae helped us build. We also had the opportunity to work with Erica, who trains alongside Vladae, and she was absolutely wonderful. One session with Erica is included in the program, and it was incredibly helpful. It's clear she shares the same passion, knowledge, and dedication that make this training program so special. Vladae brings unmatched energy, professionalism, and passion to every session. He genuinely wants every dog and every owner to succeed, and that level of commitment is incredibly rare to find. If you're looking for a trainer who truly understands dogs and is committed to setting both you and your dog up for long-term success, I can't recommend Vladae highly enough. Coach has become an incredible puppy, and we're excited to continue into adult school because of the foundation he's helped us build. We're so grateful we found him!

That change, however, is not reflected in the driver pickup schedule, which still directs drivers to retrieve packages during that time. When I arrived around 9:50 a.m., one employee told me I could simply push the door open or follow her inside, and specifically indicated that it was fine for delivery drivers to retrieve their packages even while the store was still closed. She invited me in and told me to pull the door shut behind me after collecting the package. While I was in the process of retrieving and scanning the package, another employee, shown in the photo, approached me in an extremely aggressive manner and told me to "get the f-- out of the store." When I explained that another employee had just allowed me inside, she responded that she "didn't f--ing care" and ordered me to leave and come back in 10 minutes. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I was not trespassing, causing a disturbance, or doing anything inappropriate. I was following the instructions given to me by another employee. There was absolutely no justification for profanity, hostility, or being spoken to in such a degrading and unprofessional manner. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location or dealing with this employee again. I previously had a subscription and also used to buy my dog food from this store. That will now be a thing of the past. I will be taking my business to Petco instead. This situation reflects poor communication, poor management, and shockingly unprofessional customer treatment.
