Get our pizza here almost every Friday. $12 for a 16" pizza. Great deal and delicious pizza

Great food great customer service best in Pasadena great pizza wonderful subs will come back again

Jalapeno poppers were cold, and did not really have nay cheese in them. Meat Lovers pizza was mainly sausage, so this place is a no for em.

This place has been around for a long time but I had overlooked it. A month ago I got their Italian cold cut sub and really enjoyed it. Two weeks ago I got the large pepperoni and onion pizza and it was very good. We have tried most of the other pizza joints around and this is now our go to place. The pizza crust is not thick or thin but just right as Goldilocks would say. The pizza is not overloaded with toppings but they are balanced nicely on the pie. I picked it up but I think they deliver. Don't expect a super sweet crew - just a hard working bunch doing their jobs. read more

Just received an order of hot buffalo jumbo bone in wings and an order of old bay boneless. Sad that two of the wings were tiny. Also there was barely any sauce. The old bay was extremely salty and we love old bay. Positive note is the buffalo wings were well cooked and crispy. Disappointed over all though read more

When you can't take responsibility for an error on your app ordering services, and an error on your end for not calling your customer when they paid for a 4 topping pizza but "there were no toppings listed", you'll get one star from me every time. Instead when I called and was polite and asked to exchange it for what I ordered I was told it was my fault, owner said things like "wow", and acted as if it was to much trouble to fix something that was an error on his businesses end. There are plenty of businesses, especially now, that would be willing to go above and beyond to make their customers happy, and would appreciate their business. I'll take mine elsewhere. read more

The subs were small. I got an Italian cold cut and it didn't have a lot of meat in it at all. Plus, my roll was super soggy. My husband's cheesesteak was the same way. I was really disappointed. We will not be ordering from here again. read more

I ordered Delivery through Yelp. Arrived at estimated time. The pizza was actually much tastier than it looked. I did pop my slice in the microwave for a few seconds since it was just warm. The 10pc wing option came with fries and coleslaw. I dont do coleslaw but there's a photo attached, looked pretty monotone to me. The wings were evenly split with wings vs. flats. I like that. I expected the fries to be soggy from having wings tossed on top... they weren't. All in all, I'm tremendously hung over and this meal worked for me. read more

This place sold discount certificates through Restaurant.com and wouldnt honor them. Avoid.

I'm eating some of the best onion rings I've had in a long time, and I didn't need to put pants on to get food.. The portions are huge! Totally worth the price. I haven't unwrapped the cheese steak yet, but I'm sure it's awesome. Update: It was delicious. read more

Delicious pizza!! Friendly service. Will go back again. We ordered the 9" cheese pizza and it was enough for my daughter and I.

YUM! Delivery was fast, fries and chicken tenders were amazing - but the wings were outstanding! Even the mild that we got had a really nice kick to them! Pizza was just so-so. Give them a try! But don't try through GrubHub; they messed up a few things we ordered that didn't get over to Mr. Pizza. We will order again! read more

Ordered from grub hub and never received my order. Waited over 2 hours. Honestly deserves 0 stars

Ordered two pizzas and the crust was really good but the rest of the pizza literally had no flavor. All three of us tried each other's pies and everyone had the same opinion. We can't figure out how you can make a pizza taste so plain. read more

Great wings! This was our first time after everywhere in Pasadena running out of wings for the Ravens game, we tried here for the first time. We will definitely be back for more hot wings! Thanks! read more

I would give this zero stars but I have to give you one star to write something I placed an order at 1122 and said the order would be here at between 1220 and 1230 and never came i had to call grub hub to get my money back because it was almost 1 am and I still had no pizza will never order from here again sad because my friend said you hav really good food read more

The pizza is the best. Fish sub with cheese and onions love it. Double cheesesteak fried onions Sub The Capitals hockey Stanley Cup playoffs sub. The winning sub. Go Caps read more

Quick delivery. Food arrived earlier than the quoted time. Food was pretty good but a little pricey I think for the portions.

My husband and I love Mr. Pizza. We ordered it randomly after seeing an ad on our second night in our new house. We've ordered it twice now in the two weeks we've lived here and will never order from anywhere else! The pizza, subs, and wings are all delicious and so affordable. read more

Best subs and pizzas in the dena. Anything you want to eat they can make the best in town. Carry out is fast but if you don't feel like leaving the house the delivery is fast to. read more

Waited over 2 hours for no food to show up. No phone call or anything; starving now and no place is open. If you order here, best to also order somewhere else also so you have better odds of eating. Wish I could give zero stars, would be better if they at least got the order wrong. read more

Italian cold cut with some feta cheese, heated in the pizza oven then finished with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Don't forget their onion rings or ffs. Can't go wrong. Other subs and pizza have been above average. Try the little guy over the big pizza stores. Might be a bit higher in price, but a larger selection, fresher and BETTER. read more

We love mr pizza! Its very good and the prices are great fast delivery we order at least 2/3 a month

Let's start this by saying if i could give anything less than 1 Star i would. You are associated with an app and you order then you refuse to answer phone after n you say the order was mysteriously delivered but wasnt. If you don't accept orders late at night maybe you should just close at 9 pm. Pathetic excuse for a delivery service. Whom ever lied and said they delivered the food should be fired. I will continue to berate this sorry excuse for a restaurant. Mrpizzasucks.com will open soon. Better buy the url before i do. read more

We ordered our pizza/subs and had it delivered. Delivery was very quick, and even shorter time than originally stated. The pizza was pretty good and probably the best around the area. Their subs weren't bad as well. I wish my philly cheesesteak had been toasted a bit but no complaints, seriously. All in all really good and I recommend everyone try it. read more

We ordered and payed for our order for delivery , th e company then called us and said they can't deliver and we have to call YELP to get a refund! Very poor customer service with the pizza place, very disappointing experience. read more

Love Mr. Pizza. This place is amazing. It reminds me of the subs we had in college. The cheese steak is incredible! Go there you won't be disappointed! read more

I just ordered cheesesteaks from Mr pizza.fries and mushrooms were good, but the subs are on a thick roll and hardly any steak. No flavor . Sorry, I wasted that 32.00 never again !! read more

I tried Mr. Pizza for the first time last evening and in doing so found my new place for pizza in Pasadena. The online ordering was easy, delivery was fast, price was fair, and the pizza and wings were excellent. read more

I had a very difficult experience at Mr. Pizza. I usually order across the street but I decided to give this place a try. I placed an order for pizza and wings and was told it would be 15 minutes. I arrived in 23 minutes. Nothing was said to me about time or anything the man just confirmed I was there for a pick up order and then I watched him go put my pizza in the oven! I could not understand why my food wasn't started if that wAs my food but I didn't want to make assumptions yet so I went to my car. Approximately ten minutes later I came back in and watched them put same pizza in box for me as he flipped wings in fryer. I couldn't understand why my food wasn't started and the only thing the 2nd person who walked In would say is "I'm sorry it's ready now and it's hot". Finally after much insistence to understand what happened and why they didn't start my food they said the ovens weren't hot enough. I still didn't understand why he didn't tell me that on the phone or when I arrived. I'm not the kind of person that is angered at language barriers and I would hAve appreciated it more if they could have tried to communicate with me. Customer service skills here are zero. They probably treat regular customers better. If he was nervous to waste food putting in for someone who wasn't going to show up he should have just said that on phone I would have gave credit card numbers. I'm so disgusted by their I have tried the food yet. Not sure if I want to. read more

Let's get this straight first, I put 1 star because the onion rings were on point. Now besides those battered rings of heaven, I have never been so dissatisfied with my food as I have been tonight. While my daughters chicken tenders were the temperature of the sun, the fries were cold and soggy. I asked for honey mustard and she received one honey mustard and 6 BBQ packets. My sub was just bread with a pinch of meat in it, why should I have to pay $2 extra for an appropriate amount of steak on my cheesesteak? I'm pregnant and not happy. My fiancé opened his full sized steaksub only to find half his toppings were missing. He called the location to complain and have them drop off the correct food and after being placed on hold for more than 10min, the "manager" came on the phone and told him all he ordered was tomatoes on his sub... Which is bull because I pulled up the receipt and he ordered tomatoes, onions, and mayo. All he got was bread, the same small ass portion of meat I got and 3 small diced pieces of tomato. The managers solution was to offer credit or have my fiancé go up to the Location and pick up his sub " because they were busy and short staffed". I shouldn't be punished because you don't know how to staff your business correctly. I promise you I will never eat here again so they can stuff that credit up their sub hole. read more

This place is great and the owner Mr.Mike is always so nice to me and my family.Been eating here for over 10 years.Keep up the good work!

Prices are great and food is very good. Unfortunately, their delivery person is extremely rude. We've ordered several times from Mr. Pizza and have had three issues with the delivery. The first time we ordered through Grub Hub and our order was never received; after calling we were told we had to contact Grub Hub, we did and placed our order again. That was a 2-hour wait for food. Our second issue was the extreme rudeness of the delivery person. She actually berated me upon opening the door for not answering fast enough for her. The third issue was last evening and same delivery person. Our order was missing a couple of items. We mentioned what was missing, she took our cash tip (which was more than 20%) and said she'd return with our items. We waited until 8:40, which was an hour after delivery and still hadn't received. I will be picking up our orders in the future. read more

They have fairly mediocre food and the prices advertised on the window are lower than what they charge you inside. To be specific, the sign on the outside for a sub carry out special says 7.99, but I was charged over 9 dollars. The cashier claimed that was the tax... Yeah that doesn't add up. It wouldn't be such a terrible thing if it weren't that one as treated like some sort of schiester for pointing out that the sign is wrong. And then pointed out a completely different (even lower) price on the ad prominently displayed at the counter. "Well those are old!" the man exclaims. I suggested that they shouldn't advertise old prices. He then graciously gave me a dollar discount and seemed none too pleased when I suggested that it isn't really a discount to give me the correct price. Anyways, I ended up getting the cheese steak and it was mostly bread. The fries were pretty good... But the whole ordeal was pretty lame and considering the wealth of available options in the area to get the exact same thing... I'd rather not throw money at a place with such a lack of normal business sense and customer service. I guess they're pretty popular, so this review won't matter much... But hey, my family will be one fewer that orders from them. read more

I received a pizza with no sauce on it. Not wanting to wait another 45 minutes for a replatcement I tried to eat it. Worst pizza I have ever had. That evening they said they would send one to me. It never came. When I called back 90 minutes later they said they were closed and when I replied I would not repeat the mistake of eating their food again and told them I would review on yelp, the man replied, " we don't care we have been in business 20 years a review won't do a thing." I will not order from them again. I assume the owner answered the phone when I was told they would send one out in 15 minutes but it never arrived. The second person was arrogant and just didn't care, unfortunately this seems to becoming quite common with customer service these days. This review would have stated the exact opposite if that $11.00 pizza would have arrived as promised. Way to use that advertising money Mr. Pizza! read more

I placed an order here and ordered three items. One of which they did not give me upon delivery. I assumed since they did not give me the item they would not charge me for it, however the following week when the charge posted to my account I see that they never removed the charge. I called the restaurant about the charge and the man that answered the phone was extremely rude, said he couldn't do anything about it and refused to refund me for the charge. He told me to call GrubHub because they should replace the item, even though it was the restaurant that messed up. He refused to help at all and when I asked for his name so I could call back the following day and speak with a manager, he refused to tell me. Aside from this the food was only subpar. It's safe to say I will never order from here again and would definitely not recommend them to anyone. There are way better delivery places in Pasadena than this place. read more
