Great flavours here at Holic. The Pho and egg rolls are just delicious. I need a little Thai basil for my pho and the veggie plate is a little small but the broth heavenly. This may the cleanest Asian restaurant I've ever been in with the tops of condiment containers like they wiped down after every customer instead of month like some places. Ate here on a cold, rainy, wintery day... perfect for pho. I got the pho special which was rare beef, brisket, and meatballs. It was tasty, served piping hot as pho should be with bean sprouts, jalapeños, cilantro, and lime in the side. Noodles were great, broth had a good flavor and our server took good care of us. It's not huge inside, but is the right size for a Willow Park restaurant. Will be back. read more

We noticed a pho place was opening off Ranch House and made it a point to visit given that we do not have a place like this in the immediate area. Parking is widely available and the interior is bright and inviting, and plenty of space for families. For our first visit, my default pho is always just the pho with meatballs, which did not disappoint. The Wife ordered the signature salad bowl, which came with a great amount of food and variety, in my mind one of the best things they have on the menu here. On the second trip, we opted for a few sides, the pork buns and the pot stickers. Loved the pork buns, not as a big as fan as the overly botanical flavor on the pot stickers. So we are happy to see a place in town that can satisfy our pho fix and do plan to be regulars here. Was very excited to see another Vietnamese restaurant in the area. My friend and i stopped in for lunch yesterday. We were enthusiastically greeted upon entering. We both ordered the curry chicken. I give the dish a 10 just for the curry. I would pour that on ANYTHING. My chicken was a little chewy though. I also had the pork boa buns. I don't eat pork on the regular but Boa buns are my weakness. These were entirely disappointing and did not meet my expectations. I expected a melt in your mouth piece or pork belly and this was a very tough cut of pork and it was so tiny compared to the bun that gave the texture of microwave not steam. It was tough and chewy not soft and pillowy. I bought 3 fruit teas and a Vietnamese coffee for my friend and I! They were great! The customer service was excellent! I will definitely go back to try some other dishes. I just now know what I don't prefer. read more

I really want to like this place and it to be successful as it's unique to the area. I have visited several times. Unfortunately, each visit the experience has gone down hill. Food has been good and consistent and priced well. I especially like the chicken curry, pho special, and garlic noodles. However there is no service of note. Every time I've been there tables are always covered with dirty dishes and food. Very little to no interaction with serving staff to discuss the food/menu. Many of the other patrons just waiting around for their check or needing something. Overall, the food was good but I'm not convinced they know how to run a restaurant. Doesn't seem that someone is running the restaurant. Hopefully things will turn for the better and they can take advantage of a great opportunity. I won't go back for a while and will look for more positive reviews. read more

Such a great addition in this area. Parking was great and inside was spacious and clean. Our family of 8 was easily accommodated and didn't feel squeezed in. Food was hot and all tasty. We had the ultimate fries which were full of flavor and just a little bit spicy, wouldn't feed them to my kids under 8. Then we had dumplings. They were pork also tasty. The best appetizer was the fresh shrimp rolls, wish they had bigger or more shrimp but were still really good. All the kids got boba drinks only bad comment I heard was they wish they were more blended more. Thai tea was average. Pho was so good I usually add sauces and siracha but nothing was needed except for like the broth was great!! read more

The place was nice, new, modern and very clean inside. I was greeted warmly when I came in and quickly sat. Service here was super quick and I was checked up on regularly. I got the tofu spring rolls and the vegan vermicelli bowl. The tofu rolls were good and the peanut sauce is one of the better ones I've had. The vegan vermicelli bowl was great. The tofu wasn't just deep fried so it was tough and crispy, but instead had a tenderness without being soft. Additionally, it was seasoned very well and tasty. The portion was generous enough that I couldn't finish it. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area, especially vegan/vegetarians as they have a few options that look great. Ugh. We've tried so hard to like it, but just so much wrong with this place. Looks are deceiving, it's pretty & clean. But the pho is a little bland, the noodles are starchy. The side dish of sprouts and lime & jalapeño is very small and NO basil. (Maybe they cut back because most people just waste it) When I asked what hot tea they had "black and green tea" but when I ordered green tea, they brought out jasmine tea! When I ask if they had French bread, the server replied "No, you must have us confused with someone else." (Um, no, just asking because that's what I like. Rude.) The egg rolls are small and just filled with vermicelli noodles. I'm done with people at Asian restaurants that don't know Asian food. I guess they fool 90% of their guests. I'll stick with Bobacane, thanks. I guess I'm not a Pho Holic, more like a Pho snob. But I'm done with ordering a specific thing and getting something completely wrong. Ordered Pho......no Thai basil. Definitely killed the dish for us. Thai basil is always included with Pho every where but here. Also the vibe was a bunch of teens working there that didn't really make you feel welcome. It was the typical teen "why are you talking to me attitude". We paid over $20 for some both and a piece of meat. Vietnam deserves much more love than this place gives. read more

The dishes lacked authentic Vietnamese flavors, and the meat quality was subpar. The grilled pork wasn't actually grilled; it was steamed instead. Given the abundance of high-quality Vietnamese food in the DFW area, this was by far the lowest quality I've experienced. While the service was good, the floors were so dirty that I had to look away. Been waiting forever for a pho restaurant near our area so we don't have to drive all the way to Dallas whenever craving for Vietnamese food. The interior is nice and cozy. The restaurant wasn't too crowded when we arrived, so our food came out pretty quickly. The broth is flavorful and well-balanced. Portions are about the same as at any other typical pho restaurant. The included veggies were just okay-we had to ask for more. Staff said that most customers didn't finish their veggie plates, so they had to adjust to avoid waste, which is understandable. Service was terrible!! Every Pho place we've ever been to in any state always gives us the bean sprouts with lime and those green leaves that you break off and put in your soup but this restaurant does not give you those green leaves so we tried asking the girl (who wasn't our original server) who delivered our food for some of those leaves and a glass of water. She said yes but she never brought either item even tho I asked her twice for them. Our original server girl did not come back to Check on us for most of our visit there. We kept seeing her standing at the counter chit chatting with other people and just drinking her personal drink. Way later on when we were pretty much done with our dinner the original server girl (short pudgy white girl with glasses and brown wavy hair) came back to ask if we were fine. When I told her we tried asking the other delivering girl what we requested ...then our server gave us an immediate bad attitude and a surprising sarcastic tone in her voice and words. Then she said well that girl is really busy. I was thinking well then maybe you shouldn't have been fooling around at the counter chit chatting and drinking if you're so busy. But I didn't say that because it would have gone from bad to worse. So when our server walked away from the table she shook her head and threw her hand in the air like she was disgusted with us. This place recently opened near us and we couldn't be happier because we miss having good Vietnamese food close. Having pho regularly used to be something we did often prior to moving to Aledo. The place is open and feels light and airy. The decor is very nice and bright. Everything we ordered was terrific! Spring rolls were refreshing and the crispy egg rolls were delicious. Do not go! Horrible food! Got the Shaken Beef and it had French fries in it, with about 8 pieces of steak. My wife got the salad and there was no dressing on the salad and when she asked sir some they never brought to her. Another customer walked out after receiving their food. One thing Parker County has been missing is a good Asian restaurant. Holic Pho is a step in the right direction. We had the fried dumpling and Pho and both were great. Love having such high quality pho in Parker County. I especially like the special pho. The short rib version was very good but just not quite AS good. Make sure you ask them for the basil leaves if you desire them. They don't automatically bring them out because they said lots of people weren't using them. The signature vermicelli salad bowl is fabulous. My husband really liked the fried dumplings. On one of my visits I ordered the grilled pork plate and asked for extra stir fry veggies.
