We got to meet Kinsley, the owner's daughter and who the restaurant is named after. Their mission is to support people who have Down syndrome and they hire them to work at the restaurant. The location is small, but they do have a couple of tables to sit and eat your food. After looking at the extensive menu, we decided to share the peach cobbler funnel cake, a popular item there. The funnel cake is large, and the ice cream scoop was a generous portion as well. In short, it was so good.
