Great family fun. We came up here on Father's Day to celebrate and were shocked at how slow it was in Atascadero. There was only one other family here when we arrived so it was easy to check in and get started. Thankfully, shortly after we started more people started to show up. The obstacles are a lot of fun, although I wish there were more. My 2.5 year old daughter had a blast for about 5 holes before she decided to play in the sand. It is nice that they offer several different club options for kids. They provide a nice shaded area as well, which is crucial when dealing with the summer heat. Friendly staff, fun little course, and a good deal especially when combining with the arcade.

Mr. Putters Putt Putt has been on my list to try out in Atascadero! As a lover of mini golf, it was an okay 18 hole course but I do have to say that's it's more on the kid level rather than adult. The courses were simple and a lot of them can be done in less than 3 par. The courses also felt a lot like the others, didn't really have any unique-ness to it. But it was still a fun experience :)

    Love this classic Renault.

What a find in Atascadero - step back in time & enjoy an evening on the golf course - albeit a mini course. Great parking & a restaurant right next door. You remember Putt-Putt...right...Mr. Putter's carries on the tradition. Do yourself a favor & check Mr. Putter's our.

Fantastic and fun place. Very clean and friendly. There is also a laundromat and a great Mexican place in the same place. We had a great time and the staff was very friendly. Very affordable and fun for the entire family. I am a course expert with a score of 40

We passed the location twice, first was because we didn't see the business sign, second because we weren't sure where to park. The sign for that is actually behind the restaurant beside it. That's probably the best directions I can give you just act like your going to the laundry mat and you'll find the right place. Initial thought was $8 per person for this small course seems pricey.. as we played we noticed that even though each hole is probably half as far as other mini golf places this one didn't disappoint in the challenge. Also as an added bonus there are a few spinner at the start of the whole to shake things up, for example one player had to make their first stoke eyes closed and another had to stand on one foot, things like that. The course goes fairly fast. It's basically a fun 30 minutes to test your putting skills and challenge others. They do have frequent returnee cards. Still would like to see this closer to 6-6.50 price range.

Some of the holes . 18 total.

The little course is really cute with a tiki-island theme, waterfalls and tiny sand trap hazards.

So we went over today, then get some dinner once we were played out. There is some food on the premisses. M had spotted a Taco Tuesday deal $3 for 3 with an alcoholic beverage purchase....lets see what else is on the menu...ah... I'm not going any further with the cuisine, I'll say its not my kind of place to eat. However Pin Ball is defiantly the game and there are plenty other games too. Pool x 4 tables, Air Hockey, driving, shooting, grab a prize, photo booth, cotton candy. basketball, no skeet ball, and the rest. Beer, wine and sodas are available. Sound is plenty good a giant fan helps to take the heat off you. No screens to be seen. Minors are subject to certain days and times, this is ideally an adult escape. See ya kids foodguy-Martin

Have billiards if you are a pool shark. Bathrooms were clean. Service was a little all over the place, but nice. For example, place was empty and still waited at the bar every time. I would be here all the time if I lived in SLO and will be back.

I was able to find great deals on mini golf and arcade credits through Groupon, which definitely helped. There are tons of fun games, and the kids loved the arcade. They even managed to win prizes from the giant claw machine, which never happens, so that was a big highlight! They also have batting cages and water bumper cars, though the bumper cars were out of commission when we visited. I'd recommend eating beforehand and bringing your own drinks. The food is overpriced and not great quality. That said, the service was very friendly both at the food counter and in the arcade/ticket area.

The website will say "open," but weekday hours don't actually start until 2 PM, and that detail is buried further down. We found that out the hard way after finishing up at the pier around 11 and having to completely pivot our plans (including grabbing food elsewhere to hold the kids over). Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to be aware of if you're visiting from out of town. Once they did open though? Completely different story. We were greeted by Robert -- and honestly, he set the tone for the entire visit. He was the only one up front at first, but you wouldn't have known it based on how smoothly everything went. Friendly, attentive, and actually present. He helped us get set up, handled food, and still managed to keep an eye on everything else going on. And yes -- he made our pizzas fast, gave us a buzzer, and sent us on our way to enjoy the games instead of waiting around. That alone? Huge. We ended up doing the arcade route first, and this is where Boomer's really surprised me. I used a Groupon deal and paid $25 for 100 points, and it just so happened to be one of their half-off arcade days. So instead of games costing 3 points, they were 1.5 -- and the machines actually show you the discount clearly. That's smart business. The card system is also way better than old-school arcades. No paper tickets flying everywhere -- everything loads directly onto the card. And for once, we actually had enough points to get decent prizes. We walked out with a bunch of toys and plushies instead of the usual "you can afford a sticker and a piece of candy" situation. At one point, my son joked that a game was "rigged," and Robert immediately stepped in -- not in a defensive way, but in a "let me make sure this kid is having a good time" way. He showed him how the game worked, pointed out that he had already won multiple times, and turned it into a funny, reassuring moment instead of letting frustration build. That kind of attentiveness stands out. We also tried the go-karts (paid separately), and I'll say this: if you're even considering it, just go for the unlimited option. One round was enough to realize we wanted to get right back in line. The kids had a blast, and even with one riding with me, it was still a great experience. We ended up spending about 2.5 to 3 hours here between food, games, and rides -- and overall spent around $100. For everything we did, that's actually a really solid value. Especially compared to places like Scandia, where you can easily drop $200 without blinking. There was also a giant claw machine with oversized bouncy balls -- both of my boys won on their first try, which felt like a miracle in itself. We couldn't take them with us (overpacked car problems), so we gave them to another family with little ones. Unexpected wholesome moment. Overall vibe: * Not overly crowded (at least when we went) * Clean and easy to navigate * Systems are modern and efficient * Staff presence was light, but Robert carried the experience If I had one note, it would be the hours communication -- that part could be clearer upfront. But once you're inside, the experience makes up for it. We came in slightly thrown off by the timing... and left with happy kids, prizes, and zero regrets. And Robert? Give that man his flowers. He made a lasting impression without even trying to. All in all a great experience and 10/10 would recommend ! BUT THEY OPEN AT 2pm on weekdays ! REMEMBER THAT !
