I've been going here a while now. Always had a great experience. Quick (it is Mr. Quick after all); yet efficient and friendly service. I don't know what happened, but this experience was terrible. Almost $75 for an oil change and you can't even fill my windshield wiper fluid (even when I asked to check all fluids)!!!??? What the did I actually pay for? Ridiculous! Also, Mr. Too Quick couldn't wait to get me out of there and there was legit no customers. You may want to re-hire - seriously, what was that? I will not be doing further business there! read more

Firstly, I tried to contact the business with my feedback rather than leave a review but they have no email address on their website. I am very dissatisfied and I would never take my car back here. In short, they didn't check ANY fluids at all, despite giving me a report saying they did and that all the levels were good. So how do I know they even bothered to change the oil? Super annoying. The full story is I was passing through on an extended road trip. I asked how much for an oil change, they said $35, and my first thought was "Wow that sounds cheap." Well, you get what you pay for. The FIRST red flag is that I knew on my road trip I used a lot of wiper fluid, so I expected to be low. I also knew I haven't changed the cabin filter or engine filter in over two years. I pick up the car and their report says all fluid levels are good, and that there is no cabin filter. I think that's odd, so at first I just ask the guy point blank- did you check the wiper fluid? I can tell by the hesitation in his voice and look on his face- they didn't check it. Of course not. He says "I'm not sure but it's $2.49 extra to fill it, did you want to do that today"? Yes, yes I want too, WTF else am I here for. Pretty please, check all my fluid levels and tell me if I'm low. I watch him empty almost the entire bottle of wiper fluid; I was nearly empty as I expected. So given that I already know they didn't check wiper fluid or the cabin filter, I think "man...I better just check everything myself." So I did it right in their parking lot in plain view. I pop the hood and immediately, first thing I see, I am WAY LOW on engine coolant. It's way below the minimum fill line- but my report says coolant level was checked and it's all good. So irritating. Keep in mind, there is no dip stick for coolant, you don't even have to open the cap- you can see it right there in the reservoir plain as day. It's obviously WAY, WAY, critically below the minimum fill line. But my report says my coolant level is good to go. Of course, both the cabin and engine filter are filthy as I expected. So I go to the nearest auto supply store and take care of it all myself. It's just so annoying. Don't take your care here- they simply can't be trusted. read more

They did not adjust tire pressure, vacuum interior, or wash windows as advertised. I would assume that if that was not done they also didn't check other fluid levels as advertised either. read more

This place can't do anything right. Went there for an oil change, paid $60 just to get home and take a peek at my fluids and power steering fluid was below the minimum line and antifreeze was WAY below the minimum line. Called, they were like oh yeah? Well let me take a look at that. Like I'm lying or stupid. Drive all the way back there for them to fix it. Now they put power steering in my reservoir when a Ford Focus doesn't take power steering fluid, it's takes TRANSMISSION fluid in the power steering reservoir. My car is now overflowing with foamy pink liquid. Now I have to go back AGAIN. screw that, doing it myself. read more

Called up mr.quicks for a price quote told them exactly what vehicle, all the info needed. Told me $70.00 I said ok . I went there , pulled in there and they said the price STARTED at $70.00 and that it would cost a lot more. He pointed at their price board and said it says starts at.. But not what they said I the phone. Sounds like a deal to sucker people in and jack up the price. So I got in my vehicle and left and will never go back. read more

They were quick and got the job done. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. When it was time to pay the bill it was higher than I was expecting. So I asked why. The tire rotation was not the $19.99 that I was expecting, it was $25.99. The explanation was that my tires were large. My tires are 17 inch tires. Pretty standard for most small SUV's. There are not more lug nuts to take off. It did not take them longer. Way to rip off your customers. I told the young man working that this was not right. He seemed very nice and did not have much to say. No life experience I guess. There are many places cheaper to get your services done and I highly recommend you going somewhere else unless you win the lottery. read more

I'm not sure they even changed my oil. I think they added some without draining any. Right after I had my vehicle "serviced" there my car started leaking oil and when I checked the level it was black, not golden and new but black as night. If you overfill the oil it will blow your valve cover gaskets sure enough that was where the leak was coming from ($500.00 to get fixed by the way). So I went and bought my own oil and filter and changed it myself in my driveway, what came out was black sludge. The two oil changed I had "done" were "done" by McQuicks. I only drive 30 miles a day to work and back. There is no way the oil could have turned black like that in a week. read more
