customer service is outstanding best I have been treated. They are very compassionate as Picasso creating his art. Quality is top notch. They were very polite and waiting time was very quick. When my car had its alignment I found the other company I took it to before, did NOT do it correctly and did not show me the issues the car had. Adam not only show me the issues the car had when they fixed it; Adam gave me the before and after results and sent me home with a copy of it. I realized this afternoon that my inspection sticker ran out at the end of July. I leave in the morning on a trip to Canada and was afraid that I may have a problem at the border with the expired sticker. I called 8 places and was told I would have to wait until next week or longer. Then I called Sullivan and explained my situation. These guys are great their super polite and set me up with an appointment for an alignment on the only day I had off. They got me right in after a 20 min wait and after 20 more mins came out explained what they did using a diagram and honored my $30 coupon. Tldr: good service but fairly expensive, around 200$/hr labor rate and Innacurate quotes Went to get a front driveshaft replacement and alignment on a 2005 Lexus rx330, good service, was charged 600$ for 3 hours of labor with no diagnostic.
