Unfortunately my favorite Mai Feng is closed on Monday's. This is the closest place. Place appears to be dirty. Gnats all over the counter. I spent almost 25 dollars and the portion size was small for the money. I paid 7.95 for the combo platter of sweet and sour chicken and 2.50 extra for lo mein. Also the sauce for the chicken was hardly any there. Never order from here again! read more

When you call them to place an order you could barely understand them and can barely hear them over the noise of the kitchen. It's extremely frustrating and you never know if they hear you and get your order correctly. This last time I ordered, they said delivery would take 45 minutes, I called them two hours later wondering where my order was and they said it never left the kitchen because the delivery guy never came back. Highly recommend the noodle soup! They have soo many varieties, you can mix and match. There are also options for the type of noodles you want. I always get the plain vegetable noodle soup, my boyfriend always switches it up and is never disappointed. This isn't really a great place for Chinese food. Yes, the menu looks pretty much identical to any other Chinese food place, and the prices are reasonable but the food really isn't too flavorful and is mediocre at best. I placed a full order for dinner a month or so ago and wasn't thrilled with our meals. If this was the only place local to you then you could probably find a couple of items that you liked to order here but being a spot a little farther from us this is definitely not worth the trip. The ingredients don't seem to be of the best quality. For instance, the other day I was really hungry so I swung by for an egg roll. Biting in wasn't bad but as I got into the feeling. The pork looked very dark and the pieces were incredibly small. In fact, most of the egg roll was made up of dough and the inside cabbage like filling was primarily all you could see as you looked into the egg roll. Step it up and try somewhere else. read more

Great for vegetarians! They have a pretty good selection of vegetable-based and chicken alternative based dishes. I had the vegetarian General Tso chicken and it was delicious with a large portion size for leftovers. Would recommend for delivery or takeout and will order again. read more

I ordered from Mr Rice tonight because my "go to" Chinese restaurant is closed Sunday. I ordered vegetable lo mein and chicken with garlic sauce. Very unimpressed with both items. The pictures posted previously of food must be from an owner or employee because my food looked nowhere near as good. There were no carrots or snow peas in what I ordered?? Vegetable lo mein flavor was mediocre and chicken with garlic sauce was hardly edible. Sauce was extremely thick as if it was just spooned out of a jar or can and just hastily mixed with a small amount of chicken. Chicken had an awkward texture (no doubt cooked in advance and just reheated) with areas not even touched by sauce. I would not recommend or order from this restaurant again. read more

I tried supporting local businesses in my area during the pandemic. I ordered spare rib tips with French fries and spring rolls. I also order the sugar donuts. The spring rolls were never delivered, the spare ribs taste super old and disgusting with a foul distinctive taste. The sugar donuts were over fried with barely any sugar on them. I had to return the entire order and resorted to something in my kitchen. There was no apologies or anything done to try to rectify the situation. The general tso and some other dishes are actually quite interesting. They add some kind of their own sauce and style to each dish that is different from a normal chinese food restraunt.
