Today, I took my 2026 red Camry through the car wash, and the brushes caused several scratches on the passenger side of the hood. The vehicle had no scratches prior to this. It's kept in a garage. I reported the issue, and Genoris had me complete a damage/incident report. I requested the manager's phone number but was informed that one is not available. I will be getting estimates for the damage and expect the car wash to cover the cost of the repairs. read more

Manager gets on here and says to email to get things fixed. So I have emailed over three times and still no response. Where is the accountability dash car wash??? So disappointed! I came here 12-26-25 around 11am the attendant at the kiosk told me that my DASH Car Wash voucher for a free car wash I got when DASH took over the car wash wasn't acceptable. I was literally handed it at the same location 2 months ago and he acted as if he didn't know who gave it to me. That's not a good way to build brand loyalty or keep customers happy. I have been a member with this company for several years and have only had interaction with a person a few times ( besides being directed into the carwash) I went there in January to vacuum out my work vehicle and met a very pleasant young man name Vear, I had questions about why there were so few vacuums working and he addressed them. He was very attentive and accommodating, unfortunately I returned to find out that he was no longer there, with that being said, good customer service is hard to find. I went last week and didn't even receive a hello from anyone. I may have to take my business, where it's appreciated. read more

The attendant that greeted me was very friendly and helpful. Only the far right lane is available to non-members. This requires larger vehicles to have to back up because of the sharp turn. After the wash, I still had bird droppings not washed off and my rear hatch was dirty. But, I will give them a second chance since they just remodeled everything. read more

Fast yes, friendly... It depends. They either seem to be short-staffed, and not friendly, or they are overly staffed and overly friendly. Sometimes I have been given a disposable dash wipe, other times I have not. I do appreciate the wipe when I receive one. Seeing as it is a drive-through car wash, with self-serve vacuums, not sure how much friendly I really need. I usually get a mid-grade car wash. I tried the cheaper one once. It just didn't fully clean my car. Monthly plans are available. Pay one fee for unlimited car washes for the month. There are also family plans. That means that another vehicle may be added to the monthly plan for a discounted rate. Free vacuums are under a shade canopy. Suction on the vacuums is powerful. read more

Come through every time I'm in state. I love the bond you see with these gentlemen at the wash. Hebrew always has a smile on his face ready with a joke or something to laugh about. Tyler is going to tell me something about his new Firefighting training. The tall kid that looks like the site manager I see sweeping and checking the parking lot often. The site manager is very straight forward and clear when explaining memberships and what's to look forward to next in our small community. Unfortunately lately when I've come I see that when I go to use the vacuum that suction is not there and seems to not be working. Seems like someone should be taking care of this. Site manager said he is aware and contacted who he could on the manner. Unfortunate they can't fix it faster. Five stars just on staff alone. read more

Shiloh did a great job with offering to clean the bugs off my windshield. Too bad they don't offer a suds cleaning bucket and brush so a customer could do this themselves like the gas stations do. I needed the bugs scrubbed off prior to running it through the wash since their equipment doesn't get all the bugs off. read more

When this place first opened, it was great (5 Stars). I would take both my personal vehicle and the company car there at least once a week. Since everything was so good, and it was usually right on my way to work/home, I decided to buy the Unlimited $24.95/month wash for my personal SUV. And, for quite some time, it was doing well (4 and 5 Stars). And, the Free vacuums work real well, too. For the $3.00 wash, I don't expect the car to come out perfectly clean and spot free. But, when paying $10.00 +, I except certain things and this placed delivered. At least in the beginning. But over the past 3 or 4 months, the top blaster won't always tilt in to clean the soap of the back window. And, my rims are not getting as clean as they use to. While these issues aren't a big problem, they now have a new policy (or, so I was told) where they don't allow the brushes to come across the back of my RAV 4 because of the external-mounted spare tire (went through this place and several others at least 100 times w/o a problem). But, because of the setting, it also doesn't do the front and the right brush does not always make full contact with the side of the vehicle. Or, 2 or 3 times, only 1 brush moved across the front/back, which left the other half still dingy looking. As well, as being severely spotted a couple of times. Also, depending on who's working the "front", some of the guys really apply the bug cleaner good. Others, just barely get the front bumper wet. So, it looks like I'm going to cancel this service. read more

This place is fast but definitely not friendly!! I have been going here for a while now and have held off on this to see if anything changed before I wrote this review. I understand that the self service car wash is designed to eliminate the "pushy salesmen" of the traditional full service wash, but a little customer service wouldn't be a terrible thing and generally goes a long way with customers. I was there today and 2 employees came directly into my "bay" while I was drying my truck and not a single word was said from either of them. Not a simple hello, how you doing, nothing. I realize I'm not there for conversation but at least acknowledge your customers and be thankful for the business. I will say that their tunnel is one of the few that will fit my vehicle, so I am very limited in where I can go, but there are a handful of quick washes in my area and more seem to be popping up all over. If I had a more reasonable sized truck (I know, I'm ridiculous) I'd be going somewhere else for sure. Lastly, not only are the employees not welcoming, but the quality of the wash is slowly becoming worse. I end up drying my entire vehicle and touching up a lot of areas. The other place my truck fits is the Clean Freak at 59th and Bell, and the quality of the wash is much better and the customer service is far better than this place. All in all, I suggest you try some place else. You will be much happier with the service and quality. read more

What I love about this service is it's good at any of their car washes which I have a choice of 3 depending on which way I head out for the day. I chose the top of the line monthly wash here and it was great at first except at times the clear coat protection would barely cover my truck. After 10 months using them I noticed scratches on my paint and windshield. I complained to them and they filled out a form. I got a call a couple of weeks later from a Tyler whom I presume was the owner and he told me to take my truck by again after I already showed them the scratches and that guy took photos. I took it over and showed Timothy again and he blamed me for inadequate paint protection applied on my part. He is so full of crap because I have applied protection by hand every month and yet purchased their top coat protectant. I told that manager Timothy that; " what was I supposed to do apply my own protection on my windshield??" Plus what good was it to purchase the clear coat protection from them?????? These guys don't care except for their bottom line financially speaking and not for others peoples cars paint jobs, so please stay away from doing business there unless you want your paint sanded off. I never got a call back either from Tyler the owner after I took my truck back in to show them the scratches for the second time. Ol Timothy told me he would get ahold of Tyler and have him call me. Tried this carwash this weekend. I saw this place while on a neighborhood run a few months ago. I was looking for a "drive thru" carwash so I didn't have to put up with pushy sales guys at the full service places AND (even worse) the dreaded windshield chip guy. This place is very nice. They've got a bug clean/ truck bed clean station before you pay. The payment kiosk is easy to figure out (touch screen) and they have a good selection of various services. ie basic wash, standard wash, premium wash, you just bought the whole shebang wash!, and various upgrades you can buy, or reject (without the pushy sales guy). The attendant guides you into the wash so you don't have to feel like a bonehead if you miss the tracks, they even inspect the bed of your truck and remove any debris if necessary. Their automatic system sends you through the dryers so fast it almost might as well not. I didn't mind that. Their $25 a month plan includes a complimentary interior rag and a scent square, but their $15 a month doesn't. I was annoyed by that but didn't stress too much on that. When I learned I wasn't driving for Uber anymore and called to cancel, no way of getting there, and was ignored and called crazy on the phone by their staff, the whole thing just pissed me off. I overlooked there being no visible difference in car wash quality between $15 and $25 dollars. The lack of cheap air freshener and wet rag was annoying, but still overlooked. And now this bullshit? If I didn't have to dry the car by hand no matter which plan I used, I might have given it two stars including being called crazy. Because apparently my choices are pay $15 a month forever or fly back from Omaha to cancel it in person. The posts pointing out their awful customer service are spot on. I have a fairly new BMW 5 series, meaning I usually try to stay away from automatic car washes in fear that they might damage my car. Not this one! As others have said, they obviously designed this wash very carefully, it does an incredible job. The facilities are extremely clean. The vacuums are free and suck really hard, they have carpet mat holders and even a free carpet mat cleaning machine (don't be scared, it works great!) Plenty of shaded parking and BIG spaces as not to crowd people out. Most definitely 5/5 stars, I'll be coming back here whenever I need a wash. read more

Great car wash from the machine. Horrible customer service. While vacuuming my car, the car wash attendant was "hovering" over me making me feel like my time was up, however it says free vacuums. When I finished vacuuming they gave me an almost dried wipe for my dash and steering wheel. After the three decent wipes I could get with it I politely asked the attendant for another wipe and he sneered at me and rudely said no and walked away inside. I will never come to this car wash again. I was a regular here but now I will go to another wash thank to the asshole service. read more

I drive five miles out of my way to go to this wash regularly. The staff is friendly, the vacuums are the best level of suction in town, and the trash there is cleaned out constantly so I'm not running into bees. The wash itself gets my car super shiny and is quick but effective, and at a great price. I would definitely recommend this over other washes in the valley. read more
