I miss the McRib!…read more I'm not a fan of poutine meaning I have not had one I absolutely wanted to have again. But dam, putting this smoked meat over poutine makes it the best ever! There is so much smokey, but not overpowering flavor, in the brisket I found myself eating this with the cold fries later in the day and it was still awesome. Smoked and Smashed's rendition of the McRib sandwich is not spot on, it's better! Tender real pork rib meat, not processed molded, with the bones removed, thinly sliced pickles and fresh sliced onions layered on top with the most perfect tangy BBQ sauce. I wish I had brought back a few of these back with me to the states. These need to be available on GoldBelly! Get here as early as you can because the secret is definitely out and they are selling out before lunch service is done.
