Amazing Turkish pastries! We wanted to try everything but we settled on a pound of their baklava variety. They melt in your mouth! So delicious!

We bought several trays of walnut and pistachio baklava for our wedding this weekend (my husband is Greek)- they tasted AMAZING!!!! All of our guests were raving about how delicious they were. They were so easy to place an order with. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome pastries. We tried Baklava and other pistachio pastries and it was delicious. We catered for an event and everyone liked it. Definitely recommend to try pastries from this place.

FIVE kinds of filo/phyllo dough to bake baklava/spanakopita, etc.!

Such a treat - found myself near this little Middle Eastern bakery/grocery store & stopped in to indulge my sweet tooth! I bought a Pistachio Baklava & slice of Cheese Khafeh. Then surprise! Michael the baker gave me a Walnut Finger & a Maamoul Cookie to sample. The Walnut Finger & Pistachio Baklava are familiar: phyllo dough, honey, butter, & nuts. I munched on those right away. Cheese Khafeh is a whole mood: it looks "simple" but put it in the microwave & it transforms. Khafeh's topped with phyllo crumbs & filled with cheese that melts when heated. Drizzle honey on top & it's ooey/gooey/scrumptious. This was my "experimental" order b/c I saw it, had no idea what it was , but wanted to try it. Jury's still out on the Maamoul Cookie: it kind of looks like a madeleine so it's cookie on the outside. Filling is a combo of mixed nuts, rose water & something else - maybe pureed dates - & almost tastes like wine. (3.31.21: I learned from an acquaintance who's Middle Eastern that they flavor them w/ "mahleb." Mahleb is the ground up seeds inside a cherry pit, made into a powder to give flavor of cherry/almond. Fascinating!) This is also a sweet spot to eat LUNCH: falafel, chicken shawarma, gyros and other savory dishes. The grocery story/butcher shop that connects to the bakery features groceries, frozen foods, FIVE different brand of filo/phyllo dough. Love to come back with Middle Eastern/international recipes in mind so I can buy the specific ingredients needed. Definitely an unexpected find!

Greenway and 35th ave, on the Northwest side. I had been looking for a new sweet place and took the advice of my fellow Yelpers from the "Collections" in Yelp! Ordered a variety of sweets to taste and also a Christmas treat for my Stylist, it was a mixture of baklava, which was mighty tasty and fresh. I got the mixture but you can order whatever you desire and plenty to pick from. It did look like the bakery was also a mini mart and deli, may need to go back and try more items. Service, was helped very quickly and super friendly.

Mamool! Fresh out of the oven! Thank you, Michael

Service was quick, tasting spoons are provided, and it's very clean and well-lit. The flavors rotate and all gelato is made daily. At our visit tonight the six of us tried multiple flavors. In a small cup you can get a single flavor, two flavors in a medium, and I think three (or four?) in a large. We had three smalls and three mediums for about $45. My son had Sea Salt Caramel and Espresso Bean, my DIL had Sea Salt Caramel, grandkids - twin 2 had a medium of peach sorbet ("Very peachy!"), twin 1 had coconut and raspberry sorbets, Jack had Crème de Biscotti (cookies and cream). I had Sea Salt Caramel and Dark Chocolate and the chocolate was dark as chocolate syrup, rich, creamy, and boasted dark chocolate chunks. I devoured it all. The mall area around us was like a plaza, with white light-wrapped palm trees, umbrella tables with chairs and several artificial turf play areas where littles were tumbling and playing. A great family atmosphere.

It's very good. I've also tried the Peach which was great as well. You can try samples of whichever flavors you want. You can also get two flavors in the same cup. Something about gelato feels lighter than traditional ice cream - but maybe it's just in my head. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

If you're craving gelato and you're in the Scottsdale area you should definitely swing by Pussycat…read moreGelato. Their artisanal gelato is 100% natural (no preservatives), homemade, and is considered "true gelato" Their vibe is a little interesting. The ambiance isn't that of a typical Italian coffee shop. Their logo is basically a pussycat doll and there's western film posters on the wall (maybe spaghetti westerns is a tie-in). But there's plenty of seating inside and out The staff were efficient. You can taste the flavors before purchase, and they'll have you in and out in no time There's dozens of homemade flavors to choose from. You can get multiple scoops, single, in a cup, cone, etc. Each order comes with a tartlet homemade Nila wafer as a "tasteful" garnish (pun intended) Everything was delicious, and we will definitely be back someday Some tips: If you're a sorbet person, you're in luck. They have a variety of sorbets to choose from. These are vegan and gluten free options as well Definitely taste test before making your purchase. All the flavors are delicious, but you have the opportunity to taste multiple delicious flavors before making your decision There's a few locations. So, if you're in the Scottsdale, Bisbee, or Sedona areas check them out Cheers!!

It was a poor attempt at gelato. The flavor wasn't pronounced and the texture wasn't creamy. There are better places in Scottsdale.
