Service was so friendly, the girl had such a nice personality and pretty smile. Very welcoming. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's pretty cute inside, but looks pretty standard for a frozen treat shop.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was a touch busy when we were there but she did not rush us or anything. I asked what her fave was since I was indecisive. She said the lotus biscuit flavor. Definitely a great choice. It was creamy and sweet without being too sweet. Obviously you have to like the lotus cookie flavor and she asked if I wanted a cookie on top and obvi, bc my sweet tooth is everything. Biggest couldn't decide and just got the cookies and cream and she gave her a cookie on top of hers. The baby got the mint chocolate chip and got an Andes mint on top. She gave me a taste of hers but I wasn't really a fan. To be fair, I don't really like mint and chocolate together that much. Price range is about the same as Coldstone. Next time I'm in the area, I'll be back, ready to treat myself, and maybe I'll get a bigger size next time.

A huge variety of flavors! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The cases were decorated beautifully as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Super friendly staff and the gelato was excellent!

Sooooo many delicious options! They don't have sugar-free which is a negative for me since my body cannot handle sugar. They DO have 'no sugar added', but that still has more sugar than I can handle. The people I was with all had different flavors and all were delicious (according to them). The girls at the counter were very nice and smiley.

Finished our daddy daughter dinner valentines date and I mean you gotta finish with dessert! After walking around Biltmore fashion park we were recommended this place and my daughter is so thrilled we did she said it was the best she ever had. She loved every bite of her salted caramel in a cone and the young lady that served her was very kind. Was a great way to end the date.

We went here because a co-worker from our other office recommended it, saying that it was pretty close to the gelato that he had in Italy. But little did he know, that we already have a location in Albuquerque. The line was long, but it went fast. Either the prices went up or this location charges more... even with a variety of flavors and after trying several flavors, I feel like I wasn't overly excited to try anything. I ended up getting the piccolo (small) dark chocolate. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We sat outside (several tables) and it wasn't hot with the misters.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Next time, I think I'll try the cherry next time 2024 #29

I loved the toasted marshmallow gelato! The service was friendly and the gelato was amazing. Was the perfect treat after dinner!

Great flavors, all fresh, and totally homemade. Really hits the spot when you want something cold and light. The non dairy fruit flavors are all fruit, all natural with no additives. Can try samples as well!!

Very sheek aesthetic, very clean inside and modern. If Apple were a dessert shop instead of electronics. They allow you to sample any flavors you'd like. The sizes are small and I feel it is a big overpriced for the portion, but it's supposed to be really good ingredients. The worker helping us seemed peeved, probably because she had to keep doling out samples upon samples. I didn't really blame her!

This place was a lifesaver in the crazy AZ heatwave! I loved the coloring of this place and there was a ton of flavors to choose from. There are a lot of seating options that still keep you semi-away from the long line that's always formed. Staff is also very friendly about letting you try a bunch of flavors before you make your decision. While the gelato wasn't the best gelato I've ever had, it was still pretty good depending on what flavor you got. Luckily, there are a bunch to choose from so everyone will be able to find a flavor they enjoy. I ended up getting a scoop of the Raspberry Sorbet because I loved how tart it tasted and how smooth the texture was. I was surprised that it didn't melt faster as I was walking outside in the sun. I'd come back if I was in the area, but I also wouldn't mind checking out some other dessert places since I'm not a local.

Frost is a must visit spot! Not only is the staff accommodating, but they're friendly and seem genuinely happy to be there serving up delicious Gelato they let my son indulge in a couple samples and it was just so sweet. Every flavor we tried was delicious and you really can't go wrong! The hardest part is choosing you flavor(s). We'll be back again soon!

Frost is the perfect cold treat! There are so many delicious flavors, the service is great, you can sample flavors, and there are fun surprise toppings. This last time I got the medium size with two different flavors, but that was probably a bit much for me. Next time I'll go with the smaller size and one flavor.

Service was quick, tasting spoons are provided, and it's very clean and well-lit. The flavors rotate and all gelato is made daily. At our visit tonight the six of us tried multiple flavors. In a small cup you can get a single flavor, two flavors in a medium, and I think three (or four?) in a large. We had three smalls and three mediums for about $45. My son had Sea Salt Caramel and Espresso Bean, my DIL had Sea Salt Caramel, grandkids - twin 2 had a medium of peach sorbet ("Very peachy!"), twin 1 had coconut and raspberry sorbets, Jack had Crème de Biscotti (cookies and cream). I had Sea Salt Caramel and Dark Chocolate and the chocolate was dark as chocolate syrup, rich, creamy, and boasted dark chocolate chunks. I devoured it all. The mall area around us was like a plaza, with white light-wrapped palm trees, umbrella tables with chairs and several artificial turf play areas where littles were tumbling and playing. A great family atmosphere.

It's very good. I've also tried the Peach which was great as well. You can try samples of whichever flavors you want. You can also get two flavors in the same cup. Something about gelato feels lighter than traditional ice cream - but maybe it's just in my head. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Their artisanal gelato is 100% natural (no preservatives), homemade, and is considered "true gelato" Their vibe is a little interesting. The ambiance isn't that of a typical Italian coffee shop. Their logo is basically a pussycat doll and there's western film posters on the wall (maybe spaghetti westerns is a tie-in). But there's plenty of seating inside and out The staff were efficient. You can taste the flavors before purchase, and they'll have you in and out in no time There's dozens of homemade flavors to choose from. You can get multiple scoops, single, in a cup, cone, etc. Each order comes with a tartlet homemade Nila wafer as a "tasteful" garnish (pun intended) Everything was delicious, and we will definitely be back someday Some tips: If you're a sorbet person, you're in luck. They have a variety of sorbets to choose from. These are vegan and gluten free options as well Definitely taste test before making your purchase. All the flavors are delicious, but you have the opportunity to taste multiple delicious flavors before making your decision There's a few locations. So, if you're in the Scottsdale, Bisbee, or Sedona areas check them out Cheers!!

There are tables inside the restaurant and outside of the restaurant. While it was hot outside (in the 90s) the shade and wind made it extremely comfortable to sit outside. The bakery itself was extremely cute and new bakery items were consistently being brought out and restocked. I came with my (extremely picky) mom and she really enjoyed Paris Rendez-Vous. We both got the Ham and Cheese Croissant to stay, it had bechemal sauce inside of the sandwhich adding a nice creaminess. The to stay dish does cost a few dollars more than the to go dish. This is because you are served and also it comes with a light salad with Italian dressing. The salad was a nice addition to the sandwhich, it added the perfect amount of freshness. My mom got an apricot cheese danish to go, and she wishes she would have grabbed 3 more, she is insistent that they are the best vanishes that she has ever had in Arizona...so I would recommend checking that out. Overall it was a nice and quiet brunch spot, that I would definitely classify as a hidden gem in Scottsdale. I recommend checking it out.
