I had been going to Gerbers for 20 years and never had a problem until about a year ago, when I took it to the former management. The Lexus I drive has a white pearlized paint, which is a bit tricky to handle. They had a new guy painting who messed it up no less than 4 times! Each time it was a different problem, first it was a hair in the paint, then the tape pulled the paint off, etc., etc., it took WEEKS to get it back and it stil wasn't right.
