Rod was the only shop nearby that actually picked up the phone when my fleet called to see if they could tiny my windows. My only knock was that I did call for a couple days without reaching anyone, but once I was in communication with Rod, things went really smoothly (it's his direct line, so not surprised with how busy he is). He made an appointment for me at 10:30am, but after I realized I had a conflict, he allowed me to drop the car off early and dealt with all of my complicated paperwork (fleet vehicle) over an hour early. When I picked up the car several hours later, the tinting looked good except for a quarter sized air bubble. He immediately squeezed it out. I also mentioned streaks on my window exterior that weren't there before and he went ahead and washed the whole side of my car. I was more than happy with the level of service. I'm really happy with how the tinting turned out. This was only a couple days ago, so time will tell how it continues to hold up. If I don't update this review it's pretty safe to say I'm still satisfied with the tint job I got! read more

I returned to this location, Rod no longer works here and evidently he took his customer service with him. I went in for a chip repair on my windshield and was quoted an unreasonable price, I recommend buying a repair kit from Amazon and to do it yourself. read more

DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE. GO PAY DOUBLE SOMEWHERE ELSE JUST TO AVOID THIS PLACE. my first interaction was a good one. He gave me a good price and a warranty and was able to get me in ASAP. It took a pretty long time (about 4 hours) to complete but i was okay with that. My car sat for 2 weeks after that while I was on vacation and I came back to a huge bubble in the tint on my back seat window as well as a bunch of little air bubbles all over every other window. I scheduled a time to bring it back to him to which he agreed.. i show up on my scheduled day and he's not there and no one can get ahold of him. I finally get a call back the next day and he asks me to bring it back a week later. So, I took it back to him and told him I wanted it fixed. He told me that those bubbles are inevitable and that's just what happens with tint. (For anyone who's had their car tinted before that is obviously not true at all) He tried to blame it on my car being dirty even tho it had just been washed right before I got it done. He then tried to tell me that only 3 of the 7 windows needed to be retinted which was inaccurate because every window had those tiny bubbles all over. The tint job the second time around took almost 6 hours. Thank god I had a ride that day or else I would've been stuck in their empty waiting room. I give the new tint job a week... AND STILL BUBBLES. TINY BUBBLES EVERYWHERE. I called and told him that I want to bring it back tomorrow (a Tuesday) right when he opens (9am according to his website and yelp) and he says he won't be there and he's not available until the next Monday which is Labor Day and I am unavailable due to work. I ask if I can bring it the following day instead.... a Tuesday.... and again, "I won't be there." So I have to wait yet another week in order to take my car in so that he can remove the horrible tint he applied and pay me back in full. I shouldn't be surprised but, I showed up when he asked me to and yet again.... no one there to remove my tint. FINALLY after almost two months of waiting and rescheduling and wasting my days off trying to get this done, he removed it. This was such a waste of my time and such an unpleasant experience. Based on the price and warranty I was ready to refer all my friends to him and I'm so glad no one else has gotten theirs done yet. and most of all.. IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO BE AVAILABLE DURING THE POSTED BUSINESS HOURS THEN YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR HOURS TO "BY APPOINTMENT ONLY"!!!!!!! YOU'RE WASTING EVERYONES TIME! They replaced my windshield - job was well done as far as I could tell. Driving away I noticed the dash had a new large gash or scrape on it. It was obvious it was a new scrape, there were flakes on the edge of the scrape line. They denied it was their responsibility. I understand there are mistakes that may happen but I expect those mistakes to be owned up to. They do not care about their clients and just want you in and out and to seal your money. read more

WORST TINT JOB DO NOT GO HERE came here to get my windows tinted. First round there were tons of bubbles. The guy who did the tint told me they would go away in a few days but he can't guarantee that all the bubbles would go away because that's just how tinting works. He said if I wasn't happy take it back. Week later bubbles were still there and I noticed lots of gaps in the tint. Took my truck back to get retinted and the guy said I'll take it off and redo it but I can't guarantee it will be perfect. No car is perfect there are always bubbles. 1st off I've had many tint jobs on previous cars and I have never heard that or had bubbles and gaps left after tint was complete so I knew that was a lie. 2nd he asked me to go back more then once and never showed up to our appointments. Finally when I tracked him down it took 4 hours to do tint After the retint was done (which was about 7pm) there were still bubbles and crinkles in the tint that he said would smooth out. A week later nothing was smooth the bubbles were still there and it looked like shit! I came back to get tint removed and the guy (Rob or Rod) acted like he didn't know who I was and asked for my receipt which I had. With attitude he agreed to take tint and return my money. Considering this is a business and not just some guy doing side jobs I would expect a professional job. This job was as sloppy as they come. Do not come here. The worker was lazy and careless. Didn't properly clean equipment. Left glue marks and had an attitude about the shitty job he did. Go somewhere else. read more

Not pleased with final product I went to them to get my front windshield tinted a light shade and the end product was not as expected. There are creases all through out the film, air bubbles and a little tear almost in the middle of the windshield. Don't recommend going here for window tinting. I have a newer Kia Optima SXL turbo. Right after I got it, people started suggesting that I get my windows tinted darker to protect my white leather interior. After giving it much thought and researching it, I decided to go for it! I understand the laws about tinting front windows but decided to go with a 20% tint all the way around on my vehicle. I can not thank them enough or say enough nice things about them. My front windshield was shot out and it was the worst time of the month for it to happen.... as I am a single mom raising my daughter on my own.... anyways.. when it happened this wonderful tow truck driver told me he knew a wonderful place that would take care of me and give me a good price... he towed it there and I contacted them on Monday morning.... I dealt with Missan... whom the tow truck driver gave me his cell phone... (so I actually called him Sunday)... I explained my situation and he assured me he would take care of me and to call him on Monday morning.... I was so worried about not having my car back on Monday so I could go to work and get my daughter to school on Tuesday..... he had my car ready for me at 1pm..... he also gave me a really good price and I was treated like a family member... which in this day and age is extremely RARE! I had bought my brand new car about a year ago and right away wanted tinted windows! I got them done and they looked incredible and still look amazing! A couple months ago I was in an accident and completely destroyed the passenger side of my new car. I just get a rock on my windshield and by reading the reviews on yelp i find this place quite accommodating, first I try looking for Rod since he was mention on another comment for his great service but instead his cousin RAY was the one who help me out, great service, attitude and knowledge, I was expecting at least an hour to get my car back but it only took him less than 15 minutes, not an expert but I had the same problem before and that's why I was really lowering my expectations, RAY make me have faith on excellent service again, much recommended!!! read more
