When I took the car for another e-check, they failed my car, even though I had spent over $400.00. I went back to Michael's to complain. He got in the car with me and we went to the e-check site. He complained to the manager to no avail. I dropped him off at the shop, he said he was going to call the EPA. He called and talked to "Dave" at Ohio E-check. He overrode the decision to fail my car. I went back and my repairs were accepted and my car passed. Great job for Michael's!! I will definitely will be going back for any other repairs that I need.

The next closest dealership quoted considerably less, has talked me OUT of costly repairs on several occasions and has NEVER charged for diagnostics. Take your vehicle to the service dept at the Chevy dealership in Vermilion. Save your time and money, Avoid Spitzer.
