I purchased tires two weeks ago. After two weeks of driving on them I noticed and issue with them. If I could give them a "0" I would do that. Sold me a lemon used car with low mileage. it has 16,000 miles on it. Lots of electrical problems with this car and bought the "bumper to bumper" extended warranty for a few thousand dollars. (which covers nothing). DO NOT buy this expensive warranty from them, it's a joke. so far the cost is up to $1100+ out of pocket and it's still not fixed. Not sure they know what they're doing there. Everything online says it's an ABS sensor but they haven't even mentioned changing that yet. I have had 2 jeep renegades from Medina Auto Mall and I loved them. Wish they still made them. read more

I was at this dealership yesterday and was in a collision with one of the servicemen driving a privately owned vehicle. I asked to watch the video from their cameras and was told by Devin the service manager, she was going to wait until Paul Sliman came in to review videos and would take care of everything. I also asked to be contacted and I would come back to the dealership if they were going to call the police and make a report. To no avail, Not only did they not contact me until all was said and done, the Sheriff watched the video with them and i was not contacted to make my statement. I was called later that afternoon by Paul and he informed me I needed to call my insurance as it was my fault. The dealership took no ownership about backing out of a parking spot as I was in motion first to back into a parking spot! Very shady service to a buyer!!!! read more

Didn't buy my Jeep here, but they are the closest dealership to where I live. Have had to take the Jeep in twice, once for a recall repair and once for a warranty repair. Very pleased with the service department, the parts they had to order were expected to take several weeks to arrive - instead they promptly ordered them and they arrived in days, not weeks. The worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a used Jeep and with in the first 2 weeks it was in the shop 3 times. On the 3rd time they said we wont fix it because it was an as is vehicle. The only problem is is that I told them of the issues immediately but they would rather worry about there profit margin than their customers safety. Then the service manager acted like he went out of his way to help me and was extremely disrespectful. I hope they don't treat all there customers this way, especially us veterans. Service department dishonest and over priced and are the type that keeps adding to the tab for every little problem they encounter such as a bolt breaking or something adds $110 to the total blowing original qoates out of the water once they have your car on the rack and disabled not giving you much of a choice and on top of that overcharged me by $100.00 beyond that and refused to correct the mistake...the OLDER BLONDE was very pushy to get me to sign the reciept to complete the sale telling me I could talk to my service rep about it so I did and when we went back to correct the mistake she claimed she was closed at 2:30pm and couldn't do anything for me when service had 3 hours left to go...yeah right!!....needless to say I will never return as they may be the most dishonest shady place I have ever dealt with in my life so take my advice and steer clear of these shysters and save yourself alot of frustration and look elsewhere for your service needs! read more

On one occasion, I dropped the car off without an appointment due to an unexpected problem. As I arrived at work about 1/2 hour later, they were calling to say the problem was corrected.
