They failed in customer satisfaction because they completely lack customer focus. I brought my car in because I had a flat tire during my out of state visit and I was never provided the key to the locking lug nuts from my home dealer. They were to remove the locking lug from the flat and install the spare tire. Then they were to remove the remaining locking nuts and replace them with regular nuts because I told them I was going to get all new tires (elsewhere). The estimate I got from the service writer Makenzie for $60-70 was roughly accurate for labor. However, she never indicated how much new lug nuts would cost. I got a bill for twice the original estimate because the new lug nuts cost $94. I know a new set of locking lug nuts costs $96. A good service dept would have informed me of the price of both sets of lug nuts to ensure that I got the best bang for my buck. But not service writer Mackenzie. She said I approved the final cost, even though looking at the timeline, I'm pretty sure those nuts were already on the car when I did so. I thought the extra cost was additional labor to remove the other nuts. I should have checked, but even if I had, they would have said the nuts were already installed. Then when I tried to explain where they made their error, they didn't want to listen at all. They didn't like me saying the "common sense" explanation, which would have been if two things are the same cost, offer the better thing to your customer. Duh. They knew I didn't have the key to the original locking nuts. They knew I was getting all new tires. All Makenzie had to do was have customer focus instead of having a "check the box" mentality. So now, I have a $100 set of lugs that I don't need. When I return to my original home dealer, they agreed to reimburse me for a new set of locking nuts, but now, I am still out $100, thanks to Makenzie. These guys could have come out being such heroes for me in my difficult situation, but now they are just mud to me. I can see from many other reviews, that their service department has a lot of both "overcharging" and "people" problems. read more

horrible service got quoted 4 to 5 hours to install a jeep tire carrier the installation said only 2 hours and they tried to quote me 700$ I ended up doing it myself in 3 with no power tools and one person. tech tried to explain how it bolts into the trunk guy had no idea what he was talking about bad customer service read more

do not go to this dealership!!! they are crooks that don't care about customer service. they want to charge me $1,016.00 to replace my wire harness on my ram 1500. the vehicle only has 4,900 miles on it and they told me that the damage was not under warranty. if i could give a 0, i would. if your looking for a dealership that takes care of customers, don't go here. read more

If I could give them a "0" I would do that. Sold me a lemon used car with low mileage. it has 16,000 miles on it. Lots of electrical problems with this car and bought the "bumper to bumper" extended warranty for a few thousand dollars. (which covers nothing). DO NOT buy this expensive warranty from them, it's a joke. so far the cost is up to $1100+ out of pocket and it's still not fixed. Not sure they know what they're doing there. Everything online says it's an ABS sensor but they haven't even mentioned changing that yet. I have had 2 jeep renegades from Medina Auto Mall and I loved them. Wish they still made them. read more

I was at this dealership yesterday and was in a collision with one of the servicemen driving a privately owned vehicle. I asked to watch the video from their cameras and was told by Devin the service manager, she was going to wait until Paul Sliman came in to review videos and would take care of everything. I also asked to be contacted and I would come back to the dealership if they were going to call the police and make a report. To no avail, Not only did they not contact me until all was said and done, the Sheriff watched the video with them and i was not contacted to make my statement. I was called later that afternoon by Paul and he informed me I needed to call my insurance as it was my fault. The dealership took no ownership about backing out of a parking spot as I was in motion first to back into a parking spot! Very shady service to a buyer!!!! read more

Didn't buy my Jeep here, but they are the closest dealership to where I live. Have had to take the Jeep in twice, once for a recall repair and once for a warranty repair. Very pleased with the service department, the parts they had to order were expected to take several weeks to arrive - instead they promptly ordered them and they arrived in days, not weeks. The worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a used Jeep and with in the first 2 weeks it was in the shop 3 times. On the 3rd time they said we wont fix it because it was an as is vehicle. The only problem is is that I told them of the issues immediately but they would rather worry about there profit margin than their customers safety. Then the service manager acted like he went out of his way to help me and was extremely disrespectful. I hope they don't treat all there customers this way, especially us veterans. On one occasion, I dropped the car off without an appointment due to an unexpected problem. As I arrived at work about 1/2 hour later, they were calling to say the problem was corrected. Service department dishonest and over priced and are the type that keeps adding to the tab for every little problem they encounter such as a bolt breaking or something adds $110 to the total blowing original qoates out of the water once they have your car on the rack and disabled not giving you much of a choice and on top of that overcharged me by $100.00 beyond that and refused to correct the mistake...the OLDER BLONDE was very pushy to get me to sign the reciept to complete the sale telling me I could talk to my service rep about it so I did and when we went back to correct the mistake she claimed she was closed at 2:30pm and couldn't do anything for me when service had 3 hours left to go...yeah right!!....needless to say I will never return as they may be the most dishonest shady place I have ever dealt with in my life so take my advice and steer clear of these shysters and save yourself alot of frustration and look elsewhere for your service needs! read more
