The team checked everything out and told me how everything was. This time, it didn't seem like they checked anything. At the end I had to ask the guy to check the lights. He only checked the break lights. It felt like it was rushed...but it was not busy. I didn't feel as confident that my car was thoroughly checked.

By 12:45, my car is still on lift, no tire. I inform the associate at the desk that I needed to leave, to put my old tire back on, I'm no longer interested in giving them my business. At 12:50, my car is still on lift, tireless, no one's even NEAR my car. I tell her again, put MY OLD tire back on and let me go. I get back to work 7 minutes late on a day that was crucial for me to be back on time. 1.5 hours later I get a call stating that I failed to pay for my new tire!!!!! Huh? I told you to put my tire back on! I demanded that Jaime put the female sales associate on speaker phone. She tried to lie when I asked why she didn't tell me they were putting the new tire on as opposed to putting my old one back on. She said it would have taken longer to put it back on the rim so she decided to be deceitful. Went to Firestone because my rear brakes were locked up they replaced the rear Rotors brake pads…read moreand calipers, but they didn't bleed the brakes. Almost had an accident driving home. It was at the end of closing for the store. Had to bring it back the next day. The dealership changed my oil and told me I had 2000 miles left on it prior to bring it there Firestone told me the oil was dirty and it was low. It was not. I felt they were trying to get me to pay for services that I did not need and Roger the store manager it's very argumentative. He's not nice for these reasons. I cannot recommend you using the store. They did fix my brakes after the second try incredibly inconvenience.
