This place is a joke. I made an appointment for an oil change at 8:30am. Showed up and the guy says do you want to leave it or wait for it? I said I'll wait. He says I only have one guy here to work on it so it'll be a couple hours to get it done! They did this to my wife last time, she waited almost 2 hours for an oil change. Never again! read more

Came in a few months ago for tire replacements, guy there was awesome. Straight forward no bs. Gave me a good price on the tires and I got them changed out. I was quoted around 300 per axle to come back for brakes + rotors. Today I go in there and there is a short haired women behind the counter. I ask her how much it'll be per axle. She ignores me and continues to type away on the computer. She asks me which ones I want to change. I say both axles. SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT AN AXLE IS. Continues typing on her computer and after 5 minutes prints me out the prices. Quoted $1,200 for brakes and rotors + oil change on a v4 Accord. Biggest joke and ripoff I have ever seen. Turned around and walked right out. Charging that much should be a crime. Maybe hire people who know something about vehicles and don't try to up-charge customers. As an owner I would be pissed off that I have people like that pushing away repeat customers. 2 vehicles in the household that need tires/brakes/oil changes. Instead of being a trustworthy business and retaining customers, your poorly trained workers are losing you money. Good luck! read more

I've had two services at this location after being hoodwinked by my former service center, this location was honest, quick yet through and pricing was extremely reasonable, like $300 less than my former mechanic up the road. The guys were attentive to the work needed and customer service was great! If you've not tried them, definitely worth considering. read more

I didn't like the other mr tire near putt putt so I came here. Pros: convenient location, didn't take more than 2-3 hours, friendliness of the manager Mike and the other employees even thought I didn't have direct interaction. Informative. Also they were available to service my car same day. Cons: the price was kind of scary I wish I could have had a LITTLE more detail about my receipt. Random things I didn't understand were on there, It would help people who might feel "overcharged" since I'm sure it happens at a repair shop to possibly break down the charges before they leave . That's all..when you don't know anything about the topic at hand I can see people getting upset. That might help. I would go back...but being younger I need to be price conscious... read more

Came for an oil change today. The girl was able to fit me in on short notice, so I appreciated that. I like the convenience of the oil change card (buy three get one free). while waiting around the technician asked if I was ok, which was nice. I was just super bored cause there's no where to go within reason within the immediate area really . read more

Purchased a few sets of tires at this location. They always add on the road hazard warranty with out asking. They do not honor their warranties. I had 3 flats last spring. First tire replacement took 2 weeks. The second replacement took 3 weeks. The third replacement never happened. They always say they will call you when the tire comes in because they have to order it. I never received the third tire. Manager Bill and his assistant could care less about their customers. I tell people as often as possible not to purchase tires at this location. read more

Dropped car off for a state inspection & oil change- tire rotation. Well they over filled the oil, didn't rotate the tires and the state inspection said I need rear brakes, rotors and calipers. I took it to my other mechanic which told me they shouldn't have fail it for that they were still in good condition. I mentioned it to the manager and he said that's what the mechanic said. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They will be overcharged to a point, you can't even imagine. Not only that, the manager, he is an artist on overcharging. They give you also false information over the phone and when you agree, when you go to pay your bill, you find it 3 times worth. Do NOT do any services there. Instead of a simple job that is worth 90$, I ended up paying 600$. They make everything a 100 times worse, just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. They tell you have the facts too, and after you agree that they can start working on your car, Mike gives you a call back and say we found that and that, at this point you are stuck with them. And it is too late to get a second opinion. I can not believe this level of unprofessional and dishonesty exist. And when you ask a question, the manager is very rude, aggressive and tells you it is so obvious, I already said that over the phone. It is up to you to go or not, but if time goes back (and I wish It does), I would not even consider going into this robbing machine. Went to this place for new tire installation. I was told that I needed new rear brakes and an alignment. I looked at my rear brakes and they were fine. I agreed with the alignment even though I didn't think I needed one. Otis was "helping" me. I paid for the alignment and left this location. I asked that my tires be placed in my trunk. I was in a rush and didn't check to make sure my tires were in the trunk. The rear two tires were perfectly fine and I wanted them for a later time. This store never did the alignment, never gave me back my tires and still billed me for the alignment. I went in and Otis looked at the paperwork and could not find that he did the alignment or the spec sheet for the work. This place is horrible and Otis is rude and obnoxious, he threw me out of the store because I complained that I was never given the alignment and he knew I was right. He didn't want to refund my money. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE - AFTER MY EXPERIENCE I HAVE HEARD HORROR STORIES ABOUT GIVING WOMEN TWO MISMATCHED TIRES, ETC. Took my car for an oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection and inspection. Got a call that I had a leak and needed to put a new thermostat it. They put a new one in and switch the coolant. A month later the car was towed back in because it broke down. They told me my brakes were fine, but they were making noise since the day they put them on. Took the car to a different Mr. Tire and they asked where my work was done, because the car was such a mess. They didn't lubricate the brakes, they didn't rotate the tires, and they tightened the oil plug so hard the mechanics couldn't get it off. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT DO ANYTHING OTIS TELLS YOU YOU NEED. I had over $500 worth of work and the car is in worse shape. read more

This was the worse experience I have ever had at any auto shop. All I wanted was my 4 tires switched from one set of wheels to another. From the time they lifers my car up the mechanic kept telling me how everything ok my car was wrong. He said I needs brakes..... I looked. There was 1/2 inch of good pad on all 4 wheels. I asked him why I needed brakes thee car stopped fine and I had good pad all over. He said my rotors were warped......... When rotors are warped they make noise and vibrate. If they don't vibrate they are fine. Then he moved on to my tires. He told me my tires were trash and that he coined the Garunteed anything but he would do his best. These were 189 dollar continentals with half tread. At this point my faith was gone and I asked him to put my car back together so I could leave. I did t want any work done. I would take it some where else. The mechanic got irate and called me many curse word names and threatened me I will never go back to this place and I will be calling district management. As the store manager just stood there and looked around like this happens all the time. Terrible place. Terrible service. And terrible people. Do not go here under any circumstances....!!!!!! Go to states tire in McKeesport. Soooo much better. And easier. Much much nicer people. read more
