I expected to clean my windshield after a long trip, but there was no water/windshield wash in the containers near the refuel sites. Additionally, the quality of the squeegees was poor ... They appeared to be dried out. Perhaps this is on purpose to persuade a very expensive car wash, but that's just my opinion. I will not be using this establishment in the future. read more

Delta Sonic is my go-to place. Aside from just being a car wash, it also has a gas station and a service station. You can get minor maintenance done here, oil changes and tire rotations etc., similar to the services at Firestone. You can pay per wash if you want, but I pay monthly for the unlimited membership. I get to run through unlimited washes and interior cleaning for around $50 a month. Which isn't bad at all. The wash does a solid job and then the interior plan I have has the employees spend about 15 minutes hand drying and vacuuming and wiping wiping down the dash. You can get just the exterior plan, interior plan or both. It's really up to you. Now, they don't detail your car, well they do, but that costs extra. But for $50 a month the clean inside and out and the car looks great. And being unlimited, I usually go about 2 times a week. Which will come in handy during the winter to make sure the salt and dirt stay off my car and prevent rusting. read more

They filled up my tires and topped off my fluids. You don't even have to get out of the car for the oil change. I waited a half an hour but that's not too bad as they were pretty busy. You now have way more vehicles in line piled up waiting for longer periods of time as there is still only one car at a time going the washer. Why expand the lot if you're not going to make it into a double washer like the branch in Amherst? There was that matter of shutting down without warning when they were starting construction and I still had to pay monthly for no services. It is definitely worth getting it, saves a lot of money. I can go as many times as I want, and always opt out at any time. This location doesn't save you any time in line for the wash. You have two to three lanes merging into one & the fast pass lane isn't as fast as you'd hope it would be. The lube shop is great. Has a huge waiting room with glass windows looking out into the shop as well as the interior line. Prices have always been reasonable to me, it's when they start asking you if you want to add on a bunch of crap is when it gets annoying. read more

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Delta Sonic's oil change center. I've always been the type to either have a friend change my oil or take it somewhere else quick like Valvoline. After my visit to Delta Sonic and receiving the best customer service from an incredible employee, I will never go anywhere else. In comparison, I've dealt with the dreaded upselling at competitors and feeling pressured to buy things I didn't believe I need. It really bothers me when places don't take NO for an answer. Delta Sonic was nothing like this and that's exactly how a business should be ran. This female employee was beyond professional. First time ever someone showed me my dirty air filter. She even showed me the new one before she placed it under the hood and I got to "ick" at the dirty side-by-side. That's going above and beyond and really added a nice touch to caring for the customer. She was extremely knowledgable and provided helpful advice about some questions I had. The oil change comes with a car wash which is also a great bonus. It doesn't expire for several days, but I recommend going so you don't forget (whoops!) It was extremely fast, I was able to stay in my car, and have zero complaints about the interaction. I'm only kicking myself I haven't gone here sooner! The only reason I don't give a full five stars is because the oil change area is hidden and confusing to get to if you've never been there before. I had to drive around the location and ask employees how to get back there. Please consider adding arrows/signs to encourage people to find such a great place! read more

I did not think human beings could move as slow as they do in the service bays hete, but I cannot unsee what I witnessed at the Delta Sonic in Niagara Falls, NY. The guys in the service bay, there were 5 of them, literally stood around for an hour and a half. I was told I had to wait that long for a vehicle inspection because the inspector was "on break". From what I could tell, working in the service department is one long break. Nonsense of urgency, no attending to the customers other services, zip. I needed an oil change as well as an inspection, and I thought maybe it might be smart to have one of the guys standing around do the oil change while "the inspector" did vehicle inspections but this line of thinking was greeted with a confused stare. In addition, there is a lot of heavy construction going on at this location, and the noise levels where we had to wait are almost certainly above the 85dB noise threshold that required hearing protection. Since I had so much time to wait, I was able to notify the Niagara county department of health as well as OSHA. A proper noise survey is required outside the service area (where customers have to wait in their cars) and signs should be posted and hearing protection provided or customers moved to a different area. Please evaluate the level of supervision in this shop. The service guys are robbing you blind and costing you money. read more

I called to make an appointment for a NYS inspection and was told it's first come first serve and waiting time is 30m per car. So I drove to this location. It is confusing to figure out where is the oil change entrance? They have 3-4 entrances for different services and I parked at multiple mistaken places before I found the oil change entrance. I was told they can't do it today because two people called out. After my last interior cleaning none of my front car seats recline fully. now they go half way back. i went back to see if they knew what it was or maybe they pushed a button or something that i wasn't aware of ... i had to file a claim and waited for a letter that said it's not their fault. i was offered a free cleaning.... I was at the Niagara Falls location this past Wednesday morning and was met with quite a long wait. 30 minutes!! I was a bit peeved with the wait, but decided to stick it out as the Buffalo winter is a killer! LOL! When I reached the booth I was amazed by the wonderful service, the girl who took care of me was delightful. Her kind smile and brilliant red hair will forever make the Niagara Falls location my go-to. Maggie was great throughout our interaction and I felt that she truly cared about me getting the best possible wash. I frequent the Delta Sonics in the area. Sometime it's the closest lowest (according to gasbuddy.com) gas around. Sometimes for a car wash. Sometimes for an oil change. So I've seen the waiting rooms of most of them. This one is HUGE compared to some of the others. The normal huge TV everywhere seems to have, and it's always on sports channels even though I've only ever been in the waiting room with ladies, none of whom are watching. But ok. The people who work here are always nice. They seem to smile all the time. No complaints. 4th star for having the TV at a normal sound level. I went to Delta Sonic on 10/1/2022 to get an oil change for my Infinity because they always do such a great job, and they're fast. My technicians were Carlos and Elvis and I want to thank them for all their hard work and for being friendly and ambitious to make sure my car received everything it needed. I realize it's their job to show me the filters but the two of them, and others whose names I didn't get a chance to see, seem to take pride in their quality of service. It shows! They all worked efficiently and professionally to get the work done fast. My car takes 2 engine air filters and they were both full of krud. They also changed my cabin air filter which was black and no longer filtering anything. This made such a huge difference in air quality. I was blown away! Then they rotated my tires, all for a reasonable price. Get your filters changed! I was blown away by the car driving and smelling like it was brand new again. Thank you Delta Sonic. Looks like I am driving a brand new car!! On Monday, 4/2/18, I had my 2009 Mazda 3 professinally detailed at the Amherst location and I am very pleased to say that my car never looked so good. The detail shop supervisior, Chris Majewski's attention to detail was second to none and both he and the technician made sure to explain all the work that was done and to make sure I was completely satisfied before I drove off. I have had full details done at Delta Sonic in the past and I have always been satisfied with the results but this time, Chris and his crew exceeded my expectations! Sunday, I went to the Delta Sonic on the Boulevard in Amherst, NY. I used my SuperKiss pass for a wash, which was great. Afterward I went to the detail shop for an interior. I paid for a 10-minute interior and a salt extraction. All seemed well, until later I went to put some equipment back in the rear of our Jeep Wrangler and realized they hadn't done the windows or even vacuumed the back there. We had a significant amount of dog hair and window nose prints in the back, so I didn't expect much from the 10 minute interior, but I did expect it to be briefly cleaned and the windows done. Tonight, I went to the Delta Sonic in Niagara Falls as I was in the area and had a few minutes to kill. I explained my situation to the Detail Shop employee, and they were very quick to apologize and help. Matt took his time to re-do the 10 minute interior and focused well on the back of the Jeep. They seemed quite busy, yet he took the time to take care of a mistake that wasn't even made at his Delta Sonic. Afterward he went over the vehicle with us and made sure we were happy with the results. He was kind and patient with us. I'll gladly go out of my way for good service, and to give thanks to those that truly do their job well and make the clients happy. I get my car dried after my carwash and the 2nd station had a blonde haired girl who rolled her eyes at me clearly so I could see it after i gave her the tip in quarters she slammed the quarters on the station and didn't wipe my trunk down... I literally watched her not do it... very pleased with the interior workers but that girl needs to learn how to have good customer service or needs to get laid because I'm over the attitude and disrespect!
