After I brought the tires in, they offered only $10 per tire, then raised it to just $12.50 per tire. That is $50 total for four good-condition EV winter tires that originally cost around $1,000. The offer was ridiculously low and felt like a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend bringing used tires here unless you are ready to be lowballed.

The woman who answered the phone, who I later learned was Roxanne, refused to provide even a general price range. She told me they don't give prices over the phone and that I would have to make an appointment. When I politely asked for her name, she hung up on me. I called back and left a message explaining what had happened and asking to speak with Larry or Everett. Instead, Roxanne called me back. Rather than listening to my concerns, I felt she talked over me, raised her voice, and insisted she had not been rude. I repeatedly asked her to stop yelling at me. During this call, another business owner named John was listening on the line and heard the entire conversation. I called a third time and finally spoke with Everett. He told me Roxanne was his wife. Instead of listening to my concerns as a customer, I felt he immediately defended her and showed no interest in resolving the situation or apologizing for the way I had been treated. I own four vehicles and was looking for a shop to perform brakes, a four-wheel alignment, and a coolant flush--well over $1,000 worth of work. Because of the way I was treated, they lost not only this job but my future business as well. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Premier Car Care. I will gladly take my business to a company that values its customers and treats them with courtesy. They were open after 5 and we were able to walk in and get him a new tire in minutes. We were taken care of by one of the owners, Abdullah. He's super friendly and helpful. I felt bad when we walked in we interrupted his dinner but he stopped and got my son's tire changed out quick. It was so speedy I decided after he was done with my son's car, I'd ask him take a look at my tires since I had been experiencing a slow leak which is been annoying me for months. He pulled it in and was able to identify the tire that was giving me the issue and solve the problem which was a very rusty rim was the culprit. Needless to say I was so pleased. This is a nice shop has many other services besides tires. I wouldn't hesitate telling anybody to go and give them a try.

I know nothing about 1050 Main Street, which absorbed my review for 1030 Cleveland Drive for some reason. *** This used to be a full-service auto repair and tire shop. It is not anymore, as those services have moved down the road to Cleve-Hill's new location on Wehrle and Beach. But this location still remains open, just as a gas station with a very small and limited convenient store. The real draw here are the gas prices. Cleve-Hill's gas prices at this station are usually always a little, to a good amount lower than anywhere else around. This morning I paid $4.19 a gallon, where most places are still over $4.30. There are about eight pumps here, in a no-frills rocky lot. It is generally easy in-and-out, being at the light on the corner of Cleveland and Beach. I'm not totally sure if this is still owned by Cleve-Hill or not. It is not on their website, but the name on the sign hasn't changed since they moved their repair shop down the road. So still look for the Cleve-Hill sign if you are coming here to top off or fill up. If you are in the area and need gas, you'll probably save yourself a few bucks, or at least some change if you get it here at Cleve-Hill gas station.

I cannot stress enough how much I recommend this company…read more A couple of years ago I took my car to the dealer who sold me my car for inspection. They told me I needed new brakes and new tires. Since dealers usually upcharge for this stuff I searched online for deals on new tires and Casullo's came up. I took my car in and asked them to look at the brakes as well. Alex called back and said, "I'd love to sell you new brakes, but these are fine. Come back in six months and we'll check them again." He then installed the new tires. Six months later I called to have them check the brakes again. Alex said EXACTLY the same thing. "Bring it back in six months." Half a year later he says, "Yeah, your back brakes should be swapped out, but your front is fine for now. Bring it back in another six months." Finally this September (during inspection) Alex replaced the front brakes, and installed new windshield wipers. He didn't try to upsell me on every component in my car. Well, today (December 2025) one of my windshield wipers fell off when I was scraping the windshield. I've installed them before: any new blades for the past ten years or more are a major pain in the butt to install - - bad design, counterintuitive - - you have to spend at least a half hour on YouTube to figure it out, and I didn't have any inclination to go through it again. Without a lot of hope on the walk-in front, I drove straight to Casullo's, explained the situation, and Alex came right out, drove it into the garage and re-installed the offending blade. He even topped off my tire, which was low!!! You don't find this kind of honesty and attention to customer service much any more. Casullo's is my garage from now on!
