Not sure how this mr tire has 4.5 stars on Google. Specifically requested 4 yokohama tires and an alignment. Recieved ironman tires and the alignment was not done. My steering wheel is still off and car still pulls to the right when my wheel is at 12 o clock exactly the same as before I took my car in. I called to speak to someone and was told the manager would call me back. At this point it's been 2 hours and the shop closes in half an hour. I specifically took off work to get this done and have no other time to get this properly fixed so I'll have to settle for the MUCH cheaper quality tires than what I asked for. Going to be demanding a refund for the alignment and a discount on the tires i did get. If this is not done I plan to initiate a full credit card chargeback for services not rendered.​​ read more

Do not take your car here if you don't want to get scammed. I brought my SUV in for an alignment issue and the entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. I called the same day and was given an appointment for 11:30 AM. When I arrived, I told them I had an appointment, the guy took my keys, and I sat there waiting. And waiting. And waiting. It took over two hours just for them to tell me what was "wrong" and how much it would cost. When he finally came back, I was told it would be around $850. I was already annoyed, but since I don't have much car experience, I agreed to let them do the work. About an hour later, he comes back and says because my car is four-wheel drive, it's another $80. Fine. Whatever. Then I waited another two hours for them to supposedly complete the work. After I paid and left, I immediately noticed my steering wheel was still not straight. The next day I called and told them about it, and they told me to bring it back. I did. This time they only worked on it for about 30 minutes. The tech handed me my keys, and I asked, "Everything good now?" He said yes. As soon as I got on the road, I could tell nothing had changed. The steering was still off, and on top of that, my car smelled like cigarettes. I don't smoke, and no one should be smoking in my car. I had to drive to White Marsh, and when I was leaving, my front passenger side started making noise like something was loose and about to fall off. Then I noticed my RPM and MPH weren't lining up properly, making it unsafe to drive at normal speeds. I was forced to drive slowly just to avoid causing an accident. Eventually, I had to get my car towed. Because of their incompetence, I had my car taken to a dealership where I could at least trust the work being done. Now I'm facing potentially thousands more in repairs for problems they either caused or failed to catch. At this point, I'm even considering getting a new car because of how badly this was handled. This place is unprofessional, careless, and feels extremely scummy. Between the long waits, changing prices, poor workmanship, damage to my vehicle, and the lack of accountability, this was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. They ended up finding out where I lived and demanded me to "tip" for an outrageous amount, under the table to put on some lugnuts and a tire plug. ***They found out where I lived, got my name, address, and personal phone number out of their database and LITERALLY DROVE TO MY HOUSE AND EGREGIOUSLY ASKED FOR A TIP*** The mechanic that showed up to my house even threatened to change the price "back to what it should have costed" To keep it simple, he wanted to charge me a ridiculous price for EACH LUGNUT HE REPLACED, SEPERATELY. It actually gets so much horrifically worse than this.. I'm leaving out so many details. The scam itself, our interaction at my house. and at the shop.. Came in for an alignment and they told me it wouldn't be possible unless I buy the wheel ball joint for the right side. I came in the following week and they told me that the piece wasn't necessary but that I also needed a tire and brake replacements. They said I would get a "new" wheel but once seeing the car it was a clearly used worn tire. The new all around Brakes were left 3/4 finished. Mechanic said he couldn't install the last one so gave me the box. Finally the wheel alignment, he didn't even do it. In total I was charged almost $700 for a terrible wheel, unfinished brakes and no alignment. Not to mention the fact that they broke my car key. Going to this place today it was so disappointing 1st . I called before scheduling my appointment and asked if filter was included in the promotion for 24.99 they said yes 2nd even the coupon says the following " chassis lube (where specified by manufacturer) and courtesy inspection. Free tire rotation has no cash value. I was seating right in front of my truck and never saw the guy doing it 3rd some person or friend of the guy doing my oil change got there and he stop from doing my oil change ,just to help this person 4th i was never given an inspection sheet that says what needs to be taken care I will never go back to this place with poor quality work read more

The Rosedale Mr. Tire is terrible. They gave me my car back with my breaks not working. They were paid $3000. To fix a axle they said I needed new rotors and break pads which I agreed too . Then they said my battery was bad which it wasn't never had a problem with it. But agreed to replace it. My breaks worked fine before taking it here. Now no breaks. Pedal goes to floor and have to pump them . The owners has not contacted me or the lady at his store to tell me anything. And is not answering his phone. Not professional at all. My lawyer will get me answers. But it shouldn't have had to come to this. I am missing work and they will tell me nothing. BEWARE DO NOT Take your vehicle here. Bad business practice , Charles the front receptions is crook , he sounds so good and convincing but he is not , he charge me 374$ for two tires , my initial deal he say was 420$ for Kelly & edge include installation & alignment , i say wow good deal. He call me said I'm all set when I come back he put 2 front tires and not even kelly & edge , a Yokohama ascend , he didn't even call me to tell me the change of plan , he said oh it's good tires and I'll take care u come back for other 2 , I come back 3 days later for other 2 he charge me 120 $ with no receipt for other 2 , which he probably pocketed the money himself , then my tire sensor come on he said oh no worries I'll take care u come again next time , I go back he SAID ILL DO 70$ for sensor keep it in mind sensor cost 137$include installation , I said wow good deal this guy is really good with his customers , come to find out sensor is bad and not reading according to the other mr tire , then he got mad because I call em out. After oil change, the panel that attaches underneath motor was ripped and saturated w oil. Technician claims rodents must've ripped the panel off. (It is attached w 10 bolts, all the front screw holes were plainly ripped out. I will never ever go there again. read more

I took my truck there for to fix it . They called me and told me that the truck was read I paid from the phone , I went there to get the truck and it was still in the same condition. They said they replaced a lot of stuff but didnt fixed problem . I took my truck there to fix the problem not to replace of stuff thinking will fix the problem. The truck is been there from Saturday and today is Friday so I gave up and went to get the truck the wanted to have it more to see if they can fix the problem. They completed a brake repair/replacement on my car and the break didn't even last a year. They didn't honor the warranty and the only reason that they gave is because the rotor is warp. I went back after few months of the brake replacement because of squeaking and they said they cleaned the brake components. Then after a month or so, the car started shaking when you break. I went back again and that's when they said that the rotor is warp & they will not repair it. The manager was rude & intimidating when I was just requesting for information on how it could happen since there is no change in the driving pattern on the car. They didn't even want to write or provide a service report on that visit. I don't usually write a review and this is my first time, but I just want people to know my experience with this repair shop since I thought this is not a good business practice & they are not even worthy of 1 star. read more

I called exactly at 7:30am today 11/27/18, this guy answered and told me to wait few seconds, left me on hold for almost 18 minutes, he answered again and hung up on me, I called again to let him know what he did and make an appointment, for him just to tell me he can't help me and they're already booked for today. Mr. Tire is a Monroe company and what I'm finding out about this brand is that the people they hire are not properly trained. I went to Mr. Tire on Pulaski Highway for an oil change and tire rotation. Before I checked out I was told by the Manager David that they were unable to do the tire rotation because the lug nuts were stripping during removal. David told me to take the car back to whomever did work last to get them to fix it. I paid for the oil change I and went out to the car inspected it and noticed that only 4 lug nuts were on the car and 1 of them was sticking out further then the rest. I immediately confronted David and reiterated the last time I was there they replaced two lug nuts with mix match ones because Monroe on Eastern Avenue didn't put them back on after service and I didn't expect this kind of problem again. David's response again was to take the car back to have whomever messed the car up to fix it. He also told me that I didn't need all 5 lug nuts and the car would be ok with 4. After going back and forth with him about the blatant deception he said that he would check into some things. I checked my invoices to see who the touched the tires last and found out it was the same Mr. Tire today I was at. They replaced the two mix match lug nuts. I contacted customer service (Theresa) and explained the ordeal including deception and that they were the last ones to touch the front tire and I have proof. She told me she would check into it and call back. Theresa called back, was very rude, and told me they would do nothing to remedy the situation because I hadn't been to this location in 9 months. I informed her that there were no recommendations to do anything with the cars tires when I was last there and there was no need to touch the tires since I was last there. She was still rude to me and refused to give me the GM's name. David then informed me that it was cost over $800 if they were to fix it. Although I didn't need a bearing David told me he wouldn't replace the studs that were needed unless he replaced the bearing as well. This was obviously more description. I left and took my car to a replicable mechanic shop. Paid $161 to have the studs replaced and same size lug nuts. The Mechanic was very knowledgeable and confirmed that I didn't need to replace the bearing that Dave at Mr. Tire tried to sell me. My suggestion is not to have a Monroe Company perform ANY service on your vehicle. It's just not worth it taking the risk. I will NEVER use them even for an oil change. read more

Today I went into the Mr. Tire store in Rosedale to purchase 4 wrangler SR-A tires, because they claim to meet and beat ANYONE's price plus they'll give you 5%, well I had gone to Just tires on yesterday for the same tires and low and behold Just tires are cheaper $18.00 per tire after everything that is added Mr Tire's price is $100.00 more than Just tires, and of course Joe from Mr. Tire said we're not going to beat that price I'm sorry. I have been buying tires from Mr. Tire for years. I have 5 vehicles that I've shopped here for but NEVER shopped for cheaper prices until yesterday, now I'm wondering how long have they been renigging on their slogan. read more

Drop my car off here for oil change and pick it up hours later after school/work never have had a problem, guess it shouldn't be hard to get an oil change done in 9 hrs though. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. Your better going to a Sears Auto Center and spending the extra money. At least you will have the peace of mind that they did what they said they did to your vehicle. I went to this Mr. Tire to get a tire replaced and have air put into my tires. They replaced the tire (although at a pretty expensive rate) and it took hours to do so. When they were finished the front desk person lied to my face saying they put air in the tires and that it would take some time for the sensor light in my dashboard to go off. Bull shit! That light never went off until I went to a different mechanic months later, who actually put air in my tires. What pissed me off more is I drive rather long distances for work and that screwed up my gas mileage. Again, don't go here. read more

I had a 9am appointment for a service that I was told would take approximately three hours, at the 3 hour mark I went to check to see how much longer they were JUST pulling the car into the bay! .....AND they got grease on my door panel. I went to this store for rotation and balance and came away with a broken seal on the oil fill cap and the cap left on the wheel well. The cap had been sealed 2 days earlier by the dealer as a recall procedure to check oil consumption. The manager stated that the tech had no need to remove the cap: however, he advised me that I needed to replace the air filter. The invoice indicated that I declined anti-freeze, power steering fluid and battery post cleaning; how could they recommend these without opening the hood? I have been a customer of this location for years... i have brought in personal vehicles and work ones... to be honest i have spent a lot of money here over the years. I have seen managers come and go.. All in which have been great, knew me and my vehicles. If needed they would give me a ride home or pick me up to come get my car. Today i brought in a new vehicle i had just bought and wanted to get some maintenance done to it. the new manager Jim was the one handling it. he called saying there some recommendations and i approved them. Now when he called me back and said it was ready to be picked up is where the problem started. I told him great i will try to get a ride there before they closed, if i couldn't find one, i would be there first thing on the morning to get it. I got a huff and a puff then an attitude.. he replied that i needed to get it today for the guy to get paid.. if i couldn't get it til tomorrow he wanted payment over the phone. i asked did policies change? i have never experienced this before.. then he became even more irritated, went into a rant and was about to hang up on me when i told him i will give you the payment, i was just asking,, in all the years i have gone there i have never had this problem.
