0 Stars. I award you no points and may God have mercy on your souls. Stopped here today to get 2 new front tires and the alignment fixed. Albert, who prides himself in customer service, was great when he was collecting money... not so much when the right thing to do was give it back. Something wasn't tightened enough, so some reading was off... yada yada. Just do your job and when you screw the pooch, own it. The car's alignment went in to get fixed and came out with scoliosis. Which left me in a position where I had to hold the wheel, turned 20 degrees down to the left, to make the car go straight. This was after almost crashing not 20 seconds after I left NTB because when Inout the wheel straight for a second the tires and car went hard right, almost causing a multi car accident. When I brought the car back, having to miss work the rest of the day... Albert reacted to me talking about his staff's mistake, which put my safety and others in jeopardy... by telling me that I'm not perfect either and I make mistakes. Defensive ego for dinner anyone? King of Customer Service until it hits the old ego. Albert firmly said I cannot give you any money back. Until within 15 minutes his corporate Customer Service manager told him to give me $50 back of the $119 that I paid for the alignment, to go with 2 new tires. Not to mention the $180 I lost for work which was supposed to be from 5-7pm... due to user error in the service department. Now I sit here at 5:56pm, still waiting for the same way of thinking that got me into this problem... to try and fix the problem they made. Plenty of fish in the sea and tire shops in the Baltimore area. Avoid this one like the plague... Wheel still has to turn to the left to make the car go straight, after they spent more time "fixing it". I asked the attendant when he gave me the car keys if it was working now. If I could give zero stars, I would. They told me they were replacing my front and rear brakes. I found out later, they had just replaced my front brakes. Incredibly dishonest and deceitful, not to mention dangerous, since I was driving around with brakes that needed to be replaced. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FACILITY! read more

I brought 2 of my cars to the NTB located on Belair Road in Nottingham. Both times I went in for an oil change and now I'm having major issues with my transmission. Their services has caused me to have vehicles that are not working. I think that they doing something to cars when you go in for service. This situation is unthinkable and truly a concern. FYI! this happen only weeks apart. I would recommend them to anyone not even a enemy. read more

I always get great service at this location. Was in and out in 30 minutes to remove a screw from my tire and patch it. Highly recommended!

The service at this location is so poor that I can say in a few words that they don't care about people's safety. I've seen other reviews that sound similar to our case to which tells me they've done this for a while to generate profit. First, I only buy from NTB and no one else so after today that might change. We took our car from Virginia to Maryland cause my wife's pregnant and almost due and we have to stay here for the baby in a week. So we just bought two new tires and had an alignment done a week prior in Virginia and we had a minor leak on the two tires so we have the protection plan so we took it in here for it. My wife then gets a call that we need an alignment, tires, need to be balanced, and we need new TPMS sensors. They wanted to charge us extra and I said no so then a manager named Kevin says he'll take care of us and it won't be an issue. They give my wife the car back with missing balancer on one tire, so I think they took it off, and our cars out of alignment and wobbled at 60MPH. I went back 2 days later, today, and they balanced it and charged me extra for new TPMS sensors. Thing is the sensors worked before we got there, tires were just changed so they were balanced, and alignment done was great driving up to Maryland. They created problems on our car to get us to pay for services that weren't needed. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARENT REPRESENTING NTB! I go to the ones in Virginia and have none of these issues. read more

This place had my car completely messed up! I went in for an oil change a little over a month ago and it turns out they never actually changed the oil. I asked them to diagnose a problem and they never actually took the car apart to see why it was tearing to the left. They charged me for an alignment when it was a caliber issue. Then after showing up again with the same problem, they call themselves replacing the calibers but they put them on incorrectly. I had to go to another mechanic at a completely different auto shop to fix all the issues NTB caused. Also, they jack up the prices for woman! Once my brother showed up after they gave me an initial estimate, they quickly lowered the price. Absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this place ever!!! Go to Mid-Atlantic Mufflers & Brakes. They are honest and amazing mechanics there. read more

It's a little over half an hour since closing and I'm sitting here writing this review. I came in because I needed new tires. All was going well until one of my aftermarket valve caps apparently melted onto the stem. Raymond and Desjohn stayed with me this entire time working to figure out a way to take off the melted cap w/out compromising the TPMS sensor as one doesn't come cheap. In the end, I just told them to break it off because there didn't seem to be a better solution at the time. I went back into the waiting room and about 5-10mins later Raymond came in saying that they were able to break the valve cap off while saving my sensor! This made me so relieved! My experience is hard to rate so I will try to it explain as best as possible. I hope it will help others to know who you should deal with should you have to go and who you should not deal with. I just brought my toyota sienna last weekend since it is a used car I brought it in today for an oil change and the free tire rotation and diagnostic check. I'm a mom of 8 so it it's very important not only for me and my husband to have a working reliable car with good maintenance it's also important that things are cost effective for my family. When coming into the shop I met AL who I was told later was the manager I will say this he does not care about the safety of your children nor your family do not take his advice. We first found out that the van had a wheel lock which needs a special key to remove. I didn't want it removed because the manager said don't worried it is safe to drive your car with one lug nut missing and like I told him why would I take that risk. He then proceeds to tell me it would be fine because him and his wife both have missing lug nuts and they drive they car perfectly fine. Now this doesn't make sense to continue telling me after I have repeatedly told him I did not feel comfortable doing so with my children in the car or in general. He then proceeds to tell me we can get replacement lug nuts from the salvo across the street so we can replace them. We walked in the freezing cold instead of him putting my car down so I could drive to get replacement part. When we got back we were told the part we purchased wouldn't be able to work for my vehicle. At this point the wheel lock was removed which was approximately a 75$ charge. I should also mention at this point Al the manager was no longer available to speak to as he had left that location so he did not finish anything he had started with me and I could not ask him anymore questions. When I did come back the other associate Aaron jumped in to piggyback off a transaction he overheard but had nothing to do with. Aaron would have given this place 5 stars he communicated effective and efficiently and handled a problem and headache that was not his to begin with. Aaron alerted me and my husband to the fact that they still could not perform the tire rotation because my other lug nuts were swollen and that if they were removed they would have to replaced. This man said he could order the part and have it in the shop within as little as 10 minutes. This was not something the manager even let me and my husband know was an option when he sent us to walk and get them in the cold. Unfortunately the auto store they had called was all out. When Aaron let us know I told him it was no reason to even remove my wheel lock charge me for it and they can't check anything at all. Aaron knew he may get backlash from his manager and I hope this reaches the right people where it doesn't happen that the manager Al gets to reprimand him for not charging me for it. Aaron showed great leadership skills and genuinely wanted to help instead of looking at us as dollar signs. We did unfortunately have to leave with 2 lug nuts missing which gave me anxiety the whole time driving. I have been to this NTB before a couple times over the years with my other vehicles and I have always came to this specific location even though it is way pass others by house because I had a great experience. It truly saddens my heart that the manager here cares more about making money than the safety of children which may I include one is still an infant traveling on the road safely. I hope NTB has some retraining programs on customer service and safety for the person they trust to run there business. I looked at some of the other reviews before posting this and saw other people had issues with the manager at this location.Unfortunately it seems Al just isn't good management material. I don't know if Aaron could step up into the role for this location but he definitely should be recognized for caring demeanor, communicating efficiently and effectively. this place sucks I took my vechile to get a tire fix this same day he apparently fix the tire but I never check to make sure and so the guy was like you need an alignment and new tire rods so I went ahead and listen and made the appointment so the next day I came for the appointment as he was working on my alignment and tire rods he told me I needed a new tire and I was confused so he took me back to look at my vechile and I looking at the tire he replace the wrong tire that's the first mistake then after the alignment and tire rods was completed I left the store jump on the highway car been pulling and steering wheel is bad almost in an accident it is unsafe to drive I kept taking it back to the shop and nobody can fix the job correctly I so irritated and frustrated cause I pay this money that i didnt have to not get what needed to be done and it's like they mess my vechile up someone please help cause I don't know what to do this my first time I've been in the situation but I will never recommend anybody to this location they need someone that take pride of their work and treat every vechile like it's there's then I show up to the shop again today and nobody is there I had to call the district manager like they definitely have the wrong people in there this is not how we do business and customer waiting and store open at 8 not 9 and store manager no where something needs to be done read more

-100 stars. I am writing this review because I am beyond sad and frustrated. I have a medical emergency and I don't have my car. I feel like crying because I am in so much pain but I can't go to urgent care. I don't know what to do. I also had to drop off a military family member tomorrow but I have no car. This is the whole story: First time ever coming here because my tire was completely flat. It blew out. I got here at 12:55 pm. I went in explained the situation. Mr. Ken came out to look at my car, gave me a quote, and told me to replace my ONE tire, it will take them ~5 HOURS. and the car WILL be ready today. Told me that TWICE. No worries, I understand. I came as a walk in but they can't accommodate me right away. I was told I would be given two calls. One call would be when the car is inspected and they will tell me what other stuff I might need to get done as well. Second call to pick up my car. I got the first call at 2:11. I never got the second call to pick up my car. I was told multiple times I will get a call around 6 pm to pick up my car. I waited patiently. I didn't want to bother them too much. Now I am without my car. I have a medical emergency. Someone was relying on me to drop them off tomorrow. Their charge to replace ONE tire was around $153 and this includes 5 hour wait period. I called and called but no one picked up. The store doesn't open till Monday and after the Pandemic, I don't want to miss my job. I have work on Monday and I don't have any ride. read more
