DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS AND NO ONE AT QUAILTY KNOWING WHAT…read moreOTHER PEOPLE IN THE COMPANY ARE DOING - Last August I contacted Quality Mobile Home Services (Quality) to install piers underneath my house (I was putting in a new bathroom vanity) and install a glass shower door. I was given a price by Sal the salesperson and I signed a contact for the work to be done. Joe the contractor came out a week later and took measurements for my shower door and gave me options to choose from for a shower door. A few weeks later was the installation of the piers and shower door. Things went fine for the piers. No problem. The shower door was a nightmare. The installers start to put my shower door in and had to stop due to the fact that the shower door that I had picked out would not work in my bathroom. The shower door was too heavy for the current set up that I had. I was told that if I still wanted to keep the shower door that I had ordered, more support would need to be installed in my bathroom and that work would cost me an additional $1,000. My other option was that another door could be ordered that would not need additional support. I chose to just get another door instead. Sal the salesperson told me that "he would work over the weekend" {installation day was a Friday in mid-September of last year) to find me a new door and that I should have a few different choices by the end of the following week. What a joke that was. After 2 calls to Quality and leaving messages for the production supervisor Jim, I finally heard back from Sal. He told me Joe the contactor would get in touch with me regarding new options for my shower door. I did hear from Joe once but that was it. This started a long process where every couple weeks I would call Quality and leave a message for Jim to contact me. Sal would then contact me and let me know "he was working on It" but it never happened. At that point I just wanted them to forget the shower door and told Sal that. After 2 complaints with the BBB (asking Quality to contact me) I finally heard from Rick the general manager at Quality. He told me he Quality would get me my shower door. I WAS GIVEN NO EXPLANATION OR APOLOGY AS TO WHY NO ONE HAD FOLLOWED UP WITH ME ABOUT MY PROJECT especially since I have made multiple phone calls and left messages, as by now it was already 9 MONTHS (June of the next year) since the original installation day. 3 weeks later my shower door was finally installed. I did receive a small discount on shower door work (after I asked for it). I am happy with my shower door and Merle who was the installer was great to work with. 9 1/2 months from start to finish to get a shower door, what a joke. Look somewhere else for a company to do work on your mobile home other than Quailty.

We were so pleased with the entertainment center that we had him build a 9' buffet with 4 floating shelves. Again, we couldn't be happier. The third project was on a smaller scale. It was a shiplap wall with a 10' shelf. Although a smaller project he tackled it in the same way he does every job - with precision to detail on every aspect. Our last project was a 10' wall with lower cabinets as well as 2' upper cabinets on the left and right leaving area in the middle to accommodate a large tv. Steve is a true craftsman that is proficient in his skills and gives 100% to each job. We highly recommend Steve.

With this guy, his attention to detail and quality of workmanship are top notch. He had to figure out how to how to make the six tall shelf sections (12-1/2' high sloping down to 8') follow an unevenly sloping ceiling while dealing with a wall surface (13-1/2' long) that was not necessarily flat or square. But he did it, and from the pictures you can see that he did it with beauty and style! If you have an easy or difficult job, Steve will make sure it's done well and done right. We would never call anyone else.
