Very professionally run company- I highly recommend them. Very hard to find good contractors these days and they are one of them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS AND NO ONE AT QUAILTY KNOWING WHAT OTHER PEOPLE IN THE COMPANY ARE DOING - Last August I contacted Quality Mobile Home Services (Quality) to install piers underneath my house (I was putting in a new bathroom vanity) and install a glass shower door. I was given a price by Sal the salesperson and I signed a contact for the work to be done. Joe the contractor came out a week later and took measurements for my shower door and gave me options to choose from for a shower door. A few weeks later was the installation of the piers and shower door. Things went fine for the piers. No problem. The shower door was a nightmare. The installers start to put my shower door in and had to stop due to the fact that the shower door that I had picked out would not work in my bathroom. The shower door was too heavy for the current set up that I had. I was told that if I still wanted to keep the shower door that I had ordered, more support would need to be installed in my bathroom and that work would cost me an additional $1,000. My other option was that another door could be ordered that would not need additional support. I chose to just get another door instead. Sal the salesperson told me that "he would work over the weekend" {installation day was a Friday in mid-September of last year) to find me a new door and that I should have a few different choices by the end of the following week. What a joke that was. After 2 calls to Quality and leaving messages for the production supervisor Jim, I finally heard back from Sal. He told me Joe the contactor would get in touch with me regarding new options for my shower door. I did hear from Joe once but that was it. This started a long process where every couple weeks I would call Quality and leave a message for Jim to contact me. Sal would then contact me and let me know "he was working on It" but it never happened. At that point I just wanted them to forget the shower door and told Sal that. After 2 complaints with the BBB (asking Quality to contact me) I finally heard from Rick the general manager at Quality. He told me he Quality would get me my shower door. I WAS GIVEN NO EXPLANATION OR APOLOGY AS TO WHY NO ONE HAD FOLLOWED UP WITH ME ABOUT MY PROJECT especially since I have made multiple phone calls and left messages, as by now it was already 9 MONTHS (June of the next year) since the original installation day. 3 weeks later my shower door was finally installed. I did receive a small discount on shower door work (after I asked for it). I am happy with my shower door and Merle who was the installer was great to work with. 9 1/2 months from start to finish to get a shower door, what a joke. After finding a pice of string/rope in my bathtub drain, they swore they never use string to fix a drain problem but I know they did. And, when trying to schedule an appt. They won't come out and do the warranty work on a Saturday only Monday through Friday so you have to work with their schedule on short notice. I have a review that is interesting and some situations are. So a level on a mobile home is not so easy not so nice and l had one go way sour and could not seem to recover my home the way l had asked for until Quality stepped in. They took a chance to wright a wrong and the first attempts did not work! I was really disappointed and the company on a long holiday weekend gathered themselves and came for a second time and gave me what l wanted and needed ... they are a little on the high end price wise but when l need a breakthrough they gave my home the soft and safe feel l needed. They showed up. Opened the skirting. BARELY peaked under. Told me what I needed. Pushed me to sign a contract right then and there. I told them a couple other companies, who crawled under the home, said I needed some new piers and licenses. They disagreed. Refused to go under the home until I signed the contract. SCAM!!! Do not use them!!!! I have also filed a report to the contractors licensing board. VERY unethical. I showed them two piers that were close to the side that did need to be replaced, they said my spacing on the other piers were fine, so, I didn't need those piers. How do you know there are not other piers that needed to be replaced? The truth is, they wanted us to sign the contract, see that we did need new piers and then double the cost of the job.... This company is horrible and dishonest... I requested a home level. They told me I had a serious issue of corrosion control and cracked pads. So they recommend me to have it fixed... so said go for it... bad idea the company sent a lazy guy that was more worried about traffic, his priority was to get home soon.. long story short they did half the job and charged me full price. I had to call back several times to get them back out. If I had not crawled underneath to check the work they would have robbed me. BE CAREFUL don't use these guys. read more

About 9 years ago I hired Quality Mobile Homes to do $10,000.00 worth of work. This included the new roof and redo all of the plumbing among other jobs. The fellow has excellent communication skills; a real salesman. He sent out untrained and uninsured but kindly men who apparently did not know their jobs yet. One fellow used a bread wire used for sealing loaves of bread, behind my wall to hold pipes together! I actually showed this to the fellow who sold me on using them for this work. He said yes that is professional to use bread wire! He said he would come back and personally check the new roof job when I was home. He "says" he was here and checked it. The night they left when work was finished, my tub backed up with brown water, disgusting. I had to pay just under $600.00 for emergency plumber to clear the pipes. Always plumbing problems since Quality Mobile Homes did their work on it. Additionally I had to pay another $500.00 5 years later. The new local repair person used a light to take pictures all through my plumbing. He FOUND AN OILY RAG. I saw it. It was large and oily! My plumber said that the worker must have forgotten to take the rag out of the pipe before sealing it all back up! Quality Mobile Homes would not respond to my calls. They blocked me. I handled the situation in a professional manner. It was clear they did not care once they were paid. I filed a complaint with the licensing board and they found that their people were not trained properly, had no worker comp, no insurance. There were several legal hoops they had to correct. Quality Mobile Homes was ordered to reimburse me the just under $600.00 for the tub back up. He never apologized. He never owned anything about how he handled a customer needing follow up service. I warn people all the time to stay away from these people. As soon as I reported them, they started a completely new company with a new name. read more

One star is over-rated! We contacted this company to inquire about having our mobile home leveled. Jeff Wilson came out, stuck his head under the mobile, didn't get dirty, came up and said they will need to replace a couple piers BUT also that I would have to replace a 6 foot section of gas line. They claimed they would complete the work for about $2500. Three weeks later a worker came out messed around under that house, but never lifted or leveled anything. Spent most the time on the phone. He said he would need a helper for the gas work, but when he finally got a partner, they came back to me and said they could not do the work "because of 3 leaks". The workers said they would have to come back at some date. But not one hour after they left, Jeff called and said homeowners like to "replace all" the gas lines and quoted me $7200! When I said we were on a fixed income and that wasn't possible, he shamed me by saying "well most home owners like to take care of their homes, up to you." This company is a scam. I complained to Donovan, but have NOT heard a word back from them in over 5 weeks. Over this weekend, I had a real construction company do the work we needed. These Quality men are all scam artists. Don't fall for their Senior Citizen scams. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will be looking into suing them for my deposit back. read more

I found quality Mobile Home Services in the phone book and called them out to fix my aunt's mobile home upon which they sent the sales guy over (3 days) Dominic came out (on time with no bs) and he was very thorough, clean cut and honest in regards to the roof. He went over precisely as to what they were going to do, how they're going to do it and how much it would cost. I felt very comfortable working with him so did my aunt so we hired them to do the job. Within eight days they came out and they were able to repair the roof with out any problems thus far. Other companies refused to do the work. We both very much appreciate quality Mobile Home Services for the professionalism and the quality of the job that they performed. You get what you pay for. read more

I used Quality Mobile Home Services for a kitchen/bath remodel in my older Manufactured home. They were professional and completed the work in record time. I have neighbors who lamented that their work took 3-4 months after start time, mine was less than 3 weeks from start time. They went above and beyond what I expected. One part of the remodel was an awning for my back deck which required permits. They took care of all of the permits both with my HOA and the county. Friends and neighbors are always impressed with the results and I couldn't be happier. read more

Complete waste of money!!! SHORT VERSION: hired them to do a re-level, and they suggested adding piers. Piers were installed incorrectly, level was never done, 2nd guy came out to finish job. Piers were not corrected, level was partially done. I called and complained, 3rd guy came out confirmed previous jobs were bad, finished level, did not correct piers. LONG DETAILED VERSION: Terrible service! I initially called them to do a re-level of my home. They came out for a inspection/quote and quoted me $750 for a level. Then suggest adding some piers under the kitchen/dining area which took the price up to over $1400. I offered $1200 and they accepted which sounds great. They sent a guy over to do the job. After the guy left, the floor still felt uneven but I thought it was just in my head. A few months later they sent an inspector out to inspect the job they did as that is there policy, I was watching while he inspected and the inspector showed me that one of the piers that was installed, they did not install correctly, The pier was not even supporting anything, he was able to grab it with his hand and pull it right out. That's problem #1. I told him that I felt like the floor was still not level and he said that they did not do a level. Well that's problem #2 since that was the reason I hired them in the first place. They said they would send a guy out again to correct the piers and level the home. I told them to make sure they text my wife when they get there. They did not and my wife was outside and had the daylights scared out of her when a strange man walks up from behind her on our property, he apologized but said he was told not to call or knock or disturb her in anyway. That's problem #3. So the guy went under the house, but he never went anywhere near the piers that were not installed correctly. So I called them again and they sent a 3rd person over to redo everything and he told me upon his inspection that not only did they not install the new piers correctly the first time, or fix them the second time, but that the piers they installed were in the wrong spots. He didn't correct them either. That's Problem #4 The 3rd guy also discovered issues with other jack stands (these they had nothing to do with) the stands were originally installed by previous owner using rocks as spacers. They didn't offer to fix those either. Conclusion: They did not correctly execute the job I hired them for. They ripped me off. I do not recommend them for anything at all. After all of that I discovered some bad reviews that were similar to my experience. Shame on me for not looking at reviews beforehand. read more

Because of scheduling, the estimator (?) at Quality Mobile Home Service arrived simultaneously with a contractor hired by the park - and for a totally unrelated item - and appeared to do a crappy estimate for the work I need done. I encountered this company twice to get a quote on my roof and a skylight. The people from this company have a bad attitude, and appear to be unethical and have poor business conduct. Right off the bat, he tried to put me down and said to me: You don't have money, you can't afford us. I am doing a re-roof of my old mobile home, I already have a roofing company, permit is already pulled. I just wanted to get a quote to add a skylight. For the skylight quote, he tried to sell me a 17k metal roof instead, and ignored my skylight inquiry, totally off. This past winter was the rainiest one in 40 years. Fortunately, I had hired Quality Mobile Home Services in Lake Elsinore to put a new roof on my double-wide mobile home before the frequent and heavy rainstorms began. In less than one day, Nick (foreman) and a crew of three men did the entire job. They arrived on time and were quick, efficient, professional and courteous. Everyone I spoke with at this company was a pleasure to deal with - Jim (the Production Manager, who always promptly replied to my phone or text messages with a kind and detailed response), Sal (inspected my old leaky roof), Nick the scheduler (different from Nick the foreman) and Rick (handled payments). Joe, still waiting for Jim or Domo to call me but I don't believe they will or care since we live miles away from Lake Elsinore. My husband and I are both USMC veterans and I survived cancer and radiation. Now we are both victims of being overcharged for repairs. If YOU are offered a "free" safety inspection, I highly recommend going to www.cslb.ca.gov "Doing it Right" video. What you agree to MUST be written down on the work order in detail as specific as possible. Don't be rushed and go get 3 bids before signing. Roof $7,800 took 3 guys 2 days. Sewage pipe and flooring under toilet major repairs $4,500 took 2 guys 6 hours. Install new hot water heater and repair wood around it, repair sewage pipe joint and add straps at 4' intervals to prevent sagging and leaking, install dryer vent line to exit under home took 2 guys 6 hours but cost $6,500. My husband said he helped them for 1 hour. I thought we were getting piers under parts of home that needed them and all holes repaired where rats come in, but it wasn't written on the work order. (Rat is back in hot water heater cabinet) Waiting to see inspection reports, but paid $18,800 in full and still need more work. Any recommendations? read more

We regret not hiring them the day we met them. We could have saved so much time and had the job done right so much sooner by professionals who: -- operate with integrity -- know what they are doing -- build quality construction -- schedule professionally and always show up -- have the right licenses and credentials -- treat you, your home and their people with respect -- multiple competent, trained teams -- who know what they are doing (worth repeating). Before we hired them: one company pretended to be 3 different companies with nefarious reputations, many contractors never showed up, many contractors show up waste your time and never give you a quote, a couple of contractors showed up, said they would work for us, wasted a week or more of our time, then skipped out to do bigger work, some contractors pretended to be qualified you almost hire them after they waste days of your time and you find out they don't have workman's comp or some other thing...or others demand a minimum job of 20K...a nightmare. BUYER BE AWARE. Quality Mobile Home repair performed work when we 1st purchased our coach in 2016. We had our entire unit re-plumbed because of Polybutylene pipes, plus re-leveling our unit, and sealing off any holes to our subfloor access. March 2, 2018 we called them back to fix a squeak in our kitchen due to leveling issues. When the QM estimator crawled under our coach, he emerged with pictures of a hole in our sewage line due to a rat infestation, (the estimator said the rats chewed through our pipes and sewage was leaking onto the dirt subfloor of our unit). He quoted $6500 to fix the sewage pipe, clean up the rat infestation and the health hazard of spilling sewage. We balked at the price, and they came down to $2500. We paid 10% to hold the quote, so we could think about it, and find other options, as the price was exorbitant. After having a local rodent exterminator out to assess the problem, we discovered that there was NO sewage line breech, NO leaking sewage on our subfloor - yet we did have a rodent infestation to handle. So we have the exterminator coming to perform a job for us, but cancelled with Quality Mobile as they flat out lied to us. This is SENIOR ABUSE as they know seniors are typically on fixed income and the price was exorbitant. Furthermore, we are spreading the word that this vendor lied to get money from a senior they thought would not crawl under the coach to see for ourselves. They were wrong, as we DID crawl under our coach, took photos as proof that there is no hole in our sewage line, (neither front nor back, and following from the toilets and showers to the termination points!). This is simply a report on how they behaved with me. I have no idea about the quality of their work. I contacted them for a quote. We never engaged in any work, but given their response (or lack there of), there won't be. I did not ask them to come out and perform any work, simply to come out and give an opinion on a situation. They told me OK until they found out that my husband wouldn't be with me at the time their representative came out to take a look at the situation. Although they say this is their policy, no such policy is posted on their website. When I asked for a copy of the policy, they said they would send it but never did. In addition, they claimed that it was necessary that he be present while "looking at the carpet on our deck" for "safety" sake and was included as a clause in their business insurance. Safety to look something over and give an opinion? I'm not sure what they're talking about and I'm not sure how my husband's presence means it's safer. Tub backed up into bathroom right after they left. Lied and said they did roof work "when I was not home" and the agreement was I would be home for all work. This is the WORST business to hire, they are Totally Incompetent and Overpriced. We hired them to install a two sided vinyl fence with two gates and an aluminum carport for almost $10,000 on Feb.27th. It is now April 7th and the third worker came out to measure and work to start in two weeks for the fence BUT NO MENTION of the carport, other than they were having with the parts(???). They wanted US to find previous owners to find out the manufacturer of the present one they were to add on. Duh, that's not my job. When I had tried to cancel March 11th they cashed my $1000. Deposit check. Be Very Aware in signing a contract without beginning and ending date, also stupidity initialed the Small section that states that I'm responsible for Any Additional Charges. I'm senior citizen on a fixed income and they sure saw me coming. We needed the fence put up before we moved in for our dog and we wanted the fence up before moving in we've waited as long as we could and have to move in this week WITHOUT the Fence. This last worker said that they were opening up a New business in Arizona and he was driving back and forth. Since they advertised in the Parks local paper for Senior discounts (really???) I thought I was hiring someone Locally, as that was my intention. Got a flyer in the mail so I gave them a call. i trusted them because they came with binders, pictures and oh yeah contracts. After working up the quote and applying discounts, we landed on a 4 figure price tag. It was originally 5 figures before the discounts. We didn't go ahead with the job and I called around to get a 2nd opinion. I'm sure glad I did because the actual cost to fix my problem was $50. Do your homework, get 2nd opionions. My parents needed to change the water heater on their mobile home as well as take care of some plumbing issues. I called Quality to get an estimate. Vince came out within a few days explaining everything in detail. He even did a safety inspection at no charge. The cost was very fair when I compared it with another estimate from a different company. The guys came and did everything as expected. They even fixed a small electrical outlet at no charge. I have been getting calls from this company for 2 years now. Whether it has been taken over from someone else is not important. I have asked for them to please stop calling me as I am not interested in their services and they continue to call me anyway. At least once a month. When I tell them to not call me, they say, "oh, okay..we will make a note of it and you will not be called again". Wrong! They continue to call me. At first, their number showed up on my caller ID, now it no longer shows up. At least before, I knew who was calling and didnt answer. Now they block their number. Yesterday, they called me AGAIN!!! I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. This has happened before. Of course, they are "not available". Yesterday when I showed my frustration to that lady about constantly getting the calls. She said the same thing again, "We will make a note of it". I told her, "No, I have heard that before and I still get the calls" as I was trying to finish my sentence, she says, "Have a nice day" and hung up on me. There is no excuse for constantly getting these calls. I will not use your services and Im tired of these calls. Update Review: stop lying! Your misleading response to my review is unbelievable. We agreed to START the job on a specific date ( a 2 day job). I had to request permission to be off work in advance and I had informed you of that HUGE detail when we scheduled the job. When your guy arrived w his junk he informed me that another job site needed him last minute because you guys were short in staff that day and that he was going to drop off the stuff on my driveway ( which included newly purchased tiers) and that he would return the next day! So now my work day is shot. The next day came and nobody showed up! I left numerous voice mails after your crook main contact was done arguing w me, making me feel it was my fault!
