Got a flat. Went in with my spare tire on and they said I needed a new tire but shouldn't leave the spare on and that they could patch it for the meantime. Absolutely terrible experience with Mr. Goma Tires in Miami Gardens. We paid nearly $300 for two BRAND-NEW tires, and we have the receipt confirming that the tires came with a warranty. Shortly after installation, one of the tires started losing air around the rim. The vehicle had not even been driven after the installation, yet they immediately blamed us and claimed the tire had suffered an impact. What is the purpose of selling tires with a warranty if you refuse to honor it? Instead of standing behind their product and workmanship, they refused to take responsibility and would not even provide a manager to speak with us. I find it ironic that the manager has plenty of time to respond to negative reviews online, but apparently had no time to face an actual customer in person. To make matters worse, after paying for NEW tires with a warranty, they replaced the defective tire with a USED tire because they claimed they had no new ones available. We have the receipt proving we purchased new tires, yet they ignored the warranty and provided a used replacement instead. Based on our experience, these business practices are unacceptable and highly misleading. Since the issue was not resolved and management refused to address our concerns, we will be escalating this matter to the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Consumers deserve honesty, accountability, and businesses that stand behind the products they sell. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. read more

I called on the phone about a tire. They said it was going to be $60.00 for a used tire and they where including an alignment. Some white Tesla was on the machine so they gave me a round abound excuse to not do the job. When I got there they charged me $90.00 for a used tire no alignment included. Then they want a tip. I guess ripping people off / asking for tips is normal here in Miami. If you stay to long in the parking lot they give you a few remarks on the way out in spanish since you didn't tip. read more

I was told by two other tire stores that I needed a new tire because there was a nail too close to the edge to patch. It was still under warranty, so I went to Mr. Goma to get a used tire until the other replacement came in and they removed the nail, said it hadn't penetrated and I didn't need a patch. Brought my truck in to replace brake pads and was charged $160 for just pads (20 minute job at most). Left and I staff hearing a squeaking and rubbing sound. So I bring my truck back and I'm told the pads need to 'settle'. I leave and sound gets much worse and is constant now. Bring truck back and they tell me I need to replace rotors and pads now because I shouldn't have just done the pads. So I get another set of pads and new rotors and come back again. They then tell me there is a broken bracket that was the issue and even though they replaced the pads and rotors I will probably still hear the sound since the bracket they replaced is not an OEM part or something like that and of course I got charged again. I express my frustration with this situation and I am told they could take off the parts they just put on and I could leave. So I left and will never return. Hope this helps someone avoid being taken Advantage of by Mr. Goma and their tire technicians. I did get a $20 discount today, so thanks for that. read more

I went to get my car aligned and to get a new tire. Great customer service. They were super fast and the lobby was so cold which I loved because Miami's hot weather just wasn't doing it. Lol, I must admit the lobby area for customers had a full stock of name brand sodas, coffee, and water. Great oil changes, horrible customer service on this visit, unless they liked you. They treat customers based on their personal preference or how they're "feeling" instead of treating every customer the same and with the same respect. I don't mind their actual service. It's just the bs discrimination I can do without. Be professional at all times. Welcome customers into your establishment, act like you care about your own job. It's simple. Don't selectively treat people a certain way because of your personal feelings. I drove behind the gate and the mechanics just sat there and stared at me like zombies.. One even looked directly at me trying to get their attention and walked into the office. I was told oh I'm supposed to park out front and walk into the office after I asked so you guys just stare at your customers clearly waiting for service? Also, I previously called and they told me to just come on down and this new info wasn't my experience previously. That's what he explained to me though and then another customer did the exact same thing and guess what he ran out immediately to assist him. Lol. I came in with a nail in my tire. I thought I would've had to get the tire replaced but they just put a plug in since where the nail was I couldn't get a patch. I think was there for like 10-15 mins and that was including them working on another car that came before mines. Came out to be $15, well worth it haven't had a problem with other it yet. The only thing I would complain about is that I was a bit out of the loop as to what exactly was going on but other than that the service was great. read more

Saw a set of used tires for sale on eBay for my car... and having dealt with them in the past, I thought I could trust them. The eBay listing says to check the DOT for age of tires. The photo did not show it so I contacted them. The answer I got back was (photo): "they have recent DOTs not that old, price includes installation" When I get there and ask for the actual age, I'm told there was a 2013 tire in the lot. 2013, 7 years old. I asked the person working there if 7 years old is "recent" to which he told me no, it's kind of old. In the end it cost me an additional $40 than the price of the auction I paid for to get a set of tires that were not old. Buyers beware, aways check the dates!!! read more

Quick and efficient! We had gone to a different tire place and waited 40 minutes and left(they had told us to wait 15 mins until they saw us). The waiting room was hot also. We decided to try Mr Goma Tires. No wait at all on Saturday midday. I came because I have a tire that every two weeks is low but we could never find a hole or nail. Came here, within seconds of taken it off Carlos found the tiny hole. Patched it up within a couple of minutes and we were good to go. Their waiting room is nice and refreshing(this is really important in the Miami summer heat days). They also offer free chips, water, and soda. Brought my car for 4 new tires as I was recommended. As soon as I walked in, Roger showed me the tires that they would put in. He also recommended an alignment so that these tires would last longer and gave me a good price for that. The employees work well, the place is not run down old & dirty & He showed me to the customer lounge where I went with my son and to my surprise, it wasn't going to be a long boring wait on my cell. They had coffee, soda n snacks, tv & cell charging ports to re up my battery. I also like how I can clearly see my car being cared for from the lounges window. If I could give zero stars I would. The employees are super slow. after waiting 45 minutes they started working on another car that just got there because the tires they got for my car where the wrong size. Then they went to charge me $120 a tire for 2 tires then they verbally told me I would have to pay $260 which is wrong with tax it should have been $256.80. After I complained about the overcharge the manager locked the gate like if I was going to drive off then he started to pick a fight with my boyfriend in a very disrespectful way. That person needs to be spoken to he is bad for business and shouldn't be there. read more
