    Rim they messed up.

    Nightmare. I bought tires here for my daughter's car 2 years ago. I bought the warranty. The car has barely been driven in that time, as she moved to New York City and left the car here. Still, I took it in for an oil change and tire rotation. They claimed they couldn't rotate the tires because there was too much wear, but I could buy new tires for almost full price, despite the warranty. The guy I talked to (He said he was the service manager) claimed the tires had worn unevenly because I didn't get get them rotated often enough. Then, when I said I'd only driven a few thousand miles, he said it was because I didn't get them aligned when they were installed. Now what are the odds I'd pay for a warranty but not get the alignment? Either they didn't offer it, or they did it. He went through my receipts and claimed that I'd had 94,000 miles on the car when I was last there. The car currently has 88,000 miles. He said, "The person who did this didn't know how to enter the mileage." Turned out it was the manager! Eventually, he said I'd had 84,000 miles (10 year old car), which meant we'd driven 4000 miles on the tires, so probably about 10-15% of the tires' usable life. I said I thought they should have been replaced under the warranty because, if they were that worn, they were defective. He said the manager, John, was on vacation but I should talk to him when he comes in Tuesday. We drove away. This was after dark at this point, so we didn't look at the car. But when I drove the car the next day, the tire light suddenly went on, and we noticed that one rim was terribly scratched when it hadn't been before. So my thought is, they tried to take the tires off, messed up the rim, then thought of an excuse not to do the rotation. I'll be talking to John Tuesday to see about replacing the tires under the warranty and doing something about the rim.

    Ask for the manager named Carlos! He was very nice and found me the best tire for my car at the most affordable price!

    Great customer service and knowledgeable staff and mechanics. They had the tires I needed in stock and ready to go! Location seems to be very reliable as they seem to stay busy all day long with customers rotating in and out. I would greatly recommend Tires Plus where the customer comes first and they out beat the competitive prices. I had a great experience with this company and location.

    Our hood is a new construction and my tire suffered a nail puncture. It was beyond repair, but new one was pro rated due to hazard plan.

    There are certain areas of life in which a man is expected to reach near expert proficiency. Cutting down trees, growing beards, training falcons, and cars. I am only reasonably competent when it comes to cars so I am generally wary and uncomfortable when it comes to needing repairs, fluids, new parts, etc. My relationship with this Tires Plus originally started with my Dad who took cars there, and eventually I did the same. I have been coming here for years for my Ford Focus and my wife's Hyundai. Service I have received includes oil change, new tires, rotation, alignment, new brake pads, rotor stuff. Each time I call I am listened to by an associate and assured that the problem can be solved. I honestly don't know what's a good price to pay for car related stuff, but the charges seem reasonable so far. Oscar in particular is very helpful in explaining the work done, recommended repairs, and charges incurred. I expect to wait for every car place, so that did not factor in to my review. They are good about letting you know the status of your car and when it will be done. I even got the Tires Plus credit card to take advantage of special financing!

    I went in for a blown fuse and a couple other repairs due to electrical issues. They were quick, cost efficient and clean. I will be back!!!

    Yes, they help me just after 4pm to get my girlfriends tire patched. I know it was last minute, but they stepped up.

    John was most helpful & went beyond what he had to do. Was able to Fix my tire & not have to buy a new one. Great customer service.

The problem was diagnosed, a part was ordered, and I popped by again when I was back in town to get the service done. It turned out the code the reader gave them was not the right one, and despite the fact that the new part had already been installed, Mike and his team did more diagnostics, ran tests on the old part, reinstalled it, and didn't charge me a cent for the service. I expected to at least pay for the 6-8 hours of labor the mechanics did in trying to figure out what was going on, but Mike wouldn't let me pay or even let me tip! His reasoning? "You're paying me to fix your car, and we didn't fix your car." If you're looking for a reliable mechanic who will charge fair prices, get work done in a reasonable amount of time, won't try to upsell you on parts and services you don't need, and will be honest when he doesn't think he can help you, come to Pinecrest Automotive Center! I will certainly be back.

    I brought my 2025 BMW M340i to MPI for a full performance install -- everything from tires,…read moreexhaust, intercooler, charge pipe, to tuning -- and most of the work was handled very professionally. The staff is friendly, the shop is well-equipped, and they were patient with all my questions throughout the process. However, I did run into a serious issue that I think is important to mention. After the install, I began experiencing multiple check engine lights, drivetrain warnings, and rattling noises that made the car feel off despite being brand new. After weeks of frustration and diagnostics, I took the car to Davie Motorsports, where they discovered that the downpipe was installed without the required O-ring -- and instead putty was used to seal the joint. That oversight caused the exact symptoms I was experiencing. I had to locate the O-ring myself at home and bring it to them so the issue could be resolved. While I understand mistakes can happen, this kind of detail really matters, especially with high-performance setups where everything depends on proper sealing and fitment. That said, I do appreciate the work MPI did overall, and the car feels amazing now that the issue is corrected. I just hope they use this feedback as a reminder to double-check the small things that can have a big impact.
