In other words, they didn't sacrifice ingredients or care in order to mass produce the food. The staff was also on top of keeping the buffet area clean and restocked. The buffet here may be smaller and more expensive than Cici's but that doesn't mean it isn't worth it. Quality over quantity is the name of the game.
