Pizza I did not order!! Not pepperoni and sausage.
    Shannon H.

So disappointed in this place ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza and lemon pepper wings for delivery. I did not receive what I ordered. Instead I received some type of pineapple and olive pizza, that we had no desire to eat. On top of that, they put your containers of sauce or dip on top of the pizza which was not hygienic at all. When I tried to call numerous times to tell them about the failed order, I could not get them on the phone. You all have to do better. My family and I were visiting from California and are very disappointed with our experience. Had to go to bed starving since late at night.

Order placed for delivery, pizzas were burnt, dry, hard and crunchy. Never again. Total embarrassment as I had guests over.

Sweet Revenge with an even sweeter note!

I really appreciate this place! The employees are so friendly and the pizza is amazing! I normally get the margherita, but today I tried the Sweet Revenge. Zee is such a sweetheart and you can tell she loves her job. I will definitely be back soon!

I wanted to try a new pizza place and read good things about Zapatista via Yelp. For starters, they have multiple locations throughout the Metroplex. Closest one to me was South Dallas. I wanted to order online and get half Buffalo Chicken & half Sweet revenge. I couldn't figure out how to do it online so I called. The gentleman I spoke to said he was having a real hard time hearing me. I couldn't figure out why an knew he would just hang up on me. Surprisingly he suggested a call back an really did try his best to make out my issue. I c/b and another man answered. He was just as helpful even though my phone was breaking up on him too. He said that both pizzas have to have the SAME SAUCE base in order to do half and half. I ended up purchasing 2 separate pizzas (which I really hated I had to do an reason for not a 5 star review.) The man at the window was real quick and friendly in giving me my order. It was a severe thunderstorm while I was picking up and the lights inside were flickering and the wind was howling! I appreciated him when he said, "Be safe out there." He could look out and see the severity of the weather and I appreciate his concern. The pizzas were fantastic! I had a feeling the complimentary Sriracha sauce would be really hot and it wasn't. It was my favorite and I saved some to use as my salad dressing later. I thought the Buffalo pizza would be spicy too but it wasn't to my surprise! I hate anything spicy! It was the pepper flakes on the Sweet revenge that was the spiciest but the honey toned it down and I would get it again!

I was able to place order on the automatic phone call , only complications with the payment . However Oscar's great service and helpful customer support, made everything okay . I recommend this place . 5 stars to great employees.

My husband and I ate here before a concert at South Side Ballroom. There weren't many choices for food in the immediate area so kudos to this place. The pizzas were really good. I got a 12" (not on the menu but a new item). My only issue was that the menus had no prices on them. We had no idea the cost of the food-and these two pizzas and two bottled waters were $50! Would have ordered differently if we had known ahead of time. Anyway. Good to go to once in a while!

This place is amazing. One of the tastiest pizzas I have ever tried. I got the hottie which is a pepperoni Jalapeño pizza with tabasco sauce and spicy marinara. I am a spicy girl so I can handle the heat, but if spice is not for you can try a different option because there is plenty to choose from. I came here with friends and they all had a different pizza and raved about how delicious they were. This place will re open soon, so when it does you should really try it out. The vibe inside was super chill and the service was friendly. Nice place for pizza and beer!

It has a stylish, upscale feel that makes the dining experience feel a little more elevated. Now, the pizza! I love pizza, and I seriously cannot get enough of this place. The variety of gourmet-style pizzas is what keeps me coming back. They offer everything from breakfast-inspired flavors to savory dinner options and even dessert pizzas. Honestly, there wasn't a single pizza brought to our table that I didn't enjoy. Every time I thought I had found my favorite, another one came around! My only disappointment was the soft drinks. They are served by the can, and you're charged for each additional can rather than receiving complimentary refills. For the type of dining experience Delucca provides, I was a little surprised by that. That being said, the pizza absolutely overshadowed my disappointment with the way the soft drinks are served. The atmosphere, variety and overall quality of the pizza make Delucca a place I would gladly visit again. If you're a pizza lover and enjoy trying unique gourmet combinations, Delucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine is definitely worth experiencing.

I sent it back. Then I tried to order an elderberry cocktail and it tasted the same! Horrible bartender! We were not impressed with the pizza options. We did like the meatballs. The arugula salad was ok but nothing amazing. The lobster bisque was bland and pasty. I liked the chicken tikka masala pizza and the banana pizza. The guava pizza was interesting too. This location is really loud. Parking was ok. Bathrooms were ok. Highly over priced for what you get. You're paying for the novelty. I think the best customer for them are teenage birthday parties. That was what was taking up most of the tables. Not our favorite restaurant but ok.

The restaurant was probably 75% full and it was just 2 of us, so easy peasy. Amber(I really hope that's right) was a great waitresses. She greeted us and asked if we wanted anything besides the waters that had already been given. She then gave us a few minutes to look over the menu... Side bar: I guess I'm just old, but I want a real menu, not a QR code to scan. We looked over the menu and decided on 2 small pizza to split. Fourmaggio, which almost always my go to if available at the pizza place, and the Potato and Pancetta. Both pizzas were great, but the Potato and Pancetta was the winner for us! Really cool little spot that seems like a hipster sports bar. We don't live close, but will probably go in the future if we're in the area.

(just a fun fact) They seem pretty proud of that fact too, considering there's now a giant cowboy hat sculpture, "The Big Hat," right across the street. It's impossible to miss. Anyway, we weren't there for hats. We were there for pizza. First, a public service announcement. Figure out what you want before you walk in because the menu is only available through a QR code, and it is awful. You scroll. Then you scroll some more. Then somehow you're still scrolling. It feels less like ordering dinner and more like reading the terms and conditions for a mortgage. The two of us ordered a large pepperoni pizza, which turned out to be ambitious. We ate leftovers for days. Next time I'd definitely order the smaller size. My only real complaint about the pizza itself was the pepperoni. There was just TOO MUCH of it. Sure, I could have asked for "light pepperoni", but then I'd be paying full price for less topping, and that just goes against my personal philosophy. I'd love to see a "light pepperoni" option priced accordingly. ALSO not it is the good and greasy cupping pepperoni, kinda spicy. The pizza was also a little unevenly prepared. About half had a thicker crust while the other half was noticeably thinner. I definitely preferred the thinner side. Service was perfectly fine, the bathrooms were clean and nice, and the pizza was good overall. Just be prepared for the QR code marathon before you get to enjoy it.
