I can't remember when the obsession with Mrs. Fields first begin. Maybe I was at the mall and decided to treat myself to a triple chocolate chip cookie and a soft, double fudge brownie. Then the cravings intensified. "Please give me one of those sugar butter with m&m cookies," I practically pleaded, eyeing the soft looking butter cookies. "Better make it 3...plus a chocolate chip cookie and double fudge brown." At my height; I was going 2-3 times a week for the fresh cookies, strolling though JC Penny, acting like I was shopping, when all I craved was a straight hit of sugar directly into my mouth and then, brain. My eyes practically rolled back into my head as I anticipated the appetizing hit of brownies and cookies. I placed a dollar bill into the tip jar, avoiding eye contact with the cashier, although I was there for the third time this week, trying to pay her off for her silence as I discreetly took the bag of treats, walked through JC Penney, and out of the mall. I was never here," I pleaded with my eyes to the cashier. I paid in cash, trying not to leave a credit card trail that could be found out by my husband. "You cut your hair," the super friendly cashier said, handing me a bag of treats. "It looks nice." "Thank you," I replied, almost appalled that she remembered me, although I had been there literally countless times over the year. Have not visited this location in years. Was excited to drop by with family today and get some cookies. $14.96 for 4 cookies and some small ones. Everything was undercooked-raw. Talked to nice lady working and was told "that's how they are served" They were cold, under cooked and that the way they serve them now. Would love to have my money back as she replaced them but all same way. Disappointed big time. Would recommend NOT going here unless you want raw cookies. Sad. read more

This is more of an observation then review considering I never purchased anything & it's not a big deal it's only cookies but we all have things to do so a lot of times you don't have time to waste. I haven't had any cookies in years & wasn't even sure if it was still open so I liked up the time it opened & the mall was already open so I waited about 10 min then it opened at 11 am & the lady said no we are open but we don't have anything ready till 1130 so I left & was going to go back but was to busy but from all I've ever seen the workers get there early get everything ready & when it's time to open the majority of items are ready you can't say you open and 11am but you have nothing available till 1130. You need to post or make a note for people so they know not to show up when it opens because it's not open! read more

So, besides the local panaderias, very few vendors create fresh cookie options in our area. Mrs. Field's has been in the cookie business a long time and the most accessible, since its in the Pacific View Mall. The store is located on the first floor by JC Penney and across from See's Candies. Most of the options are too sweet for me, but, I would pay them a visit EVERY time we went to the mall for one reason: enjoy my favorite cookie in the world - Milk chocolate Macadamia (seems like these nuts countered the sweetness). For some reason, this option has recently disappeared from the selection... WHY!?!?!? It's been a pleasure Mrs. Field. Thanks for kick starting my healthier lifestyle. read more

I've always loved Mrs. Fields cookies and brownies. The double fudge brownie has always been my fav! Oh so delicious. A few years ago, I talked to the manager about how I needed desserts for my clients. He set me up with a great deal for a large assortment of all their cookies and everyone who visited my biz were associating the great taste of the cookies with the great service we were providing. Then this week, I talked with gal named Andie about setting me up with an assortment of cookies for a huge business mixer. She had a great attitude over the phone ... the type where you can almost see her smiling while you're talking to them. I setup a time for pickup and as promised, they were ready for pickup. Great service w/ a great smile! She also showed me large cookie cakes that can be customized in anyway. If you ever need a large order, ask for Andie! read more

This used to be Kelly's Coffee and Fudge Factory and Yogurberry used be in the next kiosk at Pacific View Mall. A few months later Kelly's became Mrs. Field's Cookies and Yogurberry is going to be a Ben & Jerry's. I drove over thinking it was still Kelly's (which I like better than Mrs. Fields). This particular kiosk is quite small so obviously the baking doesn't occur on site. They had full size and mini cookies (aka nibblers), brownies, cookie cakes and cookie cups topped with frosting and candy or sprinkles. Beverages are also sold. It was close to the end of the day, so apparently they had some special deals at that time. I tried a bit of a mini chocolate chip cookie. It was sickeningly sweet and too soft, almost underbaked. Kids would probably like super sweet cookies. read more

So disappointed in the customer service of this location. I went in to order a cookie for my son's birthday and clearly said FOUR or FIVE times that we wanted chocolate frosting on our cookie (I honestly have no idea what "color they call chocolate" I am very sorry now for not looking each and every time at the brochure). Mid way through the order we switched people who were taking my order and she finished with what I assumed was the writing and graphics. Then verified that I wanted blue and white (yep on the writing that we were just talking about). Upon pick up the cookie looked correct and I brought it home to be VERY disappointed that all the frosting was dark dark blue with no chocolate in sight. Kids didn't like it and neither did I. Here's the best part - customer service calls me and tells me it was MY FAULT! MINE - That I verified the blue and black frosting, even though I said chocolate four times??? She did offer to remake the cookie which I declined (which is one of the reasons they got two stars and not one) not after being spoken to in such a fashion. read more

It is next to jcpennys in the mall. Convenient place next to the parking lot and great staff. They just had their recipe changed but it is even better now. Got their end of the night deals and also sell day old bags for great price, they taste just as fresh even for being a day old. Do cookie cakes also and they look great! read more

I ordered one of the 13 inch cookies for my husband's birthday on February 14th to be ready at 3:30 on February 18th. I got there at 3:50 and when I told the employee who helped me when I made the order that I was picking up an order he looked around and my order was nowhere. He told the lady who was working (who was standing around doing nothing) that my order isn't there. She told me that she could have it ready in 10-15 mins. and that she would give me a larger cookie which was sitting out. So they obviously forgot to make my order entirely if a cookie that was sitting out was larger than what I had ordered. If I had the time to wait around for you to make my order while I am there I wouldn't have ordered it in advance to be ready at a specific time. I didn't want to wait for them to sloppily put my cookie together and give me a cookie that had been sitting out for who knows how long, for $30 I expect a lot better service. When I asked for a refund the lady did not want to refund my money at first which is ridiculous. After I got upset she did refund cash to me but I will never be placing an order here again. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. read more
