This little shop is a lucky find. I stopped by on my way to work to buy 2 dozen donuts. Turns out they were very good. So, a couple weeks later I decided to order breakfast sandwiches for a field trip with my students. I ordered 8 ham, egg and cheese croissants, and they had them ready for me to pick up at 5am. No waiting. They are kind, professional and no nonsense, which is fine by me. Service is an "A". The breakfast sandwiches were probably the best I've had. The croissants were warm and soft with a flaky crust and a slight crispness. And they are huge. The egg was not under or overcooked. The cheese was nicely melted. They were fresh, hot and delicious. I have a Nespresso and make my own coffee so I can't comment on that. The breakfast sandwiches are a better option than ****bucks across the street. They are made fresh, not heated up. Food is an "A+" Supreme donuts is located in a small strip mall. You can see from others' photos that it is a typical little Carson shop. Nothing fancy here. The walls are busy. There is a vending machine, a lot of lotto signs, and the decor is dated. Ambience is a "C" Overall this place is a top choice for breakfast sandwiches and donuts in the morning. I'm giving them a 4 for lots of reasons, but they have to keep the windows to the donut area closed because there was a fly in there landing on every donut which caused me not to get a donut. Tgey keep the front door open as people are constantly in and out so flies and insects are bound to enter, bit they should monitor this better. They have an A rating, so I trusted that their back kitchen area was clean and ordered freshly cooked food instead. So here's why I still have them a 4: 1. Food- ordered the Ham cheese egg bacon and (added ham) croissant. The croissant is freshly baked and omg it's excellent! The eggs are cooked flat like an omelet and folded into the sandwich. Ham is not grilled just placed on the egg and bacon cooked well and cheese not melted so let the sand which sit wrapped while warm for a bit so that the cheese can melt. I'd come here again, maybe not go out of my way, but if here during breakfast hours and have a breakfast sandwich craving, I'm coming here. Fairly priced. Large sandwich as well. Photo only shows one half of the sand which. Didn't get the donuts but the plain glazed and plain glazed twists looked moist and fresh. 2. Lotto- apparently this is a local lotto hot spot. I just picked up in that as I was there because many people came and went all buying lotto tickets or playing while sitting inside. They have the TV screen up too fir playing. Apparently this is a whole culture I'm not hip too lol bit many people that are a part of it were there! Lotto was $415NM that day so I bought one for everyone living and dead in my immediate family which is more than 10. I'll let y'all know if we won lol! 3. Seating - if you want to sit indoors they're open and allowing people to do so. They have about 6 table that seat 4 each so plenty of room and there were only three people sitting while I was there. 4. Parking is easy. Typical shopping plaza lot with lots of parking. This is across the street from the mall on Avalon just at the 405 so easy freeway access as well. 5. Service- the two women working were super nice and very communicative about the status of my order. I see some old reviews from 8 Mos to 2-3-5+ years ago. I experienced no negativity whatsoever. These guys deserve a better rating despite the fly issue. I'd just come early in the day and get my donuts fresh before the flies wake up lol! Lastly, the outdoor signage reads Donuts Supreme, but the actual name is reversed, Supreme Donuts. They had to adjust the sign from years past as the shopping plaza expanded so the sign worked best this way even though it doesn't read as it is actually named. This is one of those hidden places you want to at least stop by once or maybe more. The donuts are typical donuts and to be honest there isn't anything unique, but I keep coming here for the customer service! The ladies here offer politeness and because of their positive attitude, I want to support their business! OK, perhaps there are a few favorites of mine like the Apple twist, which if you want to try, then you'll have to make sure to be there at opening! I usually stop by around 9 AM on a weekday and by that time, I'll be lucky to find one available! Because of it's enormous size, if you add this to a half-dozen or a dozen, then keep in mind you'll have to add extra, but it's way worth it! The donuts here are made fresh daily and they offer a wide variety and have several available. I came here two weekends in a row around 5:15 in the morning and both times I was met by a rude Asian lady that worked the counter. The first weekend she gave a smart remark about me using my debit card and the second time, she gave an attitude because I asked to put the Doughnut holes together with the regular doughnuts in the same box. This morning I bought 4 dozens and the two women that were working the counter were trying to limit how many of each type I bought for their other customers. I was looking for a quick spot to grab some coffee and breakfast and saw this place. I was second in line, ordered a medium coffee which was well done and I ordered an egg, ham and cheese bagel. It was nice and hot, and tasted good. The price was great as well. Less than $6 for my coffee and bagel. Gross... I came to the eye doctor right next to this place. Walked over to them with my daughter. I walked in and ordered a donut for her, I sat down and noticed there were flies in the casing were the donuts are. I told both the ladies at the counter, and the youngest one replied oh I know I opened the glass for it to get out already.
