We had a problem with a kitchenaid freezer that turns out to have been a known issue. Fine. Now we've been through 3 ovens. The first was run by the installers for an hour and looked like someone had cooked a pizza inside. It has stains all over it. Second one came completely dented on both sides. Third one was accepted and seemingly ok until a few days later we realized the bottom drawer has a huge dent in it. I've attached a photo. At this point I can't imagine Reno wants to engage any further with us as they've replaced it twice. This just marks a decline in expected quality. We go to Reno for the great service and products, but if we can no longer receive that, we'll go to the big box retailers. Update 9-10-21 Reno contacted me and made it right. Rather than replacing the entire unit again, the dented drawer was removed and replaced. We love Reno's and I want to make it 5 stars but the communication is still lacking. We were supposed to receive a call confirming when the delivery would occur; we were not home but fortunately the babysitter was there to receive the delivery. We will probably still continue to shop there for our future appliance needs. Update 03.02.2026 Unfortunately, past experiences were not one-offs, but rather early signs of decline. As I've stated, I renovated 2 kitchens with Reno plus 2 washer dryers. The microwave I bought there just a few years ago died. I called up and said give me a replacement, here is my credit card. This was in August. Easiest sale in history. Well, Reno proceeded to drag this out into December until they finally just ignored me. The first microwave had a broken fan. The installer said something wasn't right. I called, got another. Same problem. A third didn't even make it into the wall - a floor test revealed it was a manufacturer's issue. Weeks go by and I have to constantly email or call. The next solution was to give me a smaller microwave from another brand. The owner of the company sent one of those cards in the mail "welcoming" me to the Reno family. I emailed him as well - no response. My final note to them was congratulations, you got my money. You will never get another dime. Frankly, go to Lowe's or Home Depot if you want this level of service. There are other boutique appliance shops out there that would be glad to have my money.

Tape was left stuck on the refrigerator and freezer shelving, and I have spent hours removing it myself. We also discovered the bottom drawer was broken, which was either ignored or never inspected in the first place. The lack of care and attention to detail is shocking. The dishwasher was installed without anyone verifying it functioned. It never worked, it could not be fixed, and it took three months of constant follow-ups and arguments to get a replacement. No accountability, no urgency, and no respect for the customer's time. For premium pricing, the service should be premium. This was the opposite. I would not recommend Reno's Appliance under any circumstances.

Although they have been good for years, I thought I'd give my local company a try. WOW! Superb! They knew everything about what they sell, have a great inventory in stock & was able to schedule deliver in just 2 days. New installed, old removed & all good. In just 2.5 days!!! The day of delivery I got a text saying the installers would arrive between 12-4 .I called the store to see if they could help , but THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD/ WOULD DO . I called the installers who had no problem with my request . The installers entered my kitchen , pulled out the existing microwave , cut the calking around it , then told me that the moldings of my cabinets were detaching , and they could not be responsible . Also they would not be responsible for my tiled backsplash . NOTE: This microwave has been replaced before with no problem, with the same backsplash , and the same cabinets . The installers reeked of cigarette smoke. They called the store while in my kitchen , took dozens of pictures, never unpacked the unit, and left, but they had the store on speaker, and I could hear myself being berated , criticized and finally dismissed for my simple request ! There are plenty of appliance stores , so my advice is to avoid Yudin's . BTW, all my windows are open because my home reeks of cigarette smoke and the bad karma the installers brought with them !

We purchased a scratch and dent Blue Star Rang from All Major Appliances a week ago. We couldn't be…read morehappier. The store is a warehouse with appliances stacked 15" high. The range was dented, just as advertised, but was new. A few screws were missing and a grate piece from the middle was gone. But for the price, how could I say no? We got the range home and with a trip to the hardware store, the missing screws were replaced. Richard (I think he is the owner) ordered the missing grate pieces that were over $100 and had them shipped directly to my home. If you are in the market for a high end appliance, don't mind some scratches or dents and would like to save 50% or more, you should definitely check out All Major. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I wish I had know about his place a few years ago.

They delivered the new fridge not even 24 hrs later and took away the old one. Class act, professional and have the same brands the other vendors have - but at a better price. I actually know this will be the only place I purchase appliances from now on and wanted to let you know that Greg is a great contact for anyone; there are no high pressure sales pitches or know it all attitudes. I Went with an LG thinq washer dryer combo. Again about half the price of new. I transported myself and possibly loosened something in the washer. It made a noise. Called Barbara. She coordinated getting a repair man over. He took a look. Fixed it in 30 min. Machine is super silent working like new. My advice will be to just let them deliver it. I will be back again for my dishwasher. Be patient find something you love. Let Barbara know what you want. You'll get it. They accept returns for store credit and do gave a high restocking fee. So just do your due diligence. They are fair and you end up with a great deal

However 5 months ago we need to replace an oven part which was done wrong and it broke within the warranty time (according to legal sources they it was done could be even a violation of the duty of care and liability case!). The owner offered then to fix it for $375 and we had a long txt chat conversation, where I insisted on warranty. Even more because he admitted that his technician connected a corroded connector. He did not dispute my thinking and agreed to send two technicians over. (this is already 2 months after the oven broke again). After they did their job they wanted me to pay. I had an unpleasant, unprofessional and sometimes even insulting telephone conversation with him. In short, he lied to me and tried to put pressure on me to pay. Second technician was nice, calm and verry professional. Unfortunately the owner is a human being without dignity, and ultimately this is bad for business.
