I've used this place a few times. Service is great, glass is great. I think it's funny how people give them bad reviews because this business wouldn't cater to their lazy, spoiled asses. Had a few issues with this place in Greenwood: 1) I was quoted a price over the phone, but once the glass was fixed I was invoiced for a fee that was 35% more than quote. I tried arguing, but at that point I had no leverage. I am an educated person and was 100% confident I heard the quote properly, but again verbal quotes mean nothing. Also if they give you the quote including an incremental fee for the potential replacement of the windshield seal it's pretty much guaranteed they will charge you for it. 2) There was an awkward looking rubber piece surrounding the entire top and side of the windshield. It was cut three inches from the top edges, which just didn't look right. I stopped by Safelite, and they said that rubber piece was there to align the window. There was no functional purpose and they quickly removed it. 3) Once I drove off the lot, I noticed the rear view mirror was shaking excessively, which did not previous to the glass replacement. Even at 5mph on fairly even road it was vibrating. I was running late for a meeting so I didn't have time to turn around and get them to fix this. Regardless...this was an overlooked detail. Safelite Bellevue guys fixed this within seconds. 4) The seal across the top was wavy and not perfect. It hasn't rained in Seattle yet, which is odd in itself, but I'll update if this proves to be leaky. 5) Minor issue, but nevertheless was bothersome. I get into my car and the installers had a random radio station on. May not be a huge deal for most, but this means the installer was messing with the radio during the install. Lesson learned...it's not worth saving a few bucks to go to a potentially transient shop. Paying a bit of premium with a national brand is worth the headache and extra hassle. I will NEVER go to these guys again. read more

Went there to repair a broken drivers side window. Pros: they certainly were quick and had good customer service over the phone. Also, they are open 7 days a week unlike almost all other auto glass places. Cons: They vacuumed most of the glass shards out of my car, but I found a TON of glass under the seat and some on the dashboard as well. My window sort of "jumps" when i roll it up now. Quality Auto Glass (though it was tough to get them on the phone) quoted me a lower price too (by about 20 bucks). read more

Honestly if you need your winshield replaced go here. Though not well known, their quality service and prices make up for it. I dropped my car off and had a smoke, by the time i came back my old POS winshield was off! Give them 15 more minutes i was driving off with a brand new winshield.I paid just $150 dollars, when i was quoted at all star it was topped out at $200! Their Ad for 50% is bait and switch. It means nothing and doesn't actually mean what is advertised. Second, they will not quote you properly on the phone. I was quoted $168 but total was actually $233 after the add on's. If they say they may be able to re-use the modeling to reduce the fee, don't believe them. It will be charged. I also didn't get the wipers I was told I would. The even more disturbing part was after they forgot the wipers and had to take off the charge, the manager Gilbert didn't take the time to recalculate the proper fee. He just told the tech to run my ccard with a round number. This is very poor business practices and unethical. If they are dishonest about how they manage their accounting, I can just imagine the other unethical things they are doing. Avoid this company. read more

Ms. Glass was quick and easy. I called ahead of time and they had the window I need ready to go. It took under an hour, so I had time to walk down the street and get some coffee. Good pricing, they replaced my entire windshield and I thought it was just going to be a repair of a crack. I almost gave them 5 stars but I realized that in replacing my windshield, they removed my good to go pass and completely butchered it and left it in my middle console. They didn't bother to tell me and I didn't realize it until I had driven home and over the toll bridge already. Now I will have to go buy a new pass so the discount they gave me I guess covered the pass but still, not very happy about the lack of communication about that. So I was on vacay where I had a car rental and while driving on the highway, a pebble from the truck in front of me hit the windshield. CRACK. it was small but I was like great... just my luck. Anyhow, I thought lets just get it sealed up since I don't wanna deal with it through my credit card and have it covered. So I called around and spoke to Valerie at MS. She was very nice and she said come on down, they arent busy and can do it right away. I showed up 15 mins later and Val had a technician look at it and he said yep, he could do it. Before the technician started, Gilbert the owner called Valerie to the back to talk. She came back out soon after to tell me that they cant do it. WHAT? She said its too hot and the only way they can fix it is if they replace the whole windshield. In my mind I was thinking this is such BS. Gilbert had seen me pull up and knew it was a rental. Because of that, he thought he could force me to pay more. After telling them that I don't care if its too hot and I just want them to seal it, and the technician nodding multiple times that he can seal it, Gilbert gave the nod to Valerie. Hassle free, fast (just over an hour once I dropped it off), convenient (I went grocery shopping across the street, and way cheaper than some other competitors that I called. I work in the auto repair industry, and this morning when my windshield broke out from a rock chip, i took it to MS for replacment. The work was performed quickly, but they also damaged my car in the process. When i got it back, the dash was cut and the outer cowl grille broken. When i called to get it taken care of, the manager said she would call me back. She never did. When i went to lunch, i went there to get it taken care of. The guy i talked to tried to say it was like that when it came in!!! i'm sorry, but i take VERY good care of my car and i know every nick ,scratch, ding and flaw inside and out! He tried every conceivable way know to man to deflect responsibility and made me so angry i had to walk away before i said something unacceptable. long and short, i am now having to repair the damages they caused out of my own pocket, and i AM NOT HAPPY!! i never write reviews. but this experience is one i don't want anyone else to have to endure. not to mention the expense! read more

I needed a new windshield on my Nissan Altima due to a huge crack. My deductible is $100 on my insurance coverage for windshield replacement. I didn't want to be paying $100 out of pocket for a new windshield. I called around to different auto glass replacement companies to see how much cash back they would offer to cover my deductible and MS Glass Outlet was the 1st to agree to pay the FULL $100 deductible if I took it into them for the replacement. I spoke with Nathalie (I think?) on the phone from MS Glass Outlet. She was extremely friendly, professional, and responsive to my needs. Other shops offered cash back but not to the full degree that MS Glass Outlet offered. Woooohoooo, got my new windshield done in the same day as my call and no out-of-pocket cost! They did a great job. It took only about an hour at their shop in Greenwood. P.S. I deducted one star from the review because the hispanic guy working behind the counter at the shop was a bit onry and arrogant, I thought. Um, brand new windshield installed. I only drive my car once a week so the next time I drove it I realized they put in one with a chip. No problem, must have been an honest mistake so I send my wife to go get it resolved. They were rude to her and told her that because I "drove it off the lot" I had accepted the windshield with the chip... don't ever go here, there's about 20 auto glass places within a mile of this one, it's worth the extra $0.70 in gas to get to one. read more

Ms Glass did a great job! The rear passenger window of my sedan shattered as a result of a break-in. I called Wednesday morning and was booked a same day appointment at 4pm they finished the job within an hour and even vacuumed out the glass, something that is not part of what they are required to do. I have sadly had to get auto glass repair THREE times in the past 2 weeks of moving here to Seattle thanks to some great folks over by UW. The stress of coming out to your car to see your windows bashed in is so real. When I called a few autoglass places they weren't too friendly or prompt - MS Autoglass had someone to talk to me on Sunday the day of my first incident and scheduled me immediately. When I got there I told them I had taken an hour off work and they rushed the job and got it done in about 30 minutes! Second trip in was painless. By the THIRD time in (heartbroken and literally broke by this point) they scheduled me only a couple hours after my call. The guy up front recognized me in a second and was extremely nice because he could tell how terrible I was feeling about all of this! They went the extra mile and vacuumed my car so well for me. Really prompt, great service. For such a crappy situation I'm glad I found these guys! (Also $30 cheaper than any quote I had gotten from other places I called!) read more

"Don't judge a book by the cover"! MS auto glass doesn't have a splashy storefront (in fact the place looks pretty darn rough around the edges) ... BUT we had a great experience with them and would highly recommend! My family was visiting from Vancouver and while shopping at a mall in Lynnwood someone smashed out a rear window, grabbed a backpack and ran :( I called MS on Saturday morning, they had the glass we needed. Job was done, car was vacuumed of all glass chips and the price was very fair. read more
