After our last insurance dropped us due to the fires in our area, a neighbor recommended Ryan Edwards. I will always be grateful that he did. My first contact was with Nettie Cannon who was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I called to get help reporting a fender-bender. Nettie was really kind about asking if I was okay and the other driver too. Then she quickly solved my problem, which was that I couldn't log into the State Farm website to fill out the reporting form. The website had my old MSN address from ten years ago, and it wanted to send a code to that old email for me to log in. I couldn't get the code. It didn't have an option to send a text to my cell phone. Nettie quickly took my current email address (gmail), and I was easily able to get into the website. She also gave me a 24/7 phone number to report an accident by talking with a real human: 1-855-259-8568. [Yesterday I spent three hours interacting with a chat robot, changing my password, etc. trying to get into the website. The phone number to get help was on Central Time, and I'm in Pacific Time. No place on the State Farm website offered me the opportunity to talk with a human either for login help or for reporting my accident.] read more

I've been with State Farm for many years. I must say that the service I've received from Ryan and Nettie is absolutely A+. They both answer my questions in great deal and then recommend any changes to my policies - both homeowner and CEA. They are very detailed in making up a spread sheet showing my former coverage and what they recommend. This is very helpful to see what changes are being made.
