We think this place was alright. Nothing too crazy. A decent pho restaurant with plenty offering and surprisingly theres some chinese foods offering as well such as general tso chicken. Etc We came on a weekday evening and was the only one dinning. The staffs were friendly. Unfortunetly it took a while to get our foods; we were surprised as to why but we just assumed that it was just one of those day and hopefully the foods come out much quicker on the regular days. What we got: Shrimp springroll (3.5/5) Your normal springroll served with peanut sauce. Good portions for two. Spicy lemongrass pho (3.5/5) The broth is good and have a nice aroma and flavor. I dont think its spicy enough to be called "spicy". Big chunks of meats and the giant shortribs. Hot stone pho (3.5/5) Interesting pho served on a super hot stone bowl. Broth is boiling hot and they put the noodles and everything else on seperate plate. It comes with the giant shortrib as well. Vietnamese iced coffee (3/5) It was decent. Very light and milky. Was hoping for it to be strong; but i guessed wrong. Overall Its a decent restaurant; nothing too crazy about it tho.

The pho has rich, flavorful broth and we enjoyed items like the lemongrass pho with beef rib, meatballs, and brisket, the Vietnamese Bo Ne (Cast Iron Skillet) very consistent flavor. I also liked that the interior was clean with a modern vibe and that the staff were friendly.

Been here a few times now. There's not many pho restaurants on the eastside, so in terms of flavor I would say this is definitely one of the better ones that I revisit. I usually get the Pho Your Way with brisket, tripe (bonus: I love tripe and not many places have it!), and meatballs. Broth is fragrant and light, many places are either too salty or lack any depth. It has been consistently each time I went, meat quality is decent and noodles aren't overcooked. They did forget to add tripe into my bowl this time, but quickly corrected that mistake and brought it over. My boyfriend gets the lemongrass pho, the broth for that was also flavorful, but not too salty. As for the beef ribs, sometimes it's tender and falls off the bone easier, but today it was on the tougher side. Not an easy meal to eat if you're on a first date! lol. Decor looks modern and updated, restaurant is brightly lit, as for cleanliness, the sauce area on each table could use some wiping down. Appetizers are quite overpriced for portion size. Prices for the pho are on the higher end, but the portions are fair. As for service, it varies. Sometimes they take your order and you don't see them again until the end, where it could even take a while for the bill to come. Other times they do check up on you.

I ordered the spicy lemongrass pho. The pho came with beef rib, meatball, brisket and the broth was flavorful and rich. The restaurant was clean and had a modern interior. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent. I will come back soon to try other dishes.

Had dinner here on a rainy Sunday evening. There were a few family in but overall not super crowded. I ordered the Lemongrass pho and enjoyed the large beef rib that came with the order. The beef rib definitely made the dish super interesting as I've never had anything that large in a bowl of pho before! My friends ordered the first item on the chefs special menu (some marinated short rib in a steel platter, with a side of bread) I've never seen that anywhere else before and definitely want to come back to try that next time!

Happened to be in the Issaquah area when we were craving pho so we decided to give Ms Saigon a shot. We got the pho combo and pho tai (rare beef). Overall, it was just okay. The broth lacks depth and is a bit bland which is a general trend of Vietnamese food on the east side. Ms Saigon is in a convenient location and has a nice vibe with good service, but the pho doesn't showcase how good Vietnamese food can be. It's worth making the drive to Seattle (international district/beacon hill) to get really good pho.

My boyfriend and I were feeling hungry for pho and this one was near our hotel so we stopped by. I like to research restaurants that we are visiting ahead of time and found some items that I really wanted to try out. I was curious about their specialty spicy lemongrass pho and Thailand spicy seafood pho as I love trying out different types of pho especially if they are spicy. I recently had a hot stone pot pho so I didn't care for that option but it is a cool option to have! As we first arrived, we were impressed with the interior of the place. It was beautiful and bright using minimalistic decor and colors. There were tables with chairs, tables with booths and a huge long table in the middle with several chairs on both sides. Each table had condiments for pho from sriracha, hoisin sauce, and chili oil. They also had wooden chopsticks at tables as well. We received menus and water and browsed to see what we wanted. My boyfriend got his usual combination pho large while I got a spicy lemongrass pho. We asked for extra bean sprouts which is where we ran into our first issue that I had is that they charge for bean sprouts and it's a $1, other Vietnamese places don't charge for beansprouts. There was no mention of this until we received our bill, which I feel they should have mentioned it was an extra charge. As a former waitress, it was very important to let customers know when there is an additional charge. Plus, there were some discoloration on the basil and jalapeños which was concerning so not sure if the vegetables are all that fresh. Food was pretty good. The broth from the regular pho and the spicy lemongrass pho was flavorfully rich. The spiciness could definitely be better as I didn't feel it was too spicy. The ribs in my pho was very tender and fell off the bones with ease. However, the pricing for the pho is much too high. The portions were decent for large and they provided an okay amount of meat. However, there are so many pho places that offer better for less. There was nothing really that made it different or special from other pho places. The spicy lemongrass pho was definitely different but not $20 different. Plus there were some weird bits in the spicy lemongrass broth that made it annoying to randomly spit out while sipping or eating. The service was non-existent. I will give them credit for refilling our waters whenever it got low but they never checked in on us. And when my boyfriend paid, he tipped accordingly and the waitress showed clear issue with the amount. We had asked for a bag and to go container but she just forgot. We had to tell her again and she brought out a to go container, then we had to ask again for a bag. We personally tip according to how service is as again, I was a former waitress and that was how I learned and I teach others as you should only tip well when you receive good service. There was no service here. We weren't greeted at the door, there was no hospitality or professional service and no mention of the extra charge on bean sprouts. In addition, if you show how visibly upset you are at a tip and "forget" to get us stuff we requested then maybe consider a different job. Or just provide better service for a better tip.

We took my mom to lunch & wow- it was packed! It's not a very big place but nice & clean & organized. We were greeted right away & got a nice booth & ordered iced teas while we looked at the menu. We got the shrimp spring rolls & chicken spring rolls to start- so delicious with tasty dipping sauce. We decided on Wonton soup- huge portion & delicious, Mongolian beef & added chicken- very flavorful- & the popular beef plate- lots of tasty beef. The flavors were all good, portions were generous & prices reasonable. We will definitely be back!

We were craving some hot soup after skiing and found this place. The inside was clean and bright. We ordered combo pho, beef rib pho and the stone pot pho. They warned you the stone pot was very hot and that's no joke! The whole pit was boiling! Even after we put in the raw beef and noodles in it, the whole pot stayed hot for a long time. It was my first stone pot pho experience and I'm sure I will be back for more.

Most pho restaurants fall into the "good enough" category for me - the food is good but usually not especially delicious or memorable. Ms Saigon Kitchen's pho for me is both delicious and memorable which is why they are currently my favorite Pho place in the Seattle area. My go-to is the spicy lemongrass pho. The broth is particularly delicious with the lemongrass flavor being apparent but not overpowering. The broth also isn't very spicy with the spice mostly being a touch of flavor. Overall it is a nice, hearty broth, perfect for a cold winter day. The spicy lemongrass pho also comes with two beef ribs. These beef ribs are impressive at first, but I personally find eating ribs with pho a bit tedious so I replaced the ribs with more meatballs and brisket the second time I got the spicy lemongrass pho. I've also tried sips of the hot stone pho which my girlfriend usually gets. The beef flavor in the hot stone pho is quite strong which I also like. Overall, I've been impressed with Ms Saigon Kitchen (more so than places like Pho Ever or Pho Bac Sup Shop) and will certainly be back many times in the future whenever I'm craving pho.

Second time dining here in the pass four weeks. We ordered fried calamari (yummy), fried egg rolls and a pork Banh mi sandwich everything was tasty. Would order the same items, except I would try another protein on the sandwiches First time we dined in, we ordered the fried calamari, fresh rolls with pork, spicy wontons and fried chicken wings. Would definitely order any of those dishes again

SO Impressed! Robust menu choices of Starters, Soups, Rice Dishes, Noodles & Chef Specials. I had Chicken Vermicelli Bowl, great flavors, generous portion & beautifully presented. Hubby had the show-stopping delicious House Special Pho with various meats; it even had a Fred Flintstone bone! We shared buttery garlic chicken wings, crispy perfection. Don't shy away because it's located in the strip mall! Decided this is worth the drive from Seattle just to dine here.

I've never had anything else but the lemongrass pho. It's so good, I don't want to try anything else. It's so different from other pho I've had. The amount you get is so worth the $20. Must try this if you love pho!

Very flavorful! - Nyonya Fish Fillet - Golden fried Dover Sole fish fillet, diced onions, bell peppers, curry leaves tossed in a lemongrass curry paste. This was so delicious!
