I was charging my laptop near the checkout and taking a call. A staff member walked up really close to me and just stood there silent. Didn't say hi. Didn't ask if I needed anything. Just stood there looking at me. I called Crate & Barrel and asked if there's a rule against charging a laptop in the store. They said no, it's fine. So I don't know why he did that. It made me feel like I was doing something wrong when I wasn't. I like shopping there and I was planning to buy the vase. But that one person made me hesitant to come back. We were not looking to purchase anything and we were just walking around the mall and got tired, entered the store and sat on a couch that was displayed first thing when we opened the door. Instantly, we knew this was a nice sofa we both wanted. It was a beautiful stain resistant fabric couch that has a chaise, with large sitting depth. The sofa was one of the newest design in the store and after checking that they had good warranty and each furniture design stays in market for many years for us to alternate or modify the setting of the sofa in case we move out to a different home. This Korean lady Ms. Choi helped us out and she was very knowledgeable. She made sure we get all the discounts available in the store and was very patient with the purchase process. Not only that, we even loved the delivery process. The delivery men handled the furniture very well and knew what they were doing! It was so fast and efficient. We had this sofa for 2 months now and we still love it to this day. I think the pricing is reasonable for the quality as well. It was a happy coincidence that we stopped by the store and ended up spending $$$ to get a sofa in the middle of Sunday.

I was going to shop around a bit before making the purchase but I met the owner and he was so so so sweet and had a really funny sense of humor. I appreciate laughter. The chair I decided to go with was on back order but I was in no rush since I had a few months before my baby was due so that was not a problem. Once I received the chair from the manufacturer, it had a squeaking noise. A sound enough to drive yourself your crazy when trying to rock your baby to sleep. Not a good combination. I decided to call the store and spoke with the owner. He was EXTREMELY nice and worked REALLY HARD to resolve the issue. It took a few weeks for the manufacture to get back to the store owner but what I appreciated was the consistent line of communication on his end. He called multiple times updating me with any information he had and let me know I am still a priority in resolving the issue. It was eventually resolved and I couldn't be happier. We love our recliner and I plan on having this chair for many years! This store has a wonderful selection with high quality items. I definitely recommend buying from Clayton Furniture. This was easily one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've had with any business.I went in looking for a sturdy bed frame and made it VERY clear to Tony that I did not want something flimsy or cheap because I've had one break before. I specifically asked about the return policy twice and both times he confidently told me there was a 30 day return policy. Based on that, I trusted him and spent $400 on a king-size bed frame. Big mistake. I picked it up, it was built the SAME DAY, and the second I got onto the bed, it literally broke. Not after weeks or even days. Immediately. That is beyond unacceptable. A $400 bed frame should not collapse instantly. I could have bought something cheaper online that would've lasted longer than a few seconds. When I called the next day to figure out a solution, I was met with attitude right away. Instead of helping, the person on the phone acted like I was the problem. Then I'm suddenly told there is NO 30-day return policy?? I was told to come in and speak with the owner, so I did go in and Tony was there, and the moment I mentioned the bed breaking, his entire attitude changed. He became defensive, rude, and completely unprofessional. Instead of taking accountability, he tried to blame me and say I "built it wrong," which is ridiculous. I wasn't the one who built it, my father was and he even told me that the bed frame looks really flimsy and low quality. The frame was assembled correctly it's just extremely cheap and poorly made. What's even worse is that the "30-day return policy" he sold me on magically turned into a "30-day warranty for parts." That was NEVER explained upfront. That's misleading at best. His solution? For me to email them the broken part so they could replace it. Meaning I'm stuck fixing a brand new, already broken bed myself. Not only that but even if they do get me the same part I'm still going to have to buy better, sturdier, and stronger parts which is going to make the price for this horrible bed frame go up even more. I should not have to put more money into a bed frame I paid $400 for. I sent the email as requested, and it has now been 12 days with absolutely no follow-up, no resolution, nothing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The products are cheaply made, the customer service is terrible, and the way they handle issues is unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values honesty and quality.

Before making a single purchase from Arhaus, think twice and read this review please. They don't…read moredeliver your items on time, they delay delivery and say you still owe them. And when you show them receipts and proof of payment, they still don't deliver some of your items. When you ask for it to be canceled, they don't process that. When you dispute that with your bank and clearly win the case, they send you a collection notice and make you repay with the promise of refunding you immediately after, and guess what, they don't do that. Their accounting people are simply stupid and don't know simple math.
