A group of us really wanted to take a dear friend out to a restaurant that had recently become wheelchair bound. She hadn't been out of her assisted living facility for months! When it came time to celebrate her 82nd birthday, we began researching transportation options. Sonoma County Airport Taxi did a wonderful job! I booked the day before. Beeb was early to pick-up, got the group to the restaurant for the reservation on time and returned everyone back exactly as planned! The busses are showing some slight wear and tear but they aren't completely run down. I've never really had major complaints. Overall solid 7/10. Unfortunately my last trip was definitely did not highlight their best. After a long return with multiple flights from Europe, my luggage was removed from the bus at an earlier stop. The bag was removed in Petaluma which is a break stop and no one noticed it was not claimed. When we arrived at my stop, the driver acknowledged the luggage was removed too early. After a 20 hours travel day, my choices to retrieve my luggage was to drive back down to Petaluma, wait 1+ hours for the next bus (9:45 pm), or drive to Petaluma the next day (we live 60 minutes from Petaluma). Their mistake equals my problem. A "sorry" doesn't make up for my inconvenience.
