wtf!! asked for this place to dry clean my white comforter. The label clearly said to dry clean. Simple task, I mean they are the dry cleaners. So, Brand new never washed my first service for my comforter. Idiots washed my comforter and returned it to me damp and the threading is messed up along the edges clearly they did not dry clean my comforter and charged me for a king size dry clean service. Unfortunately my father picked up my comforter for me and paid them. I am beyond livid!! When you google my Aloha soft comforter bamboo even Amazons price aren't cheap. Did they think no one would notice. Now the corners are clumped up as well. Thats what happens when you wash a comforter. zero stars! I should have known business looked slow in there. I wonder how they really make their money clearly not by providing customer service. Bad for business! Ps. &they charged $7 for a Jean blazer I wanted to keep its new look and besides it said dry clean of course it looks fine but now I'm stating to think they just ironed it. read more

GHETTO EMPLOYEE STOLE MY SHIRT AND LIED ABOUT IT. I have no respect for liars and thieves. One of the employees 'lost' one of my dress shirts and lied about it. Claimed she 'miscounted' and that there wasn't any shirt missing even though it was. Also lied saying that she called to inform me of this even though I never received a missed call or voicemail. Pretty sure she stole it because it was a really nice and expensive shirt...and the ONLY shirt of mine that could be considered 'unisex'. Plus she dresses kinda like a dude anyway. And why would she need to lie about it being missing? To make matters worse, the owner was very uncooperative and took her side immediately even though she was lying. Later she said that HE told her to lie...who knows what really happened with all this lying going on. Anyway, since the owner eventually decided to reimburse me, I figured I could still come back. Big mistake. One day I run into the same girl when I went to pick up my clothes and she brings up the 'missing' shirt and says it wasn't her fault. I said okay, but you obviously lied to me. She said her boss told her to lie. She then gets upset and snatches my clothes off the rack and puts them back away and tells me to come and pick them up another day from one of her coworkers. Who does this to a loyal customer? This young drama queen caused a big scene and the owner came and took her side again and was yelling at me like I caused the problem. She was the one holding my clothes hostage. Upset because I called her out on her lies...(truth hurts doesn't it Brittany?) Fake crying and manipulating the guy saying she was quitting and all this stuff and he gets mad and starts yelling at me...never seen a customer treated like this by any business...this was just WAY TOO MUCH DRAMA for someone simply trying to get their clothes dry cleaned. How did a simple task like dry cleaning turn into a total soap opera? Craziest dry cleaning experience in my life by far. To Brittany: you might as well demand a raise while you continue stealing people's clothes. Your boss is obviously too stupid to fire you. Maybe you can try to use that extra money to start BUYING your own clothes instead of stealing from customers. read more

**DO NOT GET YOUR CLOTHES TAILORED AT THIS CLEANERS!!** I paid $25 to get me sport jacket arms hemmed and I was measured and fitted before work. 1st time I got the jacket back and the hem job was horrible. I didn't accept the jacket and had them redo the job. 2nd time I got the sports jacket back they did a better job but didn't use the measurements at the initial fitting and the arms were still long. 3rd time I took the sports jacket back they accused me of bringing a new sports jacket to get hemmed and I would have to pay full price again for a JOB THAT DIDN'T DO RIGHT TWICE BEFORE.
