I love this place and the people working here. I give them an A+ like the last paper I wrote in college. They always leave my clothes cleaner than Mr.Cleans bald head. I've never had an issue with any of my clothes or alterations. The people that wrote negative reviews are just mad because they're on the grammar struggle bus. It looks to be going very slow too. I've been coming here for years and will go out of my way to make sure I come here because they hit me with the work like a 9-5. I've had my jeans hemmed and I swear the lady transformed into Edward Scissorhands, made the changes, and sewed my jeans up. I highly recommend this place! read more

My family has been coming to this dry cleaners for years and years now. From normal dry cleaning needs, to alterations on pants, suits, jackets, etc. I have not had any issues with this place. Mother-daughter team has been taking care of the community. I have not been to the location in a year or so, and the daughter still remembered my phone number to my account. Very friendly and will ask about my brother and how he's doing. My dad gets all his clothing, suits done here with great service. I recently had my suit altered and dress pants hemmed. No issues, great service, and great price. Cheaper than the tailor I recently went too. I will continue using this location for my dry cleaning needs or alterations. Thank you! read more

Do NOT go here for alterations! The first time we used them to sew patches on leather vests, they sewed all of the pockets shut. My husband took the blame for them because he said he didn't tell them not to. Ok. I assumed it would be obvious that someone wouldn't want all of their pockets sewn shut, but apparently that is a special request. The vests were ruined from the stitching being too close together causing the leather to perforate. We had to buy new vests which are not cheap, by the way. My husband suggested them again as we had a tough time finding anyone local that could sew on leather. I was hesitant but figured we would just have them sew on the parts of the vest where there aren't pockets and I would hand sew the rest. I gave specific instructions and taped the patches where they needed to go. When my husband picked up the vests and brought them home, I noticed one of the patches (a memorial patch for my father who was a Vietnam Vet) was blatantly crooked! It's a rectangle patch on a rectangular strip of leather! Also, another patch was off center on the left chest. These people do not care about your items. They charged $10/ea for mini/small patches and $15/ea for patches that I wouldn't even call medium sized, more like small/medium. Then they just hack into it with a machine without regard to your item or how it will look. Do yourself a favor and go to a specialty leather tailor and pay a little extra. I found one afterwards that would've charged me nearly the same and they specialize in motorcycle leathers. This place is not the place to trust anything expensive or that is sentimental. It will be ruined. read more

If you want your stuff returned, perhaps think about another location. My administrator assistant for my Corporation recently had an issue here. She dropped off her wedding shoes to be cleaned and when she arrived to pick them up, they said she had already picked them up. So now, she is missing her wedding shoes...which is a memory item to her. So, I must admit, this is wrong and careless to let anything, let alone, something very valuable out of their possession without the proper documentation. Until they establish a solid chain of custody, I cannot recommend this place to bring anything of importance...and surely, nothing of personal keepsake. read more

whenever i write a review it typically tends to be a negative one. however, this place did something very big. i came in this morning (1/3/20) to pick up my dry cleaning. the dry cleaning work that was performed was great, my cloths were in like new condition. but the biggest thing from my visit this morning was that i had left forgotten $80 in one of my suit jackets i left. instead of the lady robbing me and i would have never found out she kept the money safe and gave it to me. i was shocked with her honesty!! she could have kept it and not told anybody. i would like to applaud this business for their honesty and dedication towards their clients. great job!!! read more

I have been going to this location for over 10 years. I drive 30 minutes out of my way and pass many dry cleaners along my drive. They have earned my repeat business because they care about their customers and my clothes. I've never had any issue with any of my items and everyone there is very friendly. I walk in and just like the show Cheers, they know my name! read more
