I honestly cannot believe this is the level of work they charge $15 for. The pants were not even properly pressed -- it looks like they were simply thrown into a machine and smashed flat without any care or attention. There are visible creases pressed on top of other creases, folded areas ironed into the fabric, and uneven lines everywhere. This is the kind of mistake a 10-year-old learning to iron would avoid. A professional dry cleaner should know better. I took my suit here expecting quality service and got back pants that look worse than before. Very disappointing experience. I am really disappointed with my most recent service at this dry cleaner. I have been going to the dry cleaner every summer to wash my comforter for years. I have Bulldogs who sleep on the bed with me and tend to drool on my comforter, so during the summer months when it's too hot to use it, I get it dry cleaned here. I usually am very pleased with their service. However, this past summer I took my comforter in to get it dry cleaned, per usual, and I first noticed that I was charged an extra five dollars for it. When I asked what the extra five dollars was for, I was told it was because it was extra Fluffy. I thought this was a bit odd, since I had never been charged that before, but it was only five dollars, so who cares right? So I waited over a week and never got anything saying that my comforter was finished being cleaned. Previously I had received a text, but this time I didn't, so I decided to stop in and see if it was finished. When I got there they had it in a bag, ready to go and said that it was all done. So I left the cleaner, and like usual I waited until I got colder to take it out of the bag. Unfortunately, when I did finally take it out of the bag, it still had drool all over it (as seen in the pictures). I called the cleaners to report that it didn't look like it had been cleaned at all, and I was told that there was nothing they could do about it because I waited so long to take it out of the bag. While I understand this is partially my fault for not opening it right away, I also don't appreciate paying for a service that I didn't receive. I'm very disappointed with this cleaning, and unfortunately, will have to find another dry cleaner moving forward read more

I have been coming to this cleaners for years. I'm not sure if it's a new owner but the quality of their work has been terrible recently and their prices went up at least 75%. I don't mind paying for the inflation and Costs going up but I need to get what I pay for. My shirts looked like it was just pressed but not cleaned or washed. The collar still had marks on it. This has happened the last 3 times I used them. It's always hot in there. Every time I go in the only have electric fans going. Seems like they're cutting corners to cut cost. If I could give this place zero stars I would. They ruined one jacket and lost another. They refuse to accept responsibility for losing a $200 jacket. The owner told me that he was going to look at his cameras because he said I brought in 2 shirts and not a shirt and jacket. I returned a week later and he still didn't preview the camera. I was a loyal customer there for several years. I will be looking elsewhere because of the way the owner handled the situation. I've been with this tailor for 5 years. I used them to dry clean my white coats. I was able the use the same coats for the entire duration of dental school. My classmates even commented that it's amazing that my coats are still bright and white after 4 years. When COVID hit, I was very scared to go outside. One of my coats stayed with them for 1 year. They never reprimanded me or even judged me for not picking up my stuff. They even made it a joke, 1 year on the dot. This gesture meant a lot to me. If it's not obvious from what I said so far, they are very kind and have wonderful customer service. I was very happy being their customer. I've been looking for awhile for a good cleaner for my shirts and jerseys. Well I found one that my Girlfriend told me about and they are literally down the street from where I live. They are located on Central and Walnut; at a shopping center; next to Los Portales Mexican Restaurant. In my opinion, there is plenty of parking to park. I get there and was welcomed & acknowledged by the friendly worker that works there. I dropped of my shirts and jersey. I picked them up within a reasonable time and was very satisfied with their return and how they did a great job with my clothes. In my personal opinion, I would recommend Golden Star Cleaners if you are looking for a good cleaner for your items. My overall experience was great and the customer service I received was great as well. Had a grey 2-piece suit that I got blood on after I opened a cut on my finger by accident. Both the suit jacket and the pants had spots of blood on them. In fact, even my white dress shirt had a few blood spots. These guys were able to remove all of them and make my clothes look brand new again! Initially I came here to get my uniforms fitted to me which they did in a pretty fast time frame. Received a bedding for Christmas and the first night we put it on the bed my husband randomly got sick. Unfortunately, I have to give a star to be able to write a review. My first visit to this place was over a month ago, good first impression. My third and last visit to this cleaners took place today. Came to return someone else's pants that was given to us last week with our clothes. Had to pick my last batch which was only 8 dollars for 3 shirts. My husband's pants are missing and they don't know what happened, I received an apology but that was all. The lady very politely showed me a pair of shorts and a "cheap" shirt to see if any of those were ours. Really? At least as a courtesy for a "good brand" missing piece they should have waived my last charge of 8 dollars which still doesn't cover the cost of the missing piece. Third and last visit to this cleaners. They are friendly but I don't want smiles and "have a great day" sentences when the service is poor and questionable. I have had a cleaners for 15 years in OC and this kind of things have never happened there. Going back there even though Villa Park Cleaners in City of Orange is far from Chino Hills at least I will have the peace of mind that my garments are well taking care of. They didn't loose a customer, I will make sure to pass this facts around. Therefore, people that I know won't have to go through this at this place. If for some reason you decide to try this place make a list of all your items including brand, size and color. At least when they get lost you will be able to tell what's missing, but remember that doesn't guarantee that you will get any missing item back. Good luck to this business. read more

Dropped off a wedding-guest dress here, it was very dirty from the bottom tail initially & my dress was kinda silky and a pastel pinkish color. Golden star cleaners did an amazing job at dry cleaning it. The dress looked GOOD AS NEW. I was very satisfied with the small price of 10 dollars for the cleaning. I dropped it off on a Monday and needed it by Thursday, i was able to pick it up on Tuesday instead. very FAST service. Very impressed.
