I had trouble reaching anyone by phone and my first email was missed, which was frustrating. Karen and Yvonne stepped in and were very helpful getting it resolved. Yvonne personally rewashed my comforter and it came back absolutely perfect -- so clean, fluffy, and it smells amazing. She is honestly the nicest person and a pleasure to do business with. She makes you feel so welcome every time. I 100% recommend their laundry drop off service now. They made a mistake but they owned it and fixed it better than I expected. They had exactly what I needed with heavy duty commercial grade washers that would accept a large heavy and bulky load. Only one issue I wasn't prepared and I had no laundry detergent for the covers. Not a problem the staff inside that manages their location keeping it clean and running took care of me with some samples of Tide commercial grade laundry detergent. Absolutely top notch service and the truck cover came out as new with this detergent and heavy duty cleaning of the machine! When they need washing again I will definitely return back here. I did "four" hamper's worth of clothes, and it cost me about 40$ (Washer/Dryer Included). They also have a 2 vending machines, one for drinks and the other for detergents, fabric softeners, and bleach. I bought my detergent at a nearby CVS though, since I didn't know they had some for sale. It cost me about 8$ at CVS for a little 16 pack pouches. The bleach cost me about 2$ for a small bottle, but that was more than what I needed. Surroundings/Atmosphere: There was a lady who went around and sanitized the tables for folding clothes, so I thought that was nice. It kind of flooded earlier though (but not too much), so I hope they fix that. I just wish they had a bathroom though. I had to go to the nearby Food 4 Less. Debra reached out and I heard back immediately and then met my mom within days of that contact. It's been such a wonderful feeling to know I look like someone, something an adoptee fully understands. I now have a connection to history. I have known ancestry. It's odd to say but knowing about them has made such a difference in knowing about me. My father's identity is still a mystery but that's okay at this time. I have a mother who wants a relationship with me and we share so much in common it's like finding a new best friend. We just shared my birthday together 53 years later. I learned that she never got to see me at birth. Such a truly incredible gift! And to think I almost let fear get in the way. If you are on the fence about this, just do it! You've had a lifetime of not knowing, not connecting. Isn't it time to know? Connect yourself to history. It's like discovering a part of yourself that you never knew was missing. Like finding another half of a story you already thought you'd read. It's a very profound feeling. I highly recommend it!

Great small family owned business. The owners are Christian and very friendly, they also do all of the work, so you know you have quality control. They've been in the business for over 20 years! Prices are reasonable, and service is superb. They offer one-day service, and the quality of work is spot-off (pun intended). I've referred friends and family, and all of them agree with me when they say that the customer service is very personal, they even call you if you forget to pick up your clothes after a while. Got treated like sH&T by someone named Omega at this dry cleaners. Despite the fact that he claims to be a Christian, in my opinion he tried to cheat me. I presented a coupon and he said he had no knowledge of the coupon but instead doubled the dry cleaning charge on me, and claimed it was a discount. He asked me to pray for him, and I told him to pray for himself! Geesh! The American Dream is not just about money.
