Following a motorcycle accident and a fun trip to a tow yard I called Mike at East Bay, who answered immediately. I requested a tow from Santa Cruz back to Walnut Creek. Mike picked me up in Walnut Creek about 20 minutes later and away we went. You can tell he's a busy man, his phone doesn't stop ringing! The next part is why his service is superior. After driving almost two hours through traffic (both ways, busy weekend in Santa Cruz) we arrive at the lot as scheduled with other tow company who conveniently left on an emergency call (they returned with no loaded vehicle). We sit for an hour waiting. At no point did I feel like Mike was unfair, unreasonable (I was with the other tow company) and in no way did he make me feel bad about the situation. As for the service: Mike immediately had his truck ready, assisted me in getting my bike to his truck, and had it loaded expertly and quickly before I was done signing paperwork.
