Customer satisfaction is their primary goal. If you have firearm collections to sell, or you want to find great guns to buy, this is the place. What a great experience! I was persuaded by the numerous strong Yelp reviews, and its impressive auction site, to visit Lock Stock & Barrel when I wanted to dispose of some vintage and antique firearms that had been in the family for years, as well as a couple of more recent guns. Dan, the company's manager of acquisitions, graciously spent the better part of an hour discussing the various pieces with me and explaining details I'd never been aware of. Having watched their online auctions, I'm confident Lock Stock & Barrel will do an excellent job preparing the guns and presenting them to a market large enough to achieve fair prices. And I suspect the results will be significantly better than if I'd turned the firearms over to a standard gun retailer. This place does business the old fashion ethical way. I won two auctions on a gun auction site; I contacted the store the next day to tell them I would not be able to start the DROS process for several months since I live near San Francisco and the store is in Simi Valley and I don't get down to SOCAL except once or twice a year (there was a PPT involved and they were not allowed to send the items to a FFL in Northern California). When I finally drove down to the store, I found the people very accommodating. They found my paper work quickly and transfer process proceeded without a hitch. They didn't even charge me for storing the 2 items at their store for 6 months! The items were exactly as they described them on the gun auction site.
