Was there with my nephew for the first time the other day. We had a total BLAST!! The atmosphere is amaizing and relaxed even with hundreds of little ones running around. There is definitely control in the chaos. If we needed anything, we never had to look for someone to help. The staffs is easy to locate because they are everywhere all the time. I have three boys, two five year olds and an almost 4 year old. This place is great I have been taking them here almost every weekend since I first found out about it. I live in Killeen so it is about a 50 minute drive and it's totally worth it. We spend the whole day and the kids are worn out when we bring them home. It has everything for a full day of fun. This place is so awesome and extremely spread out. There was definitely a lot of people but plenty of places to sit and watch the kids while they played. Food was descent and wait for service was quick. If you get bored there is always the video games which was great once the kiddos wanted to change it up. They don't allow outside parties I learned that the hard way. We arrived 1:35 minutes before they closed and were told we couldn't bring in a cake. You can only bring a cake for private parties which is 149.99 for 12 kids we only had 6 kids and they offered us this package just so we could bring in the cake. It was buttercream I couldn't leave it in the car for 1.5 hrs in the hot sun. I had gone on there website and read only cakes/cupcakes were allowed no outside food. It did not state no outside parties. After this I went back to there website I finally found that the do say only cakes when you have bought a party package. FYI it's in the frequent questions. My 2 year old loved it. Cannot complain about anything. She played in all 3 areas, you can get stamped to come back later, this is awesome. You are numbered and they check you on your way out to make sure no one takes your child. They have food for sale as well $5 to $10. The workers were all nice and helped when needed. I was here for my child and I to have fun, I do not care about the decor or how old the arcade was, my child does not get tired from playing video games. "Best place to kill 4 hours" was the verdict from our last trip. Love the additions of the USB ports on electrical plugs at the eating booths (And the ability to swipe a card instead of keeping up with coins for gaming). My 6yo loves the climbing area, and I like that smaller adults are allowed in also. Service is good enough. It was pretty late on a Saturday night, but there was still someone who came to take our dirty trays while I waited for my kid to tire out. The previous time, they were generous enough to replace the game card that had been "misplaced". All in all, will continue to return as long as it stays as is. read more

We will never be stepping foot into Mount Playmore ever again as well. The manager Eric and the other manager Kayla should be fired. They harrassed us during the stay. Eric first made my grandson cry by speaking rudely to him as he was in the 'baby' section with his younger sister who is 12 months old. He is 10 and was in there to play with the baby. Yes, he did slide down the slide and this manager kicked him out. He complied but was crying. Next thing you know, he was trying to kick out the 5 year old who was playing with the baby in the kids section. She is well within the requirements to play in there. I went to the other manager to complain about Eric. I was polite and left my complaint. We continued on our playdate. We ordered food-about 30.00 worth. We had some crackers for the baby. When the food was brought, the crackers were on the table. The cook told us outside food was not allowed. I said it was only crackers for the baby as we had ordered pizza, fries, and chicken nuggets. She left and did not ask us to throw them away so I figured people understood that crackers for a baby was acceptable. Next thing I know is Eric and Kayla were at our table asking us to leave for violating rules. I was flabbergasted at the rudeness of these two managers I know it was retaliation for me complaining about the inappropriate behavior from Eric toward my grandson. We threw the crackers away and were still asked to leave. I have the incident on video. I am tired of people getting away with inappropriate power trips and am entirely over being mistreated. I have spent thousands of dollars on this place having had at least 10 birthday parties there. We have never been treated with such disregard and it is shocking to say the least. He said he would reinburse me. We went to the front and Kayla said Eric was new and they would not. Eric said he would call the police and I told him yes, please do because you made a promise to reimburse me. Then a very nice manager came up-he was dressed differenty so I assume he was part owner/old management. He reimbursed me and apologized saying he would review the video. I hope he does because he can then see that these two people should be fired. I cannot imagine we are the only ones that they have offended and treated so poorly. They will soon go out of business if they continue on this path with these kind of employees. read more

Great place for lots of little kids. Clean facilities and friendly staff. My teens were a bit bored due to being so tall and having to hunch over for so long climbing through the obstacles. The arcade has great prices, most are 35 cents! The card is SO much better than coins and tickets. Would highly recommend this place for little kids to expel their energy. read more

We LOVE Mt Playmore!!! So much fun for kids and adults alike. The tunnels are easy to maneuver for adults (though, height-wise I round up to 5'4 myself, so..take that as you will) if you want to play with your kids, or you can relax in the comfy chairs in the middle and watch while your kids climb through and run out all their energy. I'd suggest dressing your kiddo in a brightly colored shirt/outfit if you want to keep track of them easily. The arcade has a nice variety of games to play and we were very impressed with how cheap the games are, compared to the mouse place and everywhere else. And they have games that even preschool aged littles can easily play. The staff is also very quick and happy to help if a game malfunctions. The bathrooms have always been very clean & my son particularly like the mini-urinal in the family restroom. We haven't eaten there yet so I can't give an opinion on that, but if it's like everything else about this place, I'm sure it's great ;) Another great thing is that the entry price is for all day. So if you come in the morning, you can play til your hearts content, go home and nap or run errands, and then you can still come back and play later. Of course, we just tend to stay for hours on end, but it's nice to know we have the option if we want. All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcomed. read more

GREAT PLACE!! I had my sons 6 b-day party here. Kimberly was our party assistant and did a great job! She checked in on us the entire time and made sure we were taken care of. She was very happy as it was a bit hectic at times. Food was good and we got our pizza fast for the party. Rick worked at the front counter and he did a great job! Thanks again Rick. We went back again after some time to see how the place was coming along. I have to say it was vastly improved. The staff was much more apparent in the play area and skewed older and more interested in the children for sure. Hopefully that is translating to less bad experiences like we had encountered last time. Lots of comfy seating has been added to accommodate more parents. Less of the arcade games were broken, but there were still quite a few needing repairs. We had been ready to scrap the yearly pass we purchased and hadn't used it for the past 7 months or so but hopefully we can make use of it now before it expires. My only real complaint was that no one checked us as we were leaving. I think the safety system they have is great but only if it is used. Had a good time there this weekend. My older daughter loves it. The AC needs to be turned up when u are in the playground it smells like a boys locker room. My 2 year old got bored in the kids area and wanted to be in the big kid area. The toddler area needs more work. Toddlers can do more then just sit there. Best 4 hours of the week. I attended a birthday party here with my wife. Honestly, I wanted to stay home but the wife said I would enjoy it. It was a great experience. They had outlets at the tables so I could do some business and keep my phone charged. We relaxed at a table with the other parents and were able to converse freely without worry because the kids were climbing in the playscape for HOURS. It was easy to locate our kids whether they were in the playscape, arcade or just running around the place. Everything is well-lit. They have employees standing at the entrance/exit. You can't just walk out of the place unobserved. I liked this feature so the parents could relax knowing the kids would not be able to leave the building without us. They have some kind of stamp system that links the guardian to the kids and they check when anyone leaves. I can't believe I'm saying this but I enjoyed myself! I would have no problem going back for another birthday party or just to let our kids play and burn some energy off! I highly recommend this indoor playland. read more

Was in there two weeks ago at opening an what is that smell????? Honestly I thought I was a public park bathroom. The floors were dirty with trash???? I was a little lost this used to be a really nice place are you telling me that while open there no one to clean? Then after closing a good cleaning from everyone running an sweating all over the place??? Iim not talking about a 18 yr old kid that doesn't even clean their own room at home. If they don't clean at home what makes you think they know how to clean his business??I lasted a good 15/20 minutes an decide to leave. Very inexpensive and fun place for your kiddos! I had my daughter's 2nd birthday party here over a week ago and it went great! I booked her party about two months in advance just because this place wasn't even open at the time, however, they had announced on their main page they were booking for birthday events starting the month of August. Well her birthday was in August so it was a win! The first reason why I did not give this place 5 stars is because for the amount of adults and children that showed up for her party, the PARTY ROOM WAS SMALL! I mean try cramming 20 kids and 18 full grown adults into a 200 square foot room...not comfortable. If you can, inspect the room where you get assigned and make sure its big enough for your expecting guests. So really because of that I felt I had to rush to get the kids and adults out of there as fast as I could. I brought my own birthday cake, but everything else was supplied for us, from utensils to the food. Our assigned co-host was awesome, young girl named Carimina...I think! Anyway she was a great helper, served the kids their two slices of pizza, helped poor drinks and serve cake! Super friendly and ready to help any way she could. Everything else just fell into place, kids got their 10 tokens and began to jump, climb and play for a good couple of hours! Second reason why I didn't give this place 5 stars is because I wasn't really impressed with their toddler room. I figured it would of had more things the little ones could climb on and be more active, but not so much. They do have an open floor space for them to climb into cars and move themselves around, a cart that rolls down some tracks and some scooters too. I understood that part, they need some open space to move around. But, they could use some more toddler climbing playscapes to get them ready for the big leagues of the main floor. Just an opinion. Overall, your kids will have fun here, the food court meals were pretty good too, a little on the pricy end, but still good to eat. read more

Great place for kids to run off energy, with that being said parents/babysitters beware of the overwhelming smell of stinky feet when you walk in. The chairs for the adults is a great touch and the black light stamps that match the child with their parent is an awesome idea! WARNING: DO NOT PLAN to bring party favors, cards, balloons or anything related to birthdays unless you book one of their ridiculously priced, overbooked parties. :( I will never return to this establishment after I was refused entry because I was carrying balloon bouquets to my grandkids for their birthdays. I was told that unless I booked a party, I would be unable to give them to my grandkids on their 6 and 4 yr old birthdays. We had planned this for weeks and all were excited. All this after we paid for 3 adults (would have been 4), 2 children plus drinks and food, face painting, balloon animals, arcade costs which amounts to over 125.00 Now, I am so angry that as much as my grandkids adore this place, I will not be able to return as I planned to do anymore. My grandkids would never have known abt Mt Playmore if I had not promoted it. I was a little put off by the adult entry fees but I figured it was manageable. What I can't get back is that I was unable to see my grandkids have their balloons and join in their fun. Not that I will return but, Mt Playmore might consider having patrons that don't book their stupid ass parties to pay a reasonable surcharge to be able to bring in their own stuff. Okay, I want to give an update as I went here almost a year later (I was dragged here and vowed to never return). What a difference a year has made, as they have definitely made some MAJOR improvements!!! The GOOD - Their entry area/counter/turnstyles are FINALLY looking professional (When I first went it was only a counter, that was fully exposed from behind with no barrier preventing me from standing at the counter Their Flooring and seating was updated - It used to be the old Sports Authority worn flooring from the aisles. It's now Mt. Playmore logo'd carpet, and NEW booths/tables!!! (the old ones were bought from a restaurant that went out of business The Play area seating was added to. Someone had a field day at Ikea, putting in a bunch of new chairs, increasing the seating area tremendously!! The playset - The ONLY amazing thing here, and has been since day one. They spent money on it and it still shows. Kids play area - They finally added MORE toys, and carpeting to the area. The boasted the largest area for tots.. but it had no toys in it.. The BAD - Kids play area - Quite run down (the playset in the corner is gross!!) and the toys are heavily played with. This requires more updating more often!! Food area - Still have some old equipment (soda machine) that was bought from an old restaurant auction. As my first review stated, spend money to make money.. Don't build a new facility with all SECOND HAND stuff!!! The counter they sat on was also from an old facility Games - Still have some ghetto rusty old games in the section. They have added some new current stuff, but still have some work on this one!! Taking a step in the right direction... And now I would come back again. read more

First of all, get their monthly pass! It's a much better deal than paying each time. We received a gift card to Mount Playmore that covered monthly passes for both of my kids. We loved it! We could go kill a couple hours over the school breaks, and not feel like I was wasting money. I could take my laptop and get some work done on their comfy chairs, or I could get in the playscape and goof off with my kids too! Not to mention making sure we went every Wednesday night for kids eat free, and sometimes getting to see the reptile show. It's a great place to let the kids hang around at but I guess since it's still a new venue it still needs a lot of work. The games are not kid friendly and many at that. The lady did state they were in the processes of adding on. The food is not all so good but than again niether was wazoo. It is very big with lots of space . I did try to play with the Kids but it's better to wear gym pants of some sort. My knees are full of burns. The kids loved it here! It's not a give start yet but I am sure it will be one day! Went here just yesterday and first impression was its OK front desk staff was friendly and happy and once we were in my kids took off there was plenty of seating all over I will say my only concern was there was only 1 guy walking around the floor and either he was just tired or what I'm not sure but he did not look excited to be there and to work at a kids place you have to have the same energy as the kids ( I have worked in a few kids stores) and I asked for help once when a game took coins he didn't say much a the arcade guy stepped him and fixed it by giving my son coins back so he was friendly ... Food is OK its not 5 star quality but it didn't make me sick either it could no be better like the Fry's didn't look very appealing but we ate anyways ... As a mom who really appreciates REAL FOOD to feed my family I must say I am so impressed with this place. First of all the playscape is clean and great for tiring kids out. Second, they have one of the best security solutions for kids and parents (invisible code stamped on your party's arms to ensure kids leave with the right adult). Third, the food. It really caught me off guard how high quality it is, the food is fresh made from scratch and tastes amazing. This is not chuck e cheese bs. Also the soda fountain offers organic options.... whaaaat??? The seating areas for parents is comfy and plentiful. There is a game area as well. Plus a baby area with nursing rooms for moms. Hand sanitizer stations are strategically placed around the food area. The price is great, $25 for 2 kids to play ALL DAY? Yes please! There is WiFi so you can work while kids play. No loud music so for a kids place it's not loud and obnoxious and kind of serene if you scroll on ig while the kiddos play. Very well thought out local business that I totally support and drive 30 min to regularly. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They do party options as well. If you like Chuck E Cheese you'll like this place. Better fitted for older toddlers/kids. 4.5y/o did great, 18mo old needed complete assistance navigating through play scape. There is a playroom for little ones, but our little wasn't interested in it at all. Since there is food allowed in viewing area it was a bit messy. $1-$2 priced higher then other indoor play places plus parents pay as well. You do get unlimited play time. Entry/exit is the same location & was a crowded/chaotic during peak time. read more
